Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif pour la fabrication et la manipulation de paquets de produits empilés, tels des paquets de bûches de bois, comprenant ce qui suit:
    - deux chevalets (2, 3) situés en vis-à-vis, lesquels sont posés sur une plaque de base (1) commune, de préférence une euro-palette,
    - dans lequel un premier chevalet (2) est posé de façon fixe sur la plaque de base (1) alors qu'un deuxième chevalet (3) est prévu de manière mobile, parallèlement par rapport au premier chevalet (2), sur la plaque de base, depuis une première position, laquelle se situe sensiblement en butée contre le premier chevalet (2), à savoir la position de base pour l'empilage du paquet, jusque dans une deuxième position espacée par rapport au premier chevalet ou d'autres positions, dans lequel un axe longitudinal d'insertion (42) du dispositif entre les deux chevalets (2, 3) s'étend dans la première position,
    - dans lequel les chevalets (2, 3) possèdent en commun, du côté supérieur, dans la première position, un évidement en forme de segment de cercle (7) sous la forme du paquet (6) à former, dont le point culminant inférieur (43) touche la surface de la plaque de base, dans lequel l'étendue d'un évidement (7) en forme de segment de cercle respectif d'un chevalet est de plus de 90°, et l'évidement en forme de segment de cercle commun des deux chevalets comportant ainsi globalement plus de 180°;
    - dans lequel chaque chevalet (2, 3) se compose de deux parois latérales (4, 5) espacées parallèlement entre elles en direction de l'axe longitudinal d'insertion (42) du dispositif et reliées de manière serrée l'une à l'autre,
    - dans lequel le deuxième chevalet (3) est doté d'un renvoi de sangle (8), lequel pénètre radialement à l'intérieur de l'évidement (7), et
    - une sangle de serrage (13) que l'on peut faire passer autour du paquet (6) d'une façon telle, qu'elle est déviée via le renvoi de sangle (8) de manière à se mettre en prise dans l'intérieur du paquet, dans lequel la sangle de serrage (13) peut être fermée et tendue via un tendeur (14).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement en forme de segment de cercle est globalement de 270°, et/ou
    caractérisé en ce que le renvoi de sangle (8) se compose d'une barre ou baguette (9) orientée axialement qui est en appui à ses deux extrémités dans des bras de retenue (10) en saillie horizontale-radiale par rapport aux parois latérales (4, 5) du chevalet (3); et/ou
    caractérisé en ce que l'on prévoit, en guise de plaque de base (1), une euro-palette usuelle du commerce, de préférence aux dimensions 800 mm x 1200 mm, avec entre autres cinq planches de couverture longitudinales (16) et trois planches transversales (18) fixées en-dessous, lesquelles forment entre elles, en direction longitudinale, les unes derrière les autres, deux rangées quadruples transversales avec des espaces intermédiaires (17), et en ce que les deux chevalets (2, 3) sont disposés, via les côtés inférieurs de leurs parois latérales, sur l'euro-palette en étant en prise dans les deux espaces intermédiaires (17) extérieurs respectifs d'une rangée transversale.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que :
    - les deux parois latérales (4, 5) des chevalets (2, 3) possèdent, du côté inférieur intérieurement, respectivement un étagement intérieur (22), moyennant quoi respectivement un épaulement d'appui intérieur (23) est formé par l'intermédiaire duquel les parois latérales, et ainsi l'ensemble du chevalet, sont en appui sur la planche transversale médiane/intérieure (18) de la palette (1),
