Definitions
- the invention relates to a building with two concrete components, a working joint between the concrete components and a joint plate for sealing the construction joint according to the preamble of claim 1, wherein the first concrete concrete component a lower, reinforced concrete component and then concreted a built on the lower, upper concrete component can be.
- the concrete element first concreted is also referred to below as the first and the concrete element subsequently concreted as the second concrete component.
- the invention relates to the use of a joint plate in the construction of a building with a first and a second concrete component and a work joint between the concrete components for sealing the construction joint (A) according to the preamble of claim. 6
- Joint plates for sealing a construction joint between a first and a second concrete component of a structure are, for example DE 10 2005 005 525 A1 and DE 298 17 227 U1 known. To achieve the required installation length usually several joint plates are joined together.
- the sealing effect of the joint plates is based essentially on the detour principle. Water penetrating into the construction joint must circulate the plate of the joint plates arranged transversely to the construction joint in order to be able to pass through it. This circulation is the more difficult the longer the detour. Only from a certain embedment depth of the plate in both concrete components in practice tightness is assumed. In general, therefore, a certain minimum embedment depth of the plate is required in both concrete components. For joint plates for sealing a working joint between a lower, reinforced concrete component and an upper concrete component erected thereon, the upper flange of the lower concrete component has a limiting effect on the possible embedment depth.
- the invention has for its object to facilitate in the creation of a structure of the aforementioned type or in the mentioned use of a joint plate for the preparation of such a structure, the compliance and control of the respective embedment depth of the joint metal plate.
- This object is achieved with respect to the structure by the features of claim 1 and with respect to the use of the joint plate by the features of claim 6.
- Advantageous embodiments of the joint plates used therein are given in the respective dependent claims.
- the embedment depths correspond to at least minimum embedment depths to be maintained and the joint metal plate is provided along this minimum binding depth to be observed with a marking which is in each case suitable for its identification.
- the joint metal plate is provided with an appropriate marking for minimizing Einbindetiefen each mark along these Einbindetiefen and de plate along the working joint and this transversely bridged so installed in the concrete components that the marking along the minimum to be observed in the first concrete component installation depth in first concrete component and the marking along the minimum to be observed in the second concrete component embedment depth in the second concrete component comes to the arrangement.
- the marking After concreting the first concrete component and before concreting the second concrete component, the marking is no longer visible along the minimum embedment depth to be maintained in the first concrete component. In contrast, however, the marking (33) is still visible along the embedment depth (E2 ') to be minimally observed in the second concrete component (20).
- the marking After concreting the first concrete component and before concreting the second concrete component immediately, so to speak "at first sight" and without extensive remeasuring recognizable whether the prescribed minimum embedment depth was observed in the first concrete component and whether the prescribed embedment depth be met in the second concrete component can.
- the concrete cover of the reinforcement can be aligned to the one mark.
- the markings are preferably colored markings, ie they should stand out clearly visible from the color of the adjacent areas of the joint plate. They can be designed as longitudinal strokes.
- the markings can be designed differently. In particular, different colors come into question here.
- the second leg forms a header along the upper longitudinal side of the first leg, a deflection of the type described acts on this header when bending the joint plate to the critical depth of embedment in the lower Concrete component is not made.
- the reinforcement since here the reinforcement usually runs upright, there is enough space at the top to accommodate bends of the type mentioned.
- the stiffening of the joint plate in the longitudinal direction is maintained, which facilitates its handling and installation in a straight line, such as along the intended escape of an upper concrete component.
- the relative angle between the two legs does not necessarily have to be exactly right-angled.
- the header has a width of only 0.5 - 1.0 cm. With this small width, the header bar counteracts a bending of the joint plate even little resistance, at least if it has a thickness of 0.5 -1.2 mm.
- the joint plate can be bent without major use of force, with cuts in the header are not required to facilitate or even to enable the turn. The resulting deflection in the header is also relatively small.
- the header of the inventive joint plate can be made by bending the elongated plate.
- the elongated plate typically has a length of 1.5-2.5 m, preferably 2 m, and a width of 120-200 mm, preferably 160 mm. Finally, it is preferred if the elongate plate is at least partially provided in its lower region, preferably at least up to a height of 120 mm, with a coating which forms a sealing connection with fresh concrete.
