Diese Instabilität ist dadurch begründet, daß beim Herstellen von Bunden aus Stapelgut mit unregelmäßigem Querschnitt und kreisförmigem Bundumfang die Umfangskraft des Spanngurtes zur Bildung eines Formschlusses im Bereich des Bundumfanges führt. Dadurch bedingt kann der Spanngurt den zentralen Bereich des Bundes nicht verdichten. Dabei ist der zweite Stützbock mit einer axial ausgerichteten Gurtumlenkung versehen, die radial in das Innere der Ausnehmung hineinragt. Schließlich ist ein über ein Spannschloß schließ- und spannbarer Spanngurt vorgesehen, der um das Bund so führbar ist, dass er über die Gurtumlenkung in das Bundinnere eingreifend umgelenkt ist.
Hierdurch ist eine in Aufbau und Handhabung einfache und gleichzeitig sichere Vorrichtung vorhanden, durch welche auch der zentrale Bereich der hergestellten Bunde so verdichtet ist, dass aus diesem zentralen Bundbereich bei deren Handhabung keine Holzscheite herausfallen. Dabei ist er gleichzeitig über den Stab der Gurtumlenkung des verschiebbaren Stützbockes geführt, wobei auch ein Spannschloß mit den das Spannschloß betreffenden Merkmalen des Anspruchs 8 griffbereit gelegt oder an einem der Gurtenden bereits befestigt ist.

Wie insbesondere aus Fig.1 und 2 zu entnehmen ist, besteht die Vorrichtung im Prinzip aus einer rechteckigen Grundplatte 1, auf der quer zu ihrer Längsrichtung mittensymmetrisch zwei Stützböcke 2 und 3 aufgesetzt sind. Diese wiederum bestehen jeweils aus zwei im Wesentlichen identischen Stützwänden 4 und 5, die über mehrere Längs-Stege 19 (nur als Achsen in Fig. 2 dargestellt) miteinander verbunden sind. Auf der dem Bund 6 zugewandten Seite weisen die Seitenwände 4, 5 eine Ausnehmung 7 in Form des Bundradius auf, wobei sich zugleich aus dem Abstand der Stützböcke 2, 3 zueinander auf der Grundplatte der kreisförmige Querschnitt des Bundes 6 ergibt. Dabei ist zu erkennen, daß der Kreisabschnitt der Ausnehmung 7 mit dargestellten ca. 270° weit über üblichen 180° beträgt, wodurch die Form des Bundes weit sicherer vorbestimmt ist.
Der in der Fig. 1 linke Stützbock 2 ist auf der Grundplatte verrutsch- oder verschiebefest aufgesetzt oder befestigt, zugleich auch abnehm- oder abhebbar. Der rechte Stützbock 3 wiederum ist verschiebbar auf die Grundplatte gestellt und ist mit einer radial-horizontal in das Innere des Bundes ragenden Gurtumlenkung 8 ausgestattet. Diese besteht aus einer Leiste oder Stange 9, die in von den Seitenwänden 4, 5 radial abragenden Haltearmen 10 gehalten wird. Dem verschiebbaren Stützbock 3 ist zudem ein Stützkeil 11 zugeordnet, der den Bund 6, beim Verschieben des Stützbockes durch Spannen des Spanngurtes, gegen Wegrollen abstützt. Um den fertig eingeschichteten Bund 6 befindet sich ein Spanngurt 13 gelegt, der oberseitg von einem Spannschloß 14 gespannt und nachspannbar gehalten wird. Es ist zu erkennen, wie der Spanngurt dabei über die Gurtumlenkung in das Innere des Bundes hineingezogen verläuft.

So zeigt Fig. 3A die gleiche Stellung wie in Fig. 1, nämlich mit fertig eingeschichteten Holzscheiten, und mit um diese herumgeführten Spanngurt 13, der über das Spannschloß gespannt gehalten ist. Dabei ist der Spanngurt in das Bundinnere über die Gurtumlenkung 8 geführt.
Fig. 3B veranschaulicht, wie über das Spannschloß die Spannung des Spanngurtes 13 so erhöht wurde, daß der Gurt über die Gurtumlenkung 8 den Stützbock 3 verschiebt. Dabei verbleibt der Stützkeil 11 unverändert in unter dem Bund 6 eingeschobener Blockierstellung.
Fig. 3C zeigt schließlich, wie nach weiterer Spannung des Gurtes der Stützbock 3 soweit verschoben wurde, daß die Umlenkung 8 aus dem Bund herausgedrückt wurde und hier zusätzlich noch weiter verschoben wurde, wobei der Stützkeil 11 mit dem Stützbock 3 mitgezogen wurde, den Bund zur Entnahme freigebend.