    - en ce que les deux parois latérales (4, 5) des chevalets (2, 3), de préférence seulement le chevalet (2) fixe, possèdent du côté inférieur, à l'extérieur, respectivement un étagement extérieur (24),
    - dans lequel l'étagement extérieur (27) des parois latérales du chevalet fixe (2) est étudié de manière à ce qu'une baguette longitudinale (26) soit formée entre l'étagement intérieur et extérieur, laquelle se met en prise dans l'espace intermédiaire extérieur (17) respectif de la palette en étant en appui à l'intérieur sur les planches transversales (18),
    et dans lequel l'étagement extérieur (24) des parois latérales du chevalet mobile (3) est étudié en termes de longueur de manière à ce qu'un déplacement du chevalet soit possible au moins de l'ordre de la profondeur de pénétration du renvoi de sangle (8).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que
    - la liaison serrée des deux parois latérales (4, 5) des chevalets (2, 3) se compose respectivement de plusieurs nervures de liaison axiales (19, 30, 31),
    dans lequel on associe aux surfaces de paroi inférieures du chevalet mobile (3) respectivement deux nervures (30, 31), à distance transversale l'une par rapport à l'autre, mais cependant à hauteur différente,
    - dans la première position, la position de chargement, au niveau du chevalet mobile (3), la nervure extérieure arrière (30) est disposée sur les planches de couverture (16) de la palette de manière centrale par rapport à la planche transversale (18) en étant en appui ou disposée à proximité de celles-ci d'une façon telle, que les parois latérales (4, 5) dans cette zone ne sont pas en appui sur la planche transversale (18) avec leur côté inférieur, mais par l'intermédiaire de la nervure (30),
    - un levier de verrouillage (36) traversé par la nervure intérieure (31) de manière fixe, mais cependant culbutable, est prévu, lequel possède du côté inférieur un étagement extérieur (38) en forme de crochet lequel, dans la position enclenchée de blocage, de préférence dans l'espace intermédiaire (17), est à fleur sur le côté intérieur de la planche transversale (18) la plus à l'extérieur de l'euro-palette (1), moyennant quoi un déplacement du chevalet (3) transversalement vers l'extérieur pendant le paquetage est bloqué,
    - dans lequel le levier de verrouillage (36) se compose de préférence de deux parois espacées transversalement entre elles et reliées de manière serrée l'une à l'autre, lesquelles sont respectivement en prise dans les espaces intermédiaires intérieurs (17) de la palette,
    - et au niveau de la nervure intérieure (31), centralement, une cale de support (11) est en outre mobile via un trou oblong (40) en direction de déplacement du chevalet (3), en prenant simultanément appui du côté inférieur de préférence sur la planche de couverture centrale (16) de la palette, dans lequel le trajet de déplacement de la nervure (31) dans la cale de support (11) est à peu près de la moitié de la profondeur de pénétration du renvoi de sangle (8).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que
    la nervure extérieure (30) du chevalet mobile (3) traverse en outre une pédale (32) à travers une ouverture (33) prévue dans celle-ci d'une manière telle, que celle-ci peut facilement basculer, dans lequel la pédale se compose de deux parois de pédale (34) parallèles reliées par l'intermédiaire d'une traverse extérieure (35), lesquelles sont en appui de manière mobile du côté inférieur dans les espaces intermédiaires de la palette au niveau de la planche transversale et restreignent de manière dosée la force d'appui de la nervure (30) sur les planches de couverture (16) de la palette de manière à ce que le déplacement du chevalet (3) est possible avec la tension de sangle souhaitée.
