  • the conventional recyclable container may be advantageously recycled, but the cut lower side of the body should be just treated as waste.
  • the cut line should be formed on one side of the container, and the bottom plate of the container has to be inconveniently separated from the container. Furthermore, the inside of the bottom plate should be melted by heat so as to form a shape of a cup, thus making it hard to be utilized in practical use.
  • the present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a beverage and liquor container that allows a body to be turned over and coupled to a lip after the beverage or liquor in the container is consumed, thus being used as a cup or glass, that is, for other purposes.
  • a beverage and liquor container including: a body containing contents therein in a shape of a funnel with an open upper portion having a large inner diameter and a closed lower portion having an inner diameter gradually decreased as it goes downwardly and having a first connection part formed at either an inner peripheral surface or an outer peripheral surface of the lower portion thereof; and a lid fastened to the open upper portion having the large inner diameter of the body so as to close the body and having a second connection part formed at either an inner peripheral surface or an outer peripheral surface of the center thereof in such a manner as to be connected to the first connection part.
  • the beverage and liquor container allows the body to be turned over and coupled to the lip after the beverage or liquor in the container is consumed, thus being used as a cup or glass, thus expecting the compatibility of the product.
  • beverage and liquor container according to the present invention allows the body and the lip to be coupled to each other and recycled after the use, thus preventing waste from being much generated.
  • FIGS.2A and 2B are perspective and exploded perspective views showing a beverage and liquor container according to a first embodiment of the present invention
  • FIG.3 is a perspective view showing the transformed state of the beverage and liquor container according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
  • a beverage and liquor container largely includes a body 1 containing contents therein and a lid 2 closing the body 1.
  • the body 1 is shaped like a funnel with an open upper portion having a large inner diameter and a closed lower portion having an inner diameter gradually decreased as it goes downwardly, and further, the body 1 has a first connection part 1 a formed at either an inner peripheral surface or an outer peripheral surface of the lower portion thereof.
  • the lid 2 has a second connection part 2a formed at either an inner peripheral surface or an outer peripheral surface of the center thereof in such a manner as to be connected to the first connection part 1 a.
  • the first connection part 1 and the second connection part 2a are screw-coupled to each other, but they may be coupled to each other by means of press-fitting or other ways.
  • the body 1 and the lid 2 are made of various materials such as glass, plastic, paper and the like.
  • the lid 2 of the present invention has a relatively larger outer diameter than conventional lids, and desirably, the outer diameter of the lid 2 is similar to the large outer diameter of the body 1.
  • the beverage or liquor container When the lid 2 closes the body 1 in the state where a beverage or liquor is contained in the body 1, the beverage or liquor container has a general container shape, but if the lid 2 is open and connected to the underside of the body 1, that is, if the first connection part 1a and the second connection part 2a are fastened to each other, the container has a shape of a cup. Especially, the container may have a shape of a wine glass according to the shapes of the body 1 and the lid 2.
  • the lid 2 serves as a cap if it closes the body 2 and as a base if used for drinking or recycled after open.