In Fig. 4 und 5 ist im Wesentlichen die gleiche Vorrichtung wie in Fig. 1 erkennbar, jedoch in genauerer Darstellung.
Es ist zu erkennen, daß hier als Grundplatte eine Europalette1 zum Einsatz kommt, die in bekannter Weise aus fünf sich zueinander parallele längserstreckenden Deckbrettern16 besteht, mit Zwischenräumen 17 dazwischen. Darunter sind drei Querbretter 18 vorhanden, eines jeweils an den äußeren Enden und eines mittig. Unter den Querbrettern 18 sind jeweils drei Distanzstücke 19 vorhanden, unter denen wiederum drei Kufen 20 angebracht sind, die sich in Längsrichtung der Palette erstrecken.
Die beiden Seitenwände 4, 5 der Stützböcke 2, 3 besitzen unterseitig innen jeweils eine innere Stufung 22, wodurch eine innere Abstützschulter 23 zum Abstützen auf dem inneren Querbrett 18 vorhanden ist. Zudem besitzen die Seitenwände des unverschiebbaren Stützbockes eine äußere Stufung 24, wodurch eine Abstützschulter 25 gebildet ist. Zwischen den beiden Stufungen oder Abstützschultern ist eine Längsleiste 26 vorhanden, die sich im Zwischenrum zwischen den beiden Querbrettern erstreckt und zum Steckverbinden des Stützbockes mit der Palette dient. Bei den Seitenwänden des verschiebbaren Stützbockes 3 ist keine äußere Stufung vorgesehen, bzw. diese ist so weit nach innen erweitert, in einer Schräge 27 zur inneren Stufung führend, daß der Stützbock 3 ungehindert um etwas mehr als die Eindringtiefe der Gurtumlenkung verschoben und dann ungehindert (stufenlos) entnommen werden kann.

Dieser Steg 30 ist quer durch einen Fußhebel 32 geführt, der eine Öffnung 33 besitzt, die eine gegenseitige Verschiebe- und Kippbewegung zuläßt, wobei über den Fußhebel eine Hebelkraft auf den Stützbock ausgeübt werden kann. Wie aus Fig. 5 zu entnehmen ist, besteht der Fußhebel aus zwei parallelen Fußhebelwänden 34, die unterseitig in den inneren Zwischenräumen 17 der Palette auf dem äußeren Querbrett aufliegen und die über eine äußere Querstrebe 35 miteinander verbunden sind.
Der innere Verbindungssteg 31 ist so angeordnet, daß er nicht auf der Palette aufliegt. Er durchsetzt dabei einen an ihm über eine dreieckige Öffnung 37 kippbar angeordneten Verriegelungshebel 36, der aus zwei parallelen Wänden 38 besteht, die unterseitig je eine hakenförmige Stufung 39 besitzen. Diese Stufungen 39 greifen in eingerückter (erster) Beladungsstellung des Stützbockes in die inneren Zwischenräume 17 so ein, daß sie an der Innenseite des äußeren Querbrettes anstehen, wodurch eine einfache Sicherung gegen Verschieben auf der Palette vorhanden ist. Auf diesem Verbindungssteg 31 ist zudem mittig zum Stützbockes der Stützkeil 11 angeordnet, durch den der Steg über ein Langloch 40 verschieblich hindurchgeführt ist. Dabei ist das Langloch so ausgelegt, daß der Steg in der verriegelten Position des Stützbockes 3 während des Stapelns auch den Stützkeil 11 stützt. Schließlich ist aus den Fig. 4 zu erkennen, wie die Gurtumlenkung 8, gebildet aus einer Stange 9 und an den Seitenwänden 4, 5 abragenden Haltearmen 10, ausgebildet ist und dabei den Spanngurt 13 in das Bundinnere umlenkt.

