Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Versandverpackung zur Aufnahme von Versandgut mit einer Bodenwand, Seitenwänden und einem ersten Deckel, welcher zum Verschließen einer Entnahmeöffnung geeignet ist und einen ersten Arretierverschluss aufweist, wobei ein zweiter Deckel innerhalb der Versandverpackung vorgesehen ist, der zum Verschließen der Entnahmeöffnung geeignet ist und einen zweiten Arretierverschluss aufweist, der zum erneuten Verschließen der Verpackung nach Öffnen des ersten Deckels geeignet ist, wobei der erste und der zweite Deckel jeweils als Klappdeckel ausgebildet sind.
  • Ferner betrifft die Erfindung einen Faltzuschnitt, der zu einer Versandverpackung faltbar ist.
  • Aufgrund des in letzter Zeit stark steigenden Internethandels hat auch der Versand von Artikeln jeglicher Art mit der Post stark zugenommen, wobei dieser nicht nur zum Kunden sondern auch in Form von Rücksendungen zum Hersteller erfolgt.
  • Die JP 2001315753 A zeigt eine Versandpackung mit einem ersten und einem zweiten Deckel, die mit einem Verschluss lösbar verschließbar sind, sodass der erste und der zweite Deckel mehrmals geöffnet und geschlossen werden können.
  • Die vom Kunden aus der Verpackung entnommenen Produkte werden z.B. im Fall von Kleidungsstücken anprobiert und, falls diese nicht den Vorstellungen des Kunden entsprechen, wieder zurückgesendet, wofür entweder die alte Verpackung unter Zuhilfenahme z.B. von Klebestreifen oder anderen Behelfen wiederverwendet oder eine neue Verpackung benutzt wird. In beiden Fällen kommen dabei Zusatz- oder Fremdmaterialien, wie Silikonband, Aufreißstreifen etc. zum Einsatz, die als Restmüll entsorgt werden müssen.
  • Die US 2016/214758 A1 offenbart eine Versandverpackung bzw. einen Faltzuschnitt gemäss der Oberbegriffe der Ansprüche 1 bzw. 4.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Versandverpackung anzugeben, die ohne die genannten Fremdmaterialien sowohl für das sichere Versenden als auch für das Rücksenden von Produkten verwendet werden kann, also die Funktion der sonst eingesetzten Fremdmaterialien ohne Qualitätsverlust von der Verpackung übernommen werden und diese nur aus einem Material hergestellt ist, wodurch, z.B. im Fall von Karton oder Wellpappe nach Gebrauch der Verpackung eine besonders einfache und umweltschonende Beseitigung geschehen kann.
  • Weitere Aufgabe ist es, einen Faltzuschnitt anzugeben, mit dem die Versandverpackung aus einem einzigen Stück herstellbar und faltbar ist.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird dies dadurch erreicht, dass der erste Arretierverschluss des ersten Deckels und der zweite Arretierverschluss des zweiten Deckels jeweils im geschlossenen Zustand so in Eingriff gebracht sind, dass sie ohne sichtbares Zerstören nicht öffenbar sind.
  • Durch das erfindungsgemäße Vorsehen des zweiten Deckels innerhalb der Versandverpackung kann:
    1. 1) der Versender der erfindungsgemäßen Versandverpackung diese ohne Klebehilfsmittel diebstahlsicher verschließen, sodass die Verpackung nur durch ein offensichtliches Eindringen bzw. Zerstören geöffnet werden kann, und
    2. 2) der Konsument, der die Lieferung erhält, kann die gleiche Verpackung als Rücksendeverpackung verwenden, mit denselben Eigenschaften wie unter 1).
  • Der besondere Vorteil liegt dabei darin, dass der Deckel mit der nicht zerstörungsfrei öffenbaren Verriegelung zweimal vorkommt und einmal unterhalb und einmal oberhalb des jeweiligen Deckels liegt und somit für beide Versandrichtungen ein fälschungssicheres Verschließen ohne zusätzliche Hilfsmittel ermöglicht wird.
  • Verklebungen, wie z.B. Sicherheitsstreifen aus Silikon, oder andere Sicherheitsverschlüsse sind daher nicht erforderlich, sodass die Verpackung sortenrein entsorgt werden kann. Die Verpackung kann nach der Verwendung ohne Reinigungsaufwand zum Altpapier gegeben werden.
