Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung beschäftigt sich mit einem Stahl - Sandwich - Minenschutz insbesondere für horizontale Böden bei Fahrzeugen.
- Eine Panzerung zur Abwehr eines Wuchtgeschosses mit Schutzelementen bevorzugt aus Stahl beschreibt die
DE 43 10 737 A1 . - Ein gepanzertes Fahrzeug ist der
DE 43 14 094 C2 entnehmbar. Dieses weist eine Rahmenkonstruktion aus Profilen mit Nuten auf. Die Nuten sind dabei auf ihrer Innenseite mit Zähnen versehen, während die Schenkel am anderen Ende einen Wulst besitzen. - Eine Vorrichtung zur Befestigung von Panzerelementen wird zudem in der
DE 44 26 082 A1 aufgezeigt. Diese Vorrichtung weist ebenfalls einen Rahmen auf, an dem eine Einheit von Panzerelementen angebracht ist. Der Rahmen ist seinerseits durch teleskopische Streben mit der Struktur verbunden. - Eine Vorrichtung zur Panzerung beschreibt des Weiteren die
DE 102 58 411 A1 . Diese ist aus mindestens zwei Lagen unterschiedlicher Materialien ausgebildet. Mindestens eine der Lagen besteht aus Stahl. Vorgesehen ist, dass eine aus Holz ausgebildete Lage zwischen zwei Plattenlagen aus Stahl angeordnet ist. - Eine weitere Vorrichtung zum Schutz eines gepanzerten Fahrzeuges gibt die
DE 196 79 709 A1 wieder. Das Gehäuse weist zwei Plattenelemente auf, zwischen denen eine Sprengstoffbelegung eingebunden ist. Das Gehäuse bildet einen Fahrzeug-Frontschutz und ist zu diesem Zweck mit seiner Längsrichtung schräg nach oben und nach vorne orientiert. - Ein Panzerungselement aus Beschuss hemmenden Gewebematten oder Formteilen offenbart die
DE 199 00 716 A1 . Die gebogenen Bereiche bzw. Randbereiche sind dabei mit Elementen versehen, die geeignet sind, die Energie eines Geschosses aufzunehmen. - Mit einer minengeschützten Wannenstruktur beschäftigt sich die
EP 1 564 520 A2 . Hierbei sind die Schweißnähte mit einem die Wärmeeinflusszonen überdeckenden Schutzblech verstärkt, die ihrerseits eine Winkelform besitzen. - Ein Verfahren zur Befestigung einer Zusatzpanzerung kann der
EP 2 017 569 A1 entnommen werden. Dabei wird ein Klemmelement in einem Zwischenraum zwischen den Zusatzpanzerplatten angeordnet und mittels schräger Kontaktflächen keilartig gegen die Seitenflächen verspannt. - Ein Durchschuss hemmendes Wandungselement offenbart zudem die
DE 36 33 349 A1 . Diese besteht aus zwei Stahlblechwänden mit Stahlblechzwischenwänden, die in den Zwischenräumen der beiden Bleche angeordnet sind. Diese Zwischenwände weisen eine zu den jeweils benachbarten Wänden nicht parallele Form auf. - Die
DE 10 2007 005 301 A1 beschreibt ihrerseits eine Schutzpanzerung für Fahrzeuge mit geschossfesten Stahlplatten, welche zur Anpassung an die äußere Karosserieform des Fahrzeugs einen Winkel einschließen. - Eine Sandwich- Struktur in der
WO 2004/011871 A1 besteht aus einer äußeren Platte aus hochduktilem Material und einer inneren Schicht mit hoher Härte. Der Abstand beider zueinander ist variabel einstellbar. - Aus der
WO 2004/088238 A1 ist ferner eine als Verbundpanzerung ausgebildete Schutzeinrichtung insbesondere zum Schutz gepanzerter Fahrzeuge gegen projektilbildende Minen bekannt. Diese Verbundpanzerung besteht im Wesentlichen aus zwei Schichten aus einem hochfesten Material, beispielsweise Panzerstahl, sowie einer Mittelschicht aus einem Material, das unter dynamischer Belastung plastisch fließfähig ist. Als Mittelschicht kann dabei ein Metall, aber auch ein Thermoplast oder ein Elastomer verwendet werden. - In der nicht vorveröffentlichten
