- the tilting structure 50 includes a guide block 51, an elastic member 53 and a plug 55.
- the elastic member 53 may be a coil spring.
- the guide block 51 is inserted into an insertion space 41 which is provided to the housing 40.
- a guide groove 54 is formed on an outer surface of the guide block 51 and a guide protrusion 43 is provided in the insertion space 41, and the guide block 51 is inserted into the insertion space 41 in a state that the guide protrusion 43 is engaged with the guide groove 54.
- a guide hole 51b may be formed in the guide block 51, and the elastic member 53 and the plug 55 may be disposed in the guide hole 51b as shown in FIG. 4 .
- the plug 55 is movably disposed within the guide block 51 and is elastically supported by the elastic member 53 so as to exert a tilting force to the bearing 13 which supports the worm shaft 10.
- the elastic member 53 is supported against a step 51c which is provided in the guide block 51 at one end thereof and supports a protrusion 57 which is formed on the plug 55 at the other end there. Accordingly, by an elastic resilient force of the elastic member 53, the plug 55 supports the bearing 13 which supports the worm shaft 10.
- the protrusion 57 contacts an inner surface of the guide hole 51b of the guide block 51 to be guided. Meanwhile, an insertion protrusion 56 is formed at a frontal end of the plug 55, and the insertion protrusion 56 is inserted into an auxiliary guide hole 51d which is formed in the guide block 51. Accordingly, the guide block 51 and the plug 55 are connected via double guiding structure, so the elastic member 53 can be prevented from being inclined while being installed.
- the tilting structure 50 according to an embodiment of the present invention has a unitary assembled structure for ease of an installation.
- a thread 58 is formed on an outer surface of the insertion protrusion 56 and a thread 52 is also formed in an inner surface of the auxiliary guide hole 51d, and the guide block 51 and the plug 55 are connected to one another via a thread coupling between the both threads.
- the plug 55 is maintained to compress the elastic member 53 by the thread coupling of the guide block 51 and the plug 55. At this time, as shown in (a) of FIG. 4 , the plug 55 is maintained at a state of being spaced from the bearing 13 which supports the worm shaft 10.
- the thread coupling of the plug 55 and the guide block 51 can be released by rotating the plug 55 in a state that the tilting structure 50 is inserted into the housing, and for this a tool connecting portion 55a for rotating the plug 55 using a tool is provided to the plug 55.
- the tool connecting portion 55a may be provided to the insertion protrusion 56, and for example may be a hexagonal indentation.
- the tilting structure 50 may further include a snap ring 59 which is coupled to the guide block 51 to prevent the plug 55 from being separated from the guide block 51.
- the snap ring 59 may be installed to a connection groove 51a which is formed on an inner surface of the guide block 51.
- the present invention relates to an electric power steering apparatus and can be applied to a part of a vehicle, so the present invention has an industrial applicability.

Claims (8)
- Structure d'inclinaison (50) destinée à fournir une force pour incliner un arbre de vis sans fin (10) d'un appareil de direction à assistance électrique vers une roue tangente (3), comprenant :un bloc de guidage (51) qui est conçu pour être inséré dans un espace d'insertion (41) d'un carter (40) de l'appareil de direction à assistance électrique ;un élément élastique (53) qui est disposé à l'intérieur du bloc de guidage (51) ; etun bouchon (55) qui est disposé mobile à l'intérieur du bloc de guidage (51) et qui est supporté de manière élastique par l'élément élastique (53) et conçu pour exercer une force d'inclinaison sur un palier (13) qui supporte l'arbre de vis sans fin (10),caractérisée en ce quele bouchon (55) et le bloc de guidage (51) sont conçus pour être susceptibles d'être reliés l'un à l'autre par le biais d'un couplage fileté et comprimer l'élément élastique (53),le bouchon (55) étant conçu pour se déplacer vers le palier (13) par une force résiliente élastique de l'élément élastique (53) de façon à venir en contact avec le palier (13) et exercer la force d'inclinaison par la libération du couplage fileté du bloc de guidage (51) et du bouchon (55).
- Structure d'inclinaison (50) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle un trou de guidage (51b) qui guide le déplacement du bouchon (55) est formé dans le bloc de guidage (51).
- Structure d'inclinaison (50) selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre un anneau de retenue (59) qui est relié au bloc de guidage (51) de façon à empêcher que le bouchon (55) ne soit séparé du bloc de guidage (51).
- Structure d'inclinaison (50) selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle le bloc de guidage (51) comprend un trou de guidage auxiliaire (51d), et dans laquelle le bloc de guidage (51) comprend : une saillie (57) qui est supportée par l'élément élastique (53) et qui est guidée par le trou de guidage (51b) ; et une saillie d'insertion (56) qui est insérée dans le trou de guidage auxiliaire (51d) afin d'être guidée par celui-ci.
- Structure d'inclinaison (50) selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle le bloc de guidage (51) et le bouchon (55) sont conçus pour être susceptibles d'être reliés l'un à l'autre par le biais de filets (58, 52) qui sont formés respectivement sur une surface extérieure de la saillie d'insertion (56) et une surface intérieure du trou de guidage auxiliaire (51d), et la structure d'inclinaison (50) étant conçue pour l'installation dans un état dans lequel le bouchon (55) est relié au bloc de guidage (51) par le biais dudit couplage fileté dans un état consistant à être fixe pour amener la saillie (57) à comprimer l'élément élastique (53).
- Structure d'inclinaison (50) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le bouchon (55) est pourvu d'une partie de liaison pour outil (55a) permettant une rotation par un outil après installation.
- Appareil de direction à assistance électrique, comprenant :un moteur (20) ;un arbre de vis sans fin (10) qui est pourvu d'un engrenage à vis sans fin (11) et qui est relié à un arbre extérieur (21) du moteur (20) de façon à tourner avec celui-ci ;une roue tangente (3) qui est couplée à un arbre de direction (1) et qui est en prise avec l'engrenage à vis sans fin (11) ;un palier (13) qui supporte l'arbre de vis sans fin (10) ; etune structure d'inclinaison selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, qui exerce une force d'inclinaison sur le palier (13) de sorte que l'arbre de vis sans fin (10) est incliné vers la roue tangente (3).
- Appareil de direction à assistance électrique selon la revendication 7, dans lequel une rainure de guidage (54) est formée sur une surface extérieure du bloc de guidage (51) et dans laquelle une saillie de guidage (43), qui est insérée dans la rainure de guidage (54) pour être guidée par celle-ci, est formée dans le carter (40).