  • Die Erfindung ist auf keine bestimmte Form, Größe oder Art der zu versendenden Produkte eingeschränkt, weshalb auch hinsichtlich der geometrischen Form und der Größe der erfindungsgemäßen Versandverpackung keinerlei Einschränkungen bestehen. Als Material ist - ohne auf diese beschränkt zu sein - bevorzugt Karton und Wellpappe einsetzbar.
  • Gemäss der Erfindung ist der erste Deckel an der Oberkante einer der Seitenwände in einem ersten Anlenkbereich angelenkt und der zweite innere Deckel an der Oberkante der gegenüberliegenden Seitenwand in einem zweiten Anlenkbereich angelenkt.
  • Vor dem Versenden wird der innere, zweite Deckel geschlossen und danach kommt der erste Deckel beim Verschließen über dem zweiten Deckel zu liegen, sodass nach Öffnen des ersten Deckels durch den Kunden dieser zerstört ist und nur mehr der zweite Deckel verbleibt, um das Rücksenden des Produktes auszuführen.
  • Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung können der erste Anlenkbereich und der zweite Anlenkbereich jeweils durch eine Falzlinie entlang der Oberkante der Seitenwände gebildet sein, wodurch sich eine sehr exakte Führung der Deckel erzielen lässt.
  • Gemäss der Erfindung sind der erste und der zweite Arretierverschluss durch an dem ersten und zweiten Deckel ausgebildete Arretierlaschen und zugehörige Arretierschlitze, die in Seitenwänden ausgenommen sind, gebildet, in welche die Arretierlaschen in Eingriff bringbar sind. Auf diese Weise ist ein sehr sicheres Verschließen der erfindungsgemäßen Versandverpackung möglich. Jenseits der beanspruchten Erfindung können die Arretierschlitze aber auch auf den Deckeln und die Arretierlaschen an gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden vorgesehen sein, sowie der Arretierverschluss auch in einer gänzlich anderen Form realisiert sein, um die erfindungsgemäße Funktion in gleichartiger Weise zu erfüllen.
  • Gemäss Patentanspruch 1 sind die Arretierschlitze jeweils im Bereich der ersten und zweiten Seitenwand angeordnet.
  • Gemäß einer anderen Überlegung jenseits der Erfindung können der erste und der zweite Arretierverschluss durch an dem ersten und zweiten Deckel ausgebildete Arretierlaschen und zugehörige Arretierschlitze gebildet sein, in welche die Arretierlaschen in Eingriff bringbar sind.
  • Gemäss der Erfindung sind die Arretierlaschen so ausgeführt, dass sie sich nach dem Einführen in die Arretierschlitze durch Rückstellkräfte so verspreizen, dass sie sich in der eingeführten Stellung verhaken und nicht mehr aus den Schlitzen ziehbar sind. Auf diese Weise wird ein nur durch Zerstörung zu öffnender Verschluss ausgebildet, mit dem sichergestellt ist, dass ein unbefugtes Öffnen der Verpackung verhindert wird.
  • Um ein gut wirksames Verspreizen der Arretierlaschen hinter den zugehörigen Schlitzen zu erzielen, sind die Arretierlaschen mit an ihren Längsenden vorgesehenen schwenkbaren Abschnitten, z.B. Dreiecksabschnitten, versehen, die sich in den Arretierschlitzen verhaken und somit eine nicht lösbare Verbindung zwischen Arretierlaschen und Arretierschlitzen herstellen.
  • Um ein leichtes und einfaches Öffnen des ersten Deckels durch Zerstören zu ermöglichen, kann weiters vorgesehen sein, dass ein die Arretierlaschen des ersten Deckels umfassender Bereich entlang von Perforationslinien abtrennbar ist.
  • Gemäss Patentanspruch 4 soll die Versandverpackung einteilig aus einem einzigen Faltzuschnitt hergestellt und gefaltet werden, wobei der Zuschnitt aber auch zwei- oder mehrteilig ausgebildet sein kann.
  • Somit betrifft die Erfindung einen einteiligen Faltzuschnitt, der zu einer erfindungsgemäßen Versandverpackung faltbar ist, wobei der Faltzuschnitt in Längsrichtung nebeneinander angeordnete Seitenwände aufweist, die entlang von Quer-Falzlinien aneinandergrenzen, und wobei an den Seitenwänden entlang von Längs-Falzlinien zumindest eine Bodenklappe und an einer ersten der Seitenwände eine erste Deckklappe angelenkt sind, wobei an einer zweiten der Seitenwände entlang einer Längs-Falzlinie eine zweite Deckklappe angelenkt ist, dass die erste Deckklappe eine erste Arretierlasche aufweist, wobei ein zugehöriger erster Arretierschlitz vorgesehen ist, wobei die zweite Deckklappe eine zweite Arretierlasche aufweist, und wobei ein zugehöriger zweiter Arretierschlitz entlang der Längs-Falzlinie der ersten Deckklappe verläuft, wobei die erste und die zweite Arretierlasche Schwenkhinterschneidungen aufweisen, sodass sie in dem Zustand, in dem sie in den zughörigen Arretierschlitz eingeführt sind nur durch Zerstörung aus diesen entfernbar sind.