DE 10 2009 012 251.6 wird ebenfalls eine Schutzeinrichtung zum Schutz eines Objektes gegen projektilbildende Minen abgehandelt. Die Schutzeinrichtung besteht hierbei aus mindestens zwei Platten aus einem hochfesten Metall, vorzugsweise aus Panzerstahl, die nur im Randbereich miteinander kraftschlüssig verbunden sind und sonst ohne Zwischenraum lose aneinander anliegen. Dadurch sind die beiden parallel zueinander angeordnete Platten bei Belastung durch Minen oder Beschuss weitgehend unabhängig voneinander verformbar. Die Schutzeinrichtung ist zudem unter einem Neigungswinkel vorzugsweise zwischen 40° und 50° gegenüber der vertikalen Fahrzeugachse geneigt angeordnet. - Die
DE 198 42 629 C1 beinhaltet eine Panzerung für ein Fahrzeug, deren Befestigungselemente einerseits am Schutzelement und andererseits an der Fahrzeugaußenverkleidung befestigt sind. Diese lassen eine Verstellbewegung des Schutzelements relativ zur Fahrzeugaußenverkleidung zumindest in Richtung Fahrzeuginnenraum zu und können dabei plastisch verformt werden. Das Schutzelement befindet sich hierbei zwischen der Fahrzeuginnen- und -außenverkleidung. - Hier stellt sich die Erfindung die Aufgabe, einen einfachen Minenschutz aufzuzeigen, der einen ausreichenden Schutz gegen projektilbildende Minen und/oder gegen Blastminen insbesondere von unten gewährleistet.
- Gelöst wird die Aufgabe durch die Merkmale des Patentanspruchs 1. Vorteilhafte Ausführungen sind in den Unteransprüchen enthalten.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Idee zugrunde, U-Profile einzubinden, die für den Abstand zwischen einem Stahl- Sandwich und der Fahrzeugaußenwand bzw. dem Fahrzeugboden sorgen und gleichzeitig Befestigungsschrauben für den Anbau der Minenschutzplatten aufnehmen können. Zur Aufnahme der Befestigungsschrauben sind weitere Vierkantprofile mit Gewindebohrungen vorgesehen, die in die U-Profile etc. eingeschoben werden können. So wird sichergestellt, dass bei Explosion die Muttern nicht als Geschosse wirken, die dann den Fahrzeugboden durchschlagen können. Zudem können nach Beschädigung des Minenschutzes die Schraubverbindung einfacher ausgetauscht werden. Durch die Einbindung der weiteren (Vierkant-)Profile ist es zudem unwichtig, ob die Schrauben abgerissen und/oder die Gewinde zerstört wurden, da das gesamte Profil (als Ganzes) ausgetauscht werden kann.
- Eine reine Stahl- Lösung des Minenschutzes bzw. des Sandwichs wird bevorzugt, ist aber nicht Bedingung. Ein Aufbau mit zwei oder mehreren Stahlplatten reduziert die notwendige Dicke einer einzelnen Platte, um den ausreichenden Schutz zu gewähren.
- Die um die seitlichen Kanten des Fahrzeugbodens herum gebogenen Platten sorgen ihrerseits für eine günstige Krafteinleitung und stellen einen zusätzlichen EFP-Schutz (Explosively-Formed Penetrator) dar. Mit den gebogenen Kanten ist es zudem möglich, beispielsweise bei einem Kettenfahrzeug den seitlichen Bereich zwischen den Laufrollen zusätzlich auch gegen EFP's zu schützen.
- Der vorgeschlagene Minenschutzboden wird dabei durch die konstruktiven Maßnahmen so stark versteift, dass der durch die Explosion entstehende Blastdruck nur geringe Einbeulungen verursachen kann. Das Projektil der projektilbildenden Mine (EFP) wird hingegen daran gehindert, den Fahrzeugboden zu durchschlagen. Der Minenschutz kann verändert und auf spezifische Bedrohungen ausgerichtet werden. Die einfache Montage bzw. Befestigung des Schutzes erlaubt eine Reparatur bzw. einen Wechsel des Schutzes vor Ort. Sie sind zudem kostengünstiger als geklebte Sandwich-Böden mit Kunststoff oder ähnlichen Schichten.
- Anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels mit Zeichnung soll die Erfindung näher erläutert werden. Es zeigt:

Fig. 1 zeigt einen Schutzboden 2 mit U-Profilen 3 für Fahrzeug 1 (teilweise dargestellt inFig. 2 ). Diese werden mit der Öffnung zum Bodenblech 4 des Fahrzeugs 1 gewandt parallel zueinander (Fig. 2 ) oder in einem Kreuzmuster 10 (Fig. 3 - beispielsweise bei einem Kettenfahrzeug) angeordnet. Das Muster und der Abstand zwischen den U-Profilen 3 ist fahrzeugspezifisch und wird damit in der Regel vom jeweiligen Fahrzeugtyp vorgegeben. Zusätzliche, seitlich längs verlaufende Quetschrohre 5 verhindern, dass die Minenschutzplatten 6, 9 bei Einbeulung des Bodens um die seitlichen Kanten herumgezogen werden (Einschnürung). - In die U-Profile 3 werden Profile 7, vorzugsweise Vierkantprofile eingeschoben. Diese sind mit Gewindebohrungen 11 versehen. Die U-Profile 3 besitzen mit diesen Gewindebohrungen korrespondierende Bohrungen/Löcher oder ein schmales Langloch oder dergleichen (nicht näher dargestellt). Für das vollständige Einschieben sind in den Quetschrohren 5 Aussparungen 12 vorgesehen. Zur besseren Montierbarkeit sind die seitlichen Vierkantprofile 7 mit aufgesetzten Rundstäben 13 versehen, durch die die Vierkantprofile 7 vor dem Verschrauben fixiert werden können.
- Auf die U-Profile 3 werden zwei oder mehrere Stahlplatten 9, 6 geschraubt. Es entsteht ein Verbund aus Fahrzeugboden 4 (Basisplatten) - Luftspalt - und Stahlsandwich (Zusatzplatten 9, 6), der bei Explosion nur wenig einbeult. Der Luftspalt zwischen dem Fahrzeugboden 4 und dem Sandwich 9, 6 stellt sich dabei durch die Höhe/Form der U-Profile 3 ein.
- Bei einer Explosion einer Blastmine hält somit der steife Verbund der Belastung stand und verhindert bzw. verringert die Beschädigung am Fahrzeug 1. Bei einer Explosion einer projektilbildenden Mine (z. B. TMRP 7) wirkt das Stahl-Sandwich 9, 6. Das Projektil wird durch die erste, härtere Platte 6 gebrochen und die Fragmente etc. vom zweiten weicheren Blech 9 gehalten.
- Als vorteilhaft hat sich gezeigt, die beiden Bleche nur am Rand (und an den U-Profilen) zu verschrauben, damit sich die Bleche 6, 9 unabhängig voneinander einbeulen können.
- Die unterschiedliche Härte und Dicke der Zusatz- und der Basisplatten ermöglichen ein Variieren der Schutzeigenschaften, sodass durch Austausch der Zusatzplatten gegen dickere Platten das Schutzniveau dem Bedrohungsszenario angepasst werden kann.
Claims (7)
- Minenschutz (2) für ein Fahrzeug (1) mit wenigstens einer Stahlplatte bzw. -blech (6, 9), wobei der Minenschutz (2) insbesondere im Bodenbereich (4) des Fahrzeuges (1) eingebunden und an diesem befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass U-Profile (3) zur Befestigung der Stahlplatte (6, 9) eingebunden sind, in die Profile (7) mit Gewindebohrungen einbringbar sind, an denen die Stahlplatten (6, 9) über eine Schraubverbindung befestigt werden.
- Minenschutz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die U-Profile (3) am Fahrzeugboden (4) befestigt sind.
- Minenschutz nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere, vorzugsweise zwei, Stahlplatten (6, 9) mit unterschiedlichen Dicken und Härten verwendet werden und ein Stahl-Sandwich bilden.
- Minenschutz nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stahlplatten (6, 9) nur am Rand und an den U-Profilen (3) verschraubt sind.
- Minenschutz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profile (7) Vierkantprofile sind, die in die U-Profile (3) eingeschoben werden können.
- Minenschutz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die U-Profile (3) mit den Gewindebohrungen (11) der Profile (7) korrespondierende Bohrungen / Löcher oder ein schmales Langloch besitzen.
- Minenschutz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich seitlich längs verlaufende Quetschrohre (5) zwischen den U-Profilen (3) eingebunden sind.