Diese zurückgenommene Unterseite 28 geht über eine Schräge 27 in die innere Stufung 22 so über, daß ein ausreichender Stützbock-Verschiebewegnach außen vorhanden ist. Fig. 9 und Fig. 10 zeigen eine Ansicht wie in Fig. 4, wobei jedoch nur jeweils der verschiebbare Stützbock 3 dargestellt ist, jeweils in einer weiteren Verschiebe- bzw. Spannposition.
Dabei veranschaulicht Fig. 9 (ähnlich wie Fig. 3 B) einen fortgeschrittenen Zustand der Gurtspannung. Es ist zu erkennen, wie dabei der Verriegelungshebel 36 nach oben gekippt ist, mit ihren Steg 30 an der unteren Wandung der Öffnung 37 anstehend, so daß seine hakenförmige Stufung 39 aus der blockierenden Anlage mit dem äußeren Querbrett 18 gehoben und oberhalb der Deckbretter 16 frei absteht. Währenddessen sind die innere Stufungen 22 des Stützbockes 3 bzw. der Seitenwände 4, 5 und damit der gesamte Stützbock 3, entsprechend um den Verschiebeweg S1 von der Anlage mit dem inneren Querbrett verschoben. Mit dem Stützbock 3 ist auch die Strebe 31 um den Weg S1 verschoben worden und im Langloch 49 des Stützkeils 11 entsprechend nach außen gewandert, ohne jedoch den Stützkeil mitzunehmen.
Fig. 10 zeigt eine Ansicht wie in Fig. 9, in komplett gespanntem Zustand des Bundes und entsprechend ausgerückter/verschobener Stellung des Stützbockes 3. Es ist erkennbar, wie der Stützbock nunmehr um den Weg S2 nach außen verschoben ist, wobei der Gurt 13 in optimal gespanntem Zustand nur noch an der Gurtumlenkung 8 tangential ansteht. Dabei ist der Steg 31 in dem Langloch des Keiles 11 bis auf Anschlag rechts verschoben, hat somit diesen noch nicht von seiner Haltestellung weggeschoben, wie z. B. in Fig. 3C dargestellt.

Fig. 11 bis Fig. 13 zeigen das erfindungsgemäße Spannschloß 14, mit dem der um das Bund 6 gelegte Spanngurt 13 gekoppelt und gespannt wird.
Wie insbesondere aus Fig. 11 erkennbar ist, besteht das Spannschloß 14 aus zwei zueinander parallelen Seitenplatten 44, zwischen denen einerseits drei Rundbolzen 45 quer angebracht sind, eine Einsteck- und Blockiereinrichtung bildend.
Die drei Rundbolzen 45 sind dabei in Dreieck-Formation so angeordnet, daß zwei Bolzen quer achssymmetrisch zueinander angeordnet sind, während der dritte Bolzen achsmittig versetzt ist, so daß der Gurt um diese leicht schling-blockierbar ist. Zudem ist am Spannschloß eine Aufwickeleinrichtung 47 vorhanden, bestehend aus einem sich zwischen den Seitenplatten 44 quer erstreckenden und rotierbaren längsdiagonal mit einem Schlitz 49 versehenen Aufnahmerohr 48, das einerseits über einen Kopf 52 an der einen Seitenplatte 44 verdrehbar abgestützt ist und andererseits mit einer außerhalb der anderen Seitenplatte 44 angeordneten RatschenZahnrad 50 fest verbunden ist. Das Zahnrad 50 wirkt mit einem Zahnhebel oder Schnäpper 51 zusammen, der auf einem nach außen abragenden Ende eines der Rundbolzen 45 verschwenkbar aufsitzt. An beiden Enden des Aufnahmerohres bzw. an dessen Kopf oder Zahnrad, Ist zentral/mittig je eine Vierkantöffnung 53 vorgesehen ist, als Stecköffnung für einen Betätigungshebel, vorzugsweise einen Ratschenschlüssel oder Knarre 54. Der Schnäpper greift dabei mit seinen Zähnen 55 in das Zahnrad 50 ein. Zum Öffnen des Spannschlosses oder Lockern des Spanngurtes ist lediglich an einem exzentrischen Lösezapfen 56 an der Unterseite des Schnäppers zu drücken, wodurch dieser nach außen kippt und aus der Verzahnung mit dem Zahnrad gelöst wird.
Das Spannschloss wird somit selbsthemmend mit dem Spanngurt verbunden. Um die maximale Übertragung der Zugkraft des Spanngurtes auf das Spannschloss durch Selbsthemmung zu erreichen, muss das eine Ende des Gurtes 13 entsprechend dem in Fig. 13 vorgegebenen Weg über die Stege eingelegt werden. Das andere Ende des das Bund umschließenden Spanngurtes wird durch den Schlitz 49 im Aufnahmerohr 48 gesteckt und durchgezogen und mittels der Knarre zum Spannen weiter aufgerollt. Für die universelle Nutzung des Spannschlosses können Gurte mit beliebiger Länge als Meterware ohne Hilfsmittel ausgetauscht werden.