  • Auf diese Weise kann ein sicheres Verschließen des ersten und zweiten Deckels gewährleistet werden, wobei ein Öffnen der beiden Deckel nur durch Zerstörung möglich ist.
  • Die erste und die zweite Seitenwand sind mit erstem und zweitem Deckel einander gegenüberliegend angeordnet. Dies kann gemäß einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung dadurch erzielt werden, dass zwischen der die erste Deckklappe aufweisenden ersten Seitenwand und der die zweite Deckklappe aufweisenden zweiten Seitenwand eine weitere der Seitenwände angeordnet ist, sodass die erste und die zweite Seitenwand im gefalteten Zustand einander gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind.
  • Jenseits der Erfindung können die beiden vorgesehenen Deckel aber auch in einer nicht gegenüberliegenden Lage angeordnet sein.
  • Gemäß der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass der erste Arretierschlitz zumindest teilweise entlang der Längsfalzlinie der zweiten Deckklappe verläuft.
  • Da die zweite Deckklappe auch sicher verschließbar sein soll, weist auch die zweite Deckklappe gemäß der Erfindung eine zweite Arretierlasche auf, wobei ein zugehöriger zweiter Arretierschlitz entlang der Längsfalzlinie der ersten Deckklappe verläuft.
  • Um ein einfaches Abtrennen des ersten Arretierverschlusses und des zweiten Arretierverschlusses zu ermöglichen, kann die erste Arretierlasche entlang einer Perforationslinie von der ersten Deckklappe und die zweite Arretierlasche entlang einer Perforartionslinie von der zweiten Deckklappe abtrennbar sein.
  • Um zu erreichen, dass ein sicherer Verschluss der ersten und zweiten Deckklappe möglich ist, weisen die erste und die zweite Arretierlasche Schwenkhinterschneidungen auf, sodass sie in dem Zustand, in dem sie mit der Arretierlasche in den zughörigen Arretierschlitz eingeführt sind nur durch Zerstörung aus diesen entfernbar sind.
  • Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand der in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiele eingehend erläutert. Es zeigt dabei
    • Fig.1 bis 5 zeigen eine dreidimensionale Darstellung einer Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Versandverpackung in unterschiedlichen Öffnungs- bzw. Schließstellungen;
    • Fig.6 zeigt eine Draufsicht eines Faltzuschnitts der Ausführungsform gemäß Fig.1 bis 5;
    • Fig.7 bis 9 zeigen eine dreidimensionale Darstellung einer weiteren Ausführungsform eine Draufsicht der erfindungsgemäßen Versandverpackung in unterschiedlichen Öffnungs- bzw. Schließstellungen;
    • Fig.10 zeigt eine Draufsicht eines Faltzuschnitts der Ausführungsform gemäß Fig.7 bis 9;
      Fig.1 bis 6 zeigen eine Ausführungsform einer Versandverpackung 1 zur Aufnahme von Versandgut, z.B. Kleidungsstücke, Bücher, DVD, etc. und einen zugehörigen Faltzuschnitt 3. Bevorzugt ist die Versandpackung 1 aus Karton oder Wellpappe hergestellt, es können aber auch andere geeignete Materialien zur Anwendung gelangen.
  • Die Versandpackung 1 ist von der Form her - ohne darauf eingeschränkt zu sein - quaderförmig und weist eine Bodenwand 7 und Seitenwände 50, 51, 52, 53 sowie einen ersten Deckel 6, der als Klappdeckel ausgebildet ist, auf, welcher zum Verschließen einer Entnahmeöffnung 8, über die das Versandgut in die Versandpackung 1 einbringbar ist, geeignet ist und einen ersten Arretierverschluss aufweist, der ohne sichtbares Zerstören nicht geöffnet werden kann.