  6. Dispositif selon les revendications 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce que,
    pour le déplacement facile et à faible friction, les deux nervures de liaison (30, 31) et/ou la pédale (32) sont fabriquées en métal.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que,
    dans la première position, la sangle de serrage (13) est placée, avant la mise en place des bûches de bois dans l'espace intermédiaire entre les deux parois latérales (4, 5) des deux chevalets (2, 3), d'une manière telle, qu'elle est en appui au milieu sur la palette (1) et est respectivement posée par-dessus les nervures de liaison supérieures (29) des chevalets et s'étend simultanément transversalement sur le renvoi de sangle (8), moyennant quoi elle peut être fermée et tendue via un tendeur (14).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    le tendeur (14) possède deux plaques latérales (44) parallèles entre elles, entre lesquelles il y a d'une part un dispositif d'insertion ou de blocage (46) se composant de trois cheville rondes (45), lesquelles sont fixées entre les plaques latérales en formation triangulaire d'une manière telle, que de préférence deux chevilles sont disposées transversalement en symétrie d'axe entre elles alors que la troisième cheville est décalée en milieu d'axe de façon à ce que la sangle de serrage (13) puisse être bloquée de manière autobloquante en étant enroulée de manière serrée autour de celles-ci, et d'autre part un dispositif d'enroulement (47) se composant d'un tube de réception (48) fendu diagonalement en longueur s'étendant perpendiculairement en travers entre les plaques latérales (44) et rotatif, dans la fente (49) duquel l'autre extrémité de la sangle de serrage (13) enfermant le paquet peut être insérée, et qui coopère avec un dispositif à cliquet, disposé en-dehors de cette plaque latérale (44), sous la forme d'une roue dentée à cliquet (50) et d'un levier denté ou loqueteau (51), dans lequel le tube de réception (48) est d'une part relié de manière serrée à la roue à cliquet et possède d'autre part une tête (52) reposant du côté extérieur contre l'autre plaque latérale, dans lequel on prévoit sur le tube de réception, aux deux extrémités, de façon médiane/centrale, respectivement une ouverture carrée en guise d'ouverture d'insertion pour un levier d'actionnement, de préférence une clé à cliquet ou un cliquet usuel du commerce.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    - l'on prévoit un préhenseur de sangle (58) auto-serrant lequel, lors de l'utilisation, saisit par le dessous la sangle de serrage (13) via une tige enfichable (71) prévue du côté inférieur sur sa fixation (60),
    - deux leviers (67, 68) à deux bras en forme de point d'interrogation sont fixés de façon pivotante sur la fixation (60) d'une manière telle, qu'en soulevant les paquets, en fonction du poids des paquets, on fait pivoter les extrémités inférieures rectilignes des bras de levier (70) vers le bas en étant en assise sur la sangle (13) et l'une par rapport à l'autre, en tirant simultanément la sangle via la tige enfichable (71) vers le haut entre les bras de levier (70),
    dans lequel on prévoit de préférence sur le préhenseur de sangle, au milieu de l'axe, dans la fixation (60) se composant de deux tôles latérales (59) parallèles, un entraîneur (62) également assemblé à partir de deux plaques (61), lequel possède d'une part, à l'extrémité supérieure, une cheville d'arrêt (63) pour les dispositifs de levage et à l'autre extrémité inférieure, une broche d'entraînement (64) qui est guidée dans des fentes de guidage axiales (65) des tôles latérales (59) de la fixation (60) et qui déplace ou écarte ce faisant les bras de levier (69) supérieurs arqués, moyennant quoi les bras de levier inférieurs (70) pivotent l'un par rapport à l'autre et sont orientés à peu près parallèlement entre eux dans la position de serrage maximale.
  10. Système pour la fabrication, le transport et le sciage de paquets de produits empilés, par exemple des paquets de bûches de bois, se composant de:
    - au moins un dispositif selon les revendications 1 - 9, en combinaison avec au moins autant d'euro-palettes (1),
    - au moins une sangle de serrage (13) avec un tendeur (14) avec les caractéristiques concernant le tendeur selon la revendication 8, et
    - un préhenseur de sangle auto-serrant (58) avec les caractéristiques concernant le préhenseur selon la revendication 9.
  11. Système selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il se compose de ce qui suit:
    - d'au moins d'une euro-palette (1), de préférence de deux et davantage d'euro-palettes,
    - d'un chevalet (2) pouvant être posé de manière non mobile, mais cependant amovible, sur l'euro-palette,
    - d'un chevalet (3) pouvant être posé de manière mobile et amovible sur l'euro-palette avec une cale de support (11), un levier de verrouillage (36) et une pédale (32) qui s'y trouvent,
    - d'au moins une, de préférence plusieurs sangles de serrage (13) auxquelles on associe respectivement un tendeur (14),
    - d'au moins d'un préhenseur de sangle auto-serrant (58), lequel peut être mis en place sur un dispositif de levage via sa cheville d'arrêt supérieure (63) et qui saisit par le dessous la sangle de serrage (13) avec sa tige enfichable inférieure (71) et la retend de manière correspondante.