- the joint plate according to the invention may also be designed as a multi-layer, if necessary, as for example from DE 42 44 972 C5 is known.
- Fig. 1 10 denotes a concrete floor slab with its reinforcement 11 and 20 a wall constructed thereon, also concreted with its reinforcement 21.
- a joint plate 30 is installed transversely to the working joint A.
- the joint plate 30 is essentially an elongate plate 31, for example made of sheet iron, extending in the bottom plate 10 and the wall perpendicular to the cutting plane of Fig. 1 extends. In this longitudinal direction a plurality of joint plates can be strung together. One or more of these joint plates may for example be bent in a building corner.
- brackets not shown, which are supported for example on the reinforcements 11 and / or 21.
- the joint plate 30 is on the upper flange 12 of the reinforcement 11.
- the embedment depth E1 in the concrete of the bottom plate 10 is limited by and corresponds to the maximum concrete cover 13 of the upper flange 12.
- the reinforcement 21 is perpendicular, so that here the embedment depth E2 of the joint plate 30 is not limited by the reinforcement. It is chosen in the wall 20 because considerably larger.
- the low embedment depth E1 in the bottom plate 10 can be a critical factor. In order to be able to guarantee the tightness of the joint A, a certain minimum value must be maintained for this embedment depth E1.
- Fig. 2 shows a portion of a joint plate 30, which is mainly an elongated plate 31.
- the bottom plate 10 is simply filled so much concrete until the mark 32 just disappears in the concrete. Too low embedment depth would be immediately recognizable by a still visible marker 32.
- the plate 31 is provided for compliance with the minimum embedment depth E2 'in the upper concrete member 20 with a corresponding distance from its upper edge with a marker 33. So that the minimum embedment depth E2 'in the upper concrete component 20 can be maintained, the marking 32 after concreting the lower concrete component 10 must still be visible. The visibility of the marking 33 also indicates that a joint plate marked as described was actually used and the non-visibility of the marking 32 is a guarantee for compliance with the minimum embedment depth E1 'in the lower concrete component 10.
- the markers 32 and 33 are horizontally continuous lines, which stand out from the background by a different coloration. They also differ from each other, for example, in terms of their color, which is preferably selected red for the marker 32 and green for the marker 33. This coloring emphasizes the above rule that the mark 32 may not be visible after concreting the lower concrete component 10, the mark 33, however, must still be visible.
- the joint plate 30 of Fig. 2 may be provided with a coating 34, if necessary, which improves its sealing effect.
- This may be a coating of a swelling on water contact material.
- a coating is used which is able to enter into a connection with fresh concrete.
- the coating 34 may, like the markings 32 and 33, also be applied to the plate 31 on one or both sides.
- the joint plate 30 of Fig. 2 has an L-shaped cross-section, wherein its broader leg is formed by the plate 31.
- the shorter leg forms a narrow head strip 35 along the upper longitudinal side of the plate 31.
- the width of this head strip 35 is preferably only 0.5 - 1 cm. Despite this small width, the plate 31 and the joint plate 30 is effectively stiffened as a whole in the longitudinal direction by the Kopfang35, which facilitates their transport and their installation in straight alignment with the wall 20, for example.
- Fig. 3 shows the section of the joint plate 30 of Fig. 2 bent at a right angle.
- head strip 35 has deformed 36 to form a wave-shaped deflection 36 upwards.
- this deflection is only weak.
- joint plate according to the invention can also be installed vertically between two successively concreted wall sections, wherein also minimum embedment depths in both concrete components must be maintained and the strip 35 can be utilized for straight alignment.

Description
Insbesondere kommen hier unterschiedliche Farben in Frage.
- Fig. 1
- in geschnittener Darstellung schematisch eine typische Einbausituation eines erfindungsgemässen Fugenblechs in einem Bauwerk zur Abdichtung einer Arbeitsfuge zwischen einer Bodenplatte und einer darauf errichteten Wand;
- Fig. 2
- Fig. 3
- das Fugenblech von
Fig. 2 in einem abgebogenen Zustand. - In
- In
Fig. 1 dargestellte sind natürlich ebenfalls möglich. -
