Definitions
- the invention relates to a ship according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the rudder blade is firmly connected to a rudder stock, which projects into the interior of a ship's hull and is twisted by a rowing machine in a conventional manner to give the rudder blade the desired angle of attack relative to the hull.
- the rudder blade is generally arranged under the hull in such a way that it has flowed from a propeller downflow of the propeller to drive the ship.
- the DE 198 41 391 A1 discloses a ship with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- the rudder blade is mounted with its rudder stock in a row-pillar column.
- To support the rudder column hollow column serves an additional fixed guide head, which is seen in the direction of travel in front of the rudder column hollow column, and over which it is connected to the hull of the ship, the rudder hollow column is arranged in the guide head.
- the forces and loads occurring during the employment of the rudder blade can be introduced via this guide head in the hull, so that in particular the construction of the rudder support hollow column must be made less massive.
- the guide head is designed such that its lower edge extends into the propeller outflow, a rudder shaft bearing being provided below the contracting propeller jet. This ensures that the lower part of the rotatable rudder blade is completely flown by the propeller downflow and thus the area available for changing direction is maximized.
- this dimensioning of the control head can cause significant forces and loads to act on the rudder blade, so that the rudder blade for reasons of stability must have a larger cross-section and accordingly the head must also be sufficiently large dimensions, so that the flow resistance of this high-load Schweberuder is undesirably increased.
- a ship which is characterized by a combined rudder column hollow column with ship-fixed head and reinforced lower storage area, the extent in the lower part of the rudder body protrudes, that the bending load is reduced and the mounts of the rudder and the propeller shafts are not hindered.
- This combined columnar column with fixed head and reinforced storage area is designed as an independent assembly module and is welded to the breakthroughs in the Gillung and the rudder deck and with the associations and stiffeners of the rear end.
- the hollow column storage area is reinforced, with this reinforcement extending from the bottom to the region of the guide head.
- the shaft bearing for the rudder stock has no increased training.
- the invention has for its object to provide a ship with a high-load Schweberuder, which has a reduced flow resistance and yet has sufficient stability while reducing the bending load in the lower region in the rudder body.
- the ship is formed according to the invention with the features of the preamble of claim 1 in such a way that a lower rudder trunk bearing is reinforced, the gain of the lower rudder trunk bearing axially different from the rudder stock has strengths, the dimensioning of the reinforcement in the axial direction of the rudder stock from above downwardly increasing or decreasing, and that the lower rudder rod bearing is located adjacent the lead head so as to be level with the lead head.
- a known per se head of a high-load Schweuberuders seen in the vertical direction is extended downwards so that it extends in particular in the propeller downstream of the seen in the direction of travel before the rudder propeller.
- This means that the lower edge of the guide head or its lower surface is positioned within a diameter range of the drive propeller of the ship.
- the guide head is at least partially flown by the propeller and the surface of the rudder blade, which is acted upon directly by the Propellerabstrom is reduced accordingly.
- a lower rudder trunk bearing with which the rudder post is rotatably mounted in the rudder trunk, reinforced designed to better absorb the forces acting on the rudder blade and loads and to be able to initiate the rudder trunk in the ship's hull.
- the gain ie the dimensioning and the execution of this rudder rod bearing by the expert to perform technical parameters.
- the advantage of the invention is that by the downwardly extended version of the control head also the lower rudder trunk bearing can be supported directly on the extended head or adjacent thereto, so that the force acting on the lower rudder rod forces directly on the structure of the control head in be derived from the hull.
- the forces and loads of the rudder are more effectively or completely absorbed by the head.
- the profile or in plan view, the cross-sectional area of the rudder blade can be reduced because the rudder blade must absorb less force than in the prior art.
- the flow resistance of the rudder is reduced.
- Such a trained rudder is particularly suitable for slow moving ships with high overall weight such as tankers or bulkers.
- the gain of the lower rudder rod bearing is seen in the axial direction of the rudder stock executed in different strengths, in order to obtain an optimal match to the actually most favorable control head structure and the head profile with the least possible use of materials.
- the dimension or dimensioning of the gain from top to bottom is or decreasing executed. In any case, the Kokerrohr and the bearing housing are integrated into the head.
- the dimensioning of the guide head ensures that, on the one hand, the guide head is extended sufficiently far downwards so that the forces and loads can be adequately absorbed via the reinforced lower rudder rod bearing and, secondly, the flowed-on stationary surface of the guide head, which protrudes into the propeller waste stream. dimensioned in such a way that a satisfactory maneuverability of the ship is ensured.
- the high load levitation compact described herein may be equipped with an additional rudder fin to allow for smaller rudder angles, particularly for small course corrections or for course support.
- the operation of the rudder fin can be done in a conventional manner in conjunction with the rudder blade.
- the high load levitation booster 100 includes a rudder blade 10 fixedly connected to a rudder shaft 11.
- the rudder stock 11 is rotatably mounted in a rudder trunk 12 or in a rudder carrier hollow column.
- the rudder trunk 12 is firmly connected to the hull 13 of the ship.
- To operate the rudder blade 10 is used in a conventional manner for simplifying the illustration not shown here rowing machine.
- a lower rudder trunk bearing 18 of the rudder post 11 is reinforced, as indicated schematically here with the reinforcements 19.
- the lower rudder rod bearing 18 can be positioned such that it lies at a height with the guide head 14 or its lower edge 15, so that upon application of the rudder blade 10, the forces and loads acting on it via the reinforcements 19 can be derived directly into the head 14 and thus the hull 13 of the ship.
- the pilot head 14 extends into a range between 10% to 20% of the diameter D of the propeller exhaust stream 16.

Description
- Fig. 1
- ein Hochlast-Schweberuder im Querschnitt und
- Fig. 2
Fig. 1 dargestellt, oder abnimmt, wie inFig. 2 dargestellt. -