Claims (15)

  1. Device for manufacturing and handling bundles of stacked goods, such as bundles of logs, comprising:
    - two opposite trestles (2, 3) placed on a common base plate (1), preferably on an euro-pallet,
    - a first trestle (2) being placed non-slidable on the base plate (1), whereas a second trestle (3) is provided being slidable in a parallel direction with reference to the first trestle (2) on the base plate from a first position which substantially abuts against the first trestle (2), that is, the basic position for stacking the bundle, into a second position spaced from the first trestle or into further positions, wherein a longitudinal insertion axis (42) of the device extends between the two trestles (2, 3) in the first position,
    - wherein the trestles (2, 3) together have at the top, in the first position, a recess (7) shaped like a segment of a circle in the form of the bundle (6) to be formed, wherein the lower vertex (43) of the recess contacts the surface of the base plate, and the extension of a combined recess (7) shaped like a segment of a circle of a trestle amounts to more than 90°, and therefore the overall recess shaped like a segment of a circle of both trestles amount to more than 180° in total;
    - wherein each trestle (2, 3) consists of two lateral walls (4, 5), parallel to one another in the direction of the longitudinal insertion axis (42) and being spaced and firmly interconnected,
    - the second trestle (3) being provided with a belt reversing mechanism (8) protruding radially into the inside of the recess (7), and
    - a tension belt (13) which can be guided around the bundle (6), such that it is reversed protruding into the interior of the bundle via the belt reversing mechanism (8), wherein the tension belt (13) is able to be closed and tightened over a turnbuckle (14).
  2. Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the recess shaped like a segment of a circle amounts to 270° in total; and/or
    characterized in that the belt reversing mechanism (8) consists of an axially oriented bar or ridge (9) supported on both of its ends in supporting arms (10) protruding horizontally-radially from the lateral walls (4, 5) of the trestle (3); and/or

  3. Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that

  4. Device according to at least one of Claims 1 through 3, characterized in that
    - the firm connection of the two lateral walls (4, 5) of the trestles (2, 3) consists of several axial connecting racks (19, 30, 31) each,