  12. Procédé pour la fabrication, le transport et le sciage de paquets de produits empilés, tels par exemple des paquets de bûches de bois, en utilisant un dispositif selon les revendications 1 - 9 et/ou un système selon les revendications 10 et 11, avec les étapes suivantes:
    - une euro-palette (1) est posée/placée sur une base tels des sols ou similaires,
    - les deux chevalets (2, 3) sont ensuite mis en place l'un après l'autre sur l'euro-palette,
    - une sangle de serrage (13) est ensuite insérée entre les parois latérales (4, 5) des chevalets en direction longitudinale de la palette d'une manière telle, qu'elle est en appui dans la zone médiane de l'évidement de pose sur le sol de la palette et est suspendue au niveau des chevalets via les nervures de liaison (19) de ceux-ci, dans lequel elle est simultanément guidée via la baguette (9) du renvoi de sangle (8) du chevalet mobile (3), dans lequel également un tendeur (14) avec les caractéristiques concernant le tendeur selon la revendication 8 est relié à la sangle,
    - les bûches de bois étant ensuite insérées dans les logements d'insertion (7) jusqu'à l'obtention de la forme ronde correspondante du paquet,
    - l'extrémité libre de la sangle étant ensuite levée et posée par-dessus le paquet (6) empilé, dans lequel elle est insérée et enfilée dans la fente (49) du tube d'enroulement (48) du tendeur (14) fixé de manière autobloquante à l'autre extrémité de la sangle d'une manière telle, que la sangle de serrage est soumise à un premier serrage d'enroulement,
    - à l'aide d'une clé à cliquet (54), le tube d'enroulement (48) du tendeur (14) étant ensuite mis en rotation moyennant quoi la sangle de serrage est enroulée et la tension de la sangle augmente de manière correspondante, la sangle de serrage (13) exerçant une force de déplacement radiale sur le renvoi de sangle (8) s'étendant radialement vers l'intérieur du paquet,
    - le levier de verrouillage (36) sur le chevalet mobile (3) étant aussitôt desserré, moyennant quoi, de façon correspondante à la tension de sangle, le chevalet (3) est déplacé vers l'extérieur, dans lequel on continue de tendre de façon continue en actionnant la pédale jusqu'à ce que le renvoi de sangle (8) soit complètement poussé hors de l'intérieur du paquet,
    - le paquet (6) étant finalement amené vers son but, à savoir pour le stockage ou vers un dispositif de sciage, un préhenseur de sangle (58) avec les caractéristiques concernant le préhenseur de sangle selon les revendications 11 + 12 étant utilisé et soulevant le paquet (6) en le saisissant au niveau de la sangle de serrage ou bien les deux chevalets (2, 3) étant soulevés de la palette et le paquet restant sur la palette vide étant transporté plus loin.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que,
    pour le déplacement continu du chevalet (3) avec la tension souhaitée de la sangle de serrage (13), on actionne respectivement au moins brièvement la pédale (32) pour le réglage de la tension de la sangle, laquelle pédale bascule ce faisant et réduit la force d'appui de la nervure (30) qui la traverse sur les planches de couverture de la palette, et ainsi la friction entre la palette et le chevalet.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que,
    après avoir réalisé la tension optimale de la sangle via le tendeur (14) et le déplacement longitudinal suffisant du chevalet (3), le paquet (6) est extrait vers le haut via le préhenseur de sangle auto-serrant (58).
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que,
    après avoir réalisé la tension optimale de la sangle via le tendeur (14) et le déplacement longitudinal suffisant du chevalet (3), le paquet (6) reste sur la palette (1) pendant que les deux chevalets (2, 3) sont soulevés de la palette et sont amenés vers une réutilisation ou utilisation ultérieure éventuelle correspondante en rapport avec une euro-palette vide, dans lequel la palette avec le paquet en appui pour ne pas partir en roulant, par exemple via des cales, est emporté par exemple à l'aide d'un chariot élévateur ou gerbeur.