  • Der erste Deckel 6 ist an der Oberkante einer Seitenwand 52 der Seitenwände 50, 51, 52, 53 in einem ersten Anlenkbereich 12 angelenkt.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist der erste Arretierverschluss des ersten Deckels 6 und der zweite Arretierverschluss des zweiten Deckels 11 jeweils im geschlossenen Zustand so in Eingriff gebracht sind, dass sie ohne sichtbares Zerstören nicht öffenbar sind.
  • Der erste Arretierverschluss ist dabei durch eine am ersten Deckel 6 ausgebildete Arretierlasche 20 gebildet, welche sich an der dem Anlenkbereich 12 gegenüberliegenden Seite des Deckels 6 erstreckt, und einem zugehörigen Arretierschlitz 22 im Bereich der Oberkante der Seitenwand 50 gebildet, mit dem die Arretierlasche 20 durch Einführen in Eingriff bringbar ist, wobei die Arretierlasche 20 mit an ihren Längsenden vorgesehenen schwenkbaren Dreiecksabschnitten 30 versehen ist, die sich im Arretierschlitz 22 verhaken und somit eine nicht lösbare Verbindung zwischen Arretierlasche 20 und Arretierschlitz 22 herstellen.
  • Weiters sind an den Seitenwänden 51, 53 Schwenkklappen 9, 10 zum Abdecken des (nicht dargestellten) Versandguts vorgesehen.
  • Ein zweiter Deckel 11, der als Klappdeckel ausgebildet ist, ist innerhalb der Versandverpackung 1 vorgesehen, der zum Verschließen der Entnahmeöffnung 8 geeignet ist und einen zweiten Arretierverschluss aufweist, der zum erneuten Verschließen der Verpackung nach Öffnen des ersten Deckels 6 geeignet ist. Der zweite innere Deckel 11 ist an der Oberkante der der Seitenwand 52 gegenüberliegenden Seitenwand 50 in einem zweiten Anlenkbereich 13 angelenkt, wobei der erste Anlenkbereich 12 und der zweite Anlenkbereich 13 jeweils durch eine Längs-Falzlinie entlang der Oberkante der Seitenwände 52, 50 gebildet ist.
  • Der zweite Arretierverschluss ist durch eine Arretierlasche 21 und einen zugehörigen Arretierschlitz 23 im Bereich der Oberkante der Seitenwand 52 gebildet, wobei die Arretierlasche 21 wiederum schwenkbare Dreieckabschnitte 30 aufweist, die sich beim Schließen des zweiten Deckels 6 im Arretierschlitz 23 verhaken.
  • In Fig.2 ist die erfindungsgemäße Versandverpackung 1 mit in diese geklappten Schwenkklappen 9, 10 gezeigt.
  • Nun wird der zweite Deckel 11 in die Versandpackung 1 geklappt (Fig.3), ohne dabei die Arretierlasche 21 in den Arretierschlitz 23 zu stecken. Dies erfolgt erst bei Rücksendung.
  • Danach wird der erste Deckel 6 über den zweiten Deckel 11 geklappt und somit die Entnahmeöffnung 8 verschlossen, indem die Arretierlasche 20 mit den Dreiecksabschnitten 30 in den zugehörigen Arretierschlitz 22 gesteckt wird (Fig.4), wodurch der Arretierverschluss des ersten Deckels 6 geschlossen ist (Fig.5) und nur mehr durch Zerstören des Arretierverschlusses geöffnet werden kann. In einfacher Weise kann dies beim Öffnen geschehen, in dem die Perforationslinien 31 aufgerissen werden und damit der Arretierverschluss vom Rest des Deckels 6 getrennt wird und dieser geöffnet werden kann.
  • Nach dem Öffnen des ersten Deckels 6 nach dem Empfang durch den Kunden ist dieser zwar zerstört, im Fall einer erforderlichen Rücksendung wird der zweite Deckel 11 verwendet und mittels des Arretierverschlusses aus Arretierlasche 22 und Arretierschlitz 23 verschlossen.
  • Die Arretierverschlüsse des ersten Deckels 6 und des zweiten Deckels 11 sind dabei identisch aufgebaut, es können diese aber auch unterschiedlich ausgebildet sein.
  • Fig.6 zeigt einen Faltzuschnitt 3, der zu der Versandpackung 1 faltbar ist und in dem alle erforderlichen Teile enthalten sind.
  • Der Faltzuschnitt 3 weist die in Längsrichtung nebeneinander angeordneten Seitenwände 50, 51, 52, 53 auf, die entlang von Quer-Falzlinien 60, 61, 62 aneinandergrenzen, und wobei an den Seitenwänden 50, 51, 52, 53 entlang von Längs-Falzlinien 80, 81, 82, 83 Bodenklappen 70, 71, 72, 73 angelenkt sind.