    characterized in that the outer rack (30) of the slidable trestle (3) additionally puts through a foot lever (32) over an opening (33) provided in the latter in such a way that the latter can be tilted easily, the foot lever consisting of two parallel foot lever walls (34) connected by an outer cross strut (35) which are supported slidably on the bottom by the inner intermediate spaces of the pallet on the transverse board, and in apportioned manner reduces the load pressure of the rack (30) on the cover boards (16) of the pallet such that displacement of the trestle (3) with the desired tension of the belt is possible.
  6. Device according to Claims 4 and 5, characterized in that for easy low-friction sliding, the two connecting racks (30, 31) and/or the foot lever (32) are made of metal.
  7. Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that in the first position, before the logs are inserted in the intermediate space between the lateral walls (4, 5) of both trestles (2, 3), the tension belt (13) is inserted such as to be supported centrally by the pallet (1) and is placed over each of the upper connecting racks (29) of the trestles and at the same time runs transversely over the belt reversing mechanism (8); while being able to be closed and tightened by the turnbuckle (14).
  8. Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the turnbuckle (14) has two mutually parallel side plates (44) between which on one side, there is an insertion or blocking unit (46), consisting of three bolts (45) fastened in triangular formation between the side plates such that preferably two bolts are arranged mutually axially symmetrically transversely, whereas the third bolt is offset in the centerline direction so that the tension belt (13) is blockable about them, tightened in a self-locking manner; and wherein on the other side, there is a take-up unit (47), consisting of a receiving tube (48) extending vertically transversely between the side plates (44), rotatable and slotted in the longitudinal diagonal direction; in the slot (49) of which the other end of the tension belt (13) surrounding the bundle can be inserted, and which cooperates with a ratchet device, arranged outside the one side plate (44), having the form of a ratchet toothed gear (50) and of a toothed lever or latch bolt (51), wherein the receiving tube (48) is integrally connected on one side with the ratchet gear and on the other side has a head (52) resting on the exterior of the other side plate, wherein on both ends of the receiving tube, one square opening each is centrally provided as a plug-in opening for an actuation lever, preferably a commercial ratchet wrench or a catch.
  9. Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that
    - a self-tightening belt gripper (58) is provided which in use engages the tension belt (13) by means of an insertion pin (71) provided on the bottom of its support (60),
    - two two-armed question mark-shaped levers (67, 68) are fastened pivoting to the support (60) such that when the bundles are lifted, according to the bundle weight, the lower straight lever arm ends (70) are mutually swiveled with respect to each other, standing on the belt (13) at the bottom and at the same time pulling the belt upward between the lever arms (70) by means of the insertion pin (71),
    wherein preferably a carrier (62), consisting of two plates (61), is provided truly axially on the belt gripper in the support (60) consisting of two parallel side plates (59), which carrier has at the one upper end, a retaining bolt (63) for the hoisting devices and at the other lower end a drive pin (64) which is guided in axial guide slots (65) of the side plates (59) of the support (60) and during this process displaces and separates the upper curved lever arms, which causes the lower lever arms (70) to be swiveled with respect to each other and to be arranged approximately parallel to each other in the maximum tightening position.
  10. System for manufacturing, transporting and sawing bundles of stacked goods, e. g. log bundles, consisting of:
    - at least one device according to Claims 1-9 in combination with euro-pallets (1) of at least the same number,
    - at least one tension belt (13) having a turnbuckle (14) with the features relating to the turnbuckle according to Claim 8, and
    - a self-tightening belt gripper (58) with the features relating to the gripper according to Claim 9.
  11. System according to Claim 10, characterized by being composed of
    - at least one euro-pallet (1), preferably two and more euro-pallets,
    - a trestle (2) which can be placed on the euro-pallet not-slidably, but removably,
    - a trestle (3) which can be placed on the euro-pallet slidably and removably, with a supporting wedge (11) attached to it, a locking lever (36) and a foot lever (32),
    - at least one, preferably more than one tension belt (13), to each of which a turnbuckle (14) is assigned,
    - at least one self-tightening belt gripper (58) which can be connected to hoisting devices by means of its upper retaining bolt (63) and which with its lower insertion pin (71) engages in the tension belt (13) and re-tightens it accordingly.
  12. Method for manufacturing, transporting and sawing bundles from stacked goods, e. g. log bundles, using a device according to Claims 1-9 and/or a system according to Claims 10 and 11, by means of the following steps:
    - a euro-pallet (1) is placed on a foundation, such as a floor or the like;
    - then the two trestles (2, 3) are successively plugged onto the euro-pallet;
    - after this, a tension belt (13) is inserted between the lateral walls (4, 5) of the trestles in the longitudinal direction of the pallet such that it rests on the bottom of the pallet in the central zone of the insertion recess and is placed on top of the upper connecting racks (19) of the trestles, while at the same time being guided over the bar (9) of the belt reversing mechanism (8) of the slidable trestle (3), a turnbuckle (14) with the features concerning the turnbuckle of Claim 8 also being connected to the belt;
    - after this, the logs are placed in the insertion recesses (7) until the respective round bundle shape is achieved;
    - then the loose end of the belt is lifted and laid over the stacked bundle (6) and inserted and pulled into the slot (49) of the receiving tube (48) of the turnbuckle (14) fastened in a self-locking manner to the other end of the belt, such that the tension belt is subjected to a first winding tension;
    - after this, the receiving tube (48) of the turnbuckle (14) is turned by means of a ratchet wrench (54), with the tension belt being wound up and the belt tension being increased accordingly, the tension belt (13) exerting a radial sliding force on the belt reversing mechanism (8) extending radially into the interior of the bundle;
    - then the locking lever (36) on the slidable trestle (3) is released with the trestle (3) being shifted outward depending on the belt tension, further tightening taking place continuously with actuation of the foot lever until the belt reversing mechanism (8) has been completely pressed out of the interior of the bundle;
    - the bundle (6) is then finally transported to its destination, that is, to a storage place or to a sawing unit, a belt gripper (58) with the features concerning the belt gripper according to Claims 11 and 12 being used, lifting the bundle (6) by the tension belt and moving it away; or the two trestles (2, 3) being lifted from the pallet and the bundle remaining on the empty pallet being transported away.
  13. Method according to Claim 12, characterized in that for continuous sliding of the trestle (3) under the desired tension of the tension belt (13) the foot lever (32) is actuated at least briefly for setting the belt tension, with the lever tilting and reducing the load pressure of the rack (30) penetrating through it on the cover boards of the pallet, thus reducing friction between the pallet and the trestle.
  14. Method according to Claim 12, characterized in that after the belt tension has been set optimally over the turnbuckle (14) and the trestle (3) has been sufficiently displaced in the longitudinal direction, the bundle (6) is lifted up over the self-tightening belt gripper (58).
  15. Method according to Claim 12, characterized in that after the belt tension has been set optimally over the turnbuckle (14) and the trestle (3) has been sufficiently displaced longitudinally, the bundle (6) remains on the pallet (1) while the trestles (2, 3) are lifted from the pallet and forwarded to a possible re-processing or further processing in connection with an empty euro-pallet, the pallet being transported away, for example by a fork lifter or lift truck, with the bundle on it secured against rolling, for instance by means of wedges.