  • Über eine Klebelasche 91, die durch eine Querfalzlinie 66 gegenüber der zweiten Seitenwand 50 abgegrenzt ist, können die aufeinanderfolgenden gefalteten Seitenwände 50, 51, 52, 53 an gegenüberliegenden Endbereichen verklebt werden, um einen querförmigen Hohlraum auszubilden.
  • Im gefalteten Zustand bilden die Bodenklappen 70, 71, 72, 73 die Bodenwand 7 (Fig.1).
  • Schwenkklappen 9, 10 sind durch Längs-Falzlinien 85, 87 von den Seitenwänden 51, 53 abgegrenzt und an diese angelenkt.
  • Weiters ist an einer ersten Seitenwand 52 eine erste Deckklappe 6 durch Ausbilden einer Längs-Falzlinie 86 angelenkt.
  • An einer zweiten (im gefalteten Zustand gegenüberliegenden) Seitenwand 50 ist entlang einer Längs-Falzlinie eine zweite Deckklappe 11 angelenkt.
  • Die erste Deckklappe 6 weist eine erste Arretierlasche 20 auf, für die ein zugehöriger erster Arretierschlitz 22 vorgesehen ist.
  • Im Bereich zwischen der die erste Deckklappe 6 aufweisenden ersten Seitenwand 52 und der die zweite Deckklappe 11 aufweisenden zweiten Seitenwand 50 ist eine weitere Seitenwand 51 angeordnet, sodass die erste und die zweite Seitenwand 52, 50 im gefalteten Zustand einander gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind.
  • Der erste Arretierschlitz 22 ist zumindest teilweise entlang der Längsfalzlinie 84 der zweiten Deckklappe 11 ausgebildet.
  • Die zweite Deckklappe 11 weist ebenso eine zweite Arretierlasche 21 auf, wobei ein zugehöriger zweiter Arretierschlitz 23 zumindest teilweise entlang der Längsfalzlinie 86 der ersten Deckklappe 6 verläuft.
  • Die erste Arretierlasche 20 und die zweite Arretierlasche 21 sind jeweils entlang einer dreieckförmig verlaufenden Perforationslinie 31 von der ersten bzw. Deckklappe 6, 11 abtrennbar.
  • Die erste und die zweite Arretierlasche 20, 21 weisen Schwenkhinterschneidungen in Form von Dreieckbereichen 30 auf, sodass sie in dem Zustand, in dem sie in den zughörigen Arretierschlitz 22, 23 eingeführt sind nur durch Zerstörung aus diesen entfernbar sind.
  • Fig. 7 bis 10 zeigen eine weitere Ausführungsform der Versandpackung 2 und einen zughörigen Faltzuschnitt 4, die sich lediglich im Arretierverschluss geringfügig von der ersten Ausführungsform unterscheidet.
  • Die Arretierlaschen 20, 21 weisen Rückfaltabschnitte 30' an ihren Enden auf, für welche in den zugehörigen Arretierschlitzen 22, 23 an den Enden derselben lochartige Erweiterungen 96 vorgesehen sind, durch welche die gefalteten Rückfaltabschnitte 30' hindurchpassen, welche sich im eingeführten Zustand innerhalb der Arretierschlitze 22, 23 so entfalten, dass die Arretierlaschen 20, 21 aus den Arretierschlitzen 22, 23 nur durch Zerstören entfernt werden können.

Claims (7)

  1. Versandverpackung (1, 2) zur Aufnahme von Versandgut mit einer Bodenwand (7), Seitenwänden (50, 51, 52, 53) und einem ersten Deckel (6), welcher zum Verschließen einer Entnahmeöffnung (8) geeignet ist und einen ersten Arretierverschluss aufweist, wobei ein zweiter Deckel (11) innerhalb der Versandverpackung (1, 2) vorgesehen ist, der zum Verschließen der Entnahmeöffnung (8) geeignet ist und einen zweiten Arretierverschluss aufweist, der zum erneuten Verschließen der Verpackung nach Öffnen des ersten Deckels (6) geeignet ist, wobei der erste und der zweite Deckel (6, 11) jeweils als Klappdeckel ausgebildet sind, wobei der erste Arretierverschluss des ersten Deckels (6) und der zweite Arretierverschluss des zweiten Deckels (11) jeweils beim Verschließen so in Eingriff bringbar sind, dass sie im geschlossenen Zustand ohne sichtbares Zerstören nicht öffenbar sind, wobei der erste Deckel (6) an der Oberkante einer ersten der Seitenwände (52) in einem ersten Anlenkbereich (12) angelenkt ist, wobei der zweite Deckel (11) an der Oberkante der gegenüberliegenden zweiten Seitenwand (50) in einem zweiten Anlenkbereich (13) angelenkt ist, wobei der erste und der zweite Arretierverschluss durch an dem ersten und zweiten Deckel (6, 11) ausgebildete Arretierlaschen (20, 21)und zugehörige Arretierschlitze (22, 23) gebildet sind, in welche die Arretierlaschen (20, 21) in Eingriff bringbar sind, wobei die Arretierlaschen (20, 21) mit an ihren Längsenden vorgesehenen schwenkbaren Abschnitten (30) versehen sind, die sich in den Arretierschlitzen (22, 23) verhaken und somit eine nicht lösbare Verbindung zwischen Arretierlaschen (20, 21) und Arretierschlitzen (22, 23) herstellen, wobei sich die Arretierlaschen (20, 21) nach dem Einführen in die Arretierschlitze (22, 23) durch Rückstellkräfte so verspreizen, dass sie sich in der eingeführten Stellung verhaken und nicht mehr aus den Schlitzen ziehbar sind, wobei der Arretierschlitz (22) für den ersten Deckel (6) im Bereich der zweiten Seitenwand (50) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Arretierschlitz (23) für den zweiten Deckel (11) im Bereich der ersten Seitenwand (52) angeordnet ist.
  2. Versandverpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Anlenkbereich (12) und der zweite Anlenkbereich (13) jeweils durch eine Längs-Falzlinie entlang der Oberkante der Seitenwände (52, 50) gebildet sind.
  3. Versandpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein die Arretierlaschen (20, 21) des ersten Deckels (6) und des zweiten Deckels (11) umfassender Bereich entlang von Perforationslinien (31) abtrennbar ist.
  4. Faltzuschnitt (2), der zu einer Versandverpackung (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche faltbar ist, wobei der Faltzuschnitt (2) in Längsrichtung nebeneinander angeordnete Seitenwände (50, 51, 52, 53) aufweist, die entlang von Quer-Falzlinien (60, 61, 62) aneinandergrenzen, und wobei an den Seitenwänden (50, 51, 52, 53) entlang von Längs-Falzlinien (80, 81, 82, 83) zumindest eine Bodenklappe (70, 71, 72, 73) und an einer ersten der Seitenwände (50, 51, 52, 53) entlang einer Längs-Falzlinie (86) eine erste Deckklappe (6) angelenkt sind, wobei an einer zweiten der Seitenwände (50, 51, 52, 53) entlang einer Längs-Falzlinie (84) eine zweite Deckklappe (11) angelenkt ist, wobei die erste Deckklappe (6) eine erste Arretierlasche (20) aufweist, wobei ein zugehöriger erster Arretierschlitz (22) vorgesehen ist, wobei die zweite Deckklappe (11) eine zweite Arretierlasche (21) aufweist, und wobei ein zugehöriger zweiter Arretierschlitz (23) entlang der Längs-Falzlinie (86) der ersten Deckklappe (6) verläuft, wobei die erste und die zweite Arretierlasche (20, 21) Schwenkhinterschneidungen (30) aufweisen, sodass sie in dem Zustand, in dem sie in den zughörigen Arretierschlitz (22, 23) eingeführt sind nur durch Zerstörung aus diesen entfernbar sind, und wobei der erste Arretierschlitz (22) zumindest teilweise entlang der Längs-Falzlinie (84) der zweiten Deckklappe (11) verläuft, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Arretierschlitz(23) zumindest teilweise entlang der Längs-Falzlinie (86) der ersten Deckklappe (6) verläuft.
  5. Faltzuschnitt nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der die erste Deckklappe (6) aufweisenden ersten Seitenwand (52) und der die zweite Deckklappe (11) aufweisenden zweiten Seitenwand (50) eine weitere (51) der Seitenwände angeordnet ist, sodass die erste und die zweite Seitenwand (52, 50) im gefalteten Zustand einander gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind.
  6. Faltzuschnitt nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Arretierlasche (20) entlang einer Perforationslinie (30) von der ersten Deckklappe (6) abtrennbar ist.
  7. Faltzuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Arretierlasche (21) entlang einer Perforationslinie (30) von der zweiten Deckklappe (11) abtrennbar ist.
