Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung zur Bildung von Stapeln (10) aus flächigen Produkten, insbesondere von Papierprodukten (12), die in einem Eingangsstrom durch einen Zuförderer (28) an einen Übernahmeabschnitt (32) zugeführt und in einem Ausgangsstrom durch einen Wegförderer (48) von einem Übergabeabschnitt (46) weggeführt werden, mit wenigstens zwei Ablagetischen (42), die wenigstens je eine Ablagefläche (40) für die Stapel (10) zugeführter Produkte aufweisen, wobei die Ablagetische (42) entlang eines kreislaufartigen Tischumlaufs (68), einer gedachten, in eine Umlaufrichtung (U) verlaufenden Verbindungsstrecke zwischen Positionen des Flächenmittelpunkts der Ablagefläche (40) während eines Umlaufzyklus, bewegt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ablagetische (42) wenigstens segmentweise flexibel sind und sich dadurch in ihrer Form Krümmungen (99, 102, 116, 130) des Tischumlaufs (68) wenigstens segmentweise und wenigstens in Teilbereichen des Tischumlaufs (68) anzupassen imstande sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einem Stapelabschnitt (44) der Tischumlauf (68) zwischen dem Übernahmeabschnitt (32) und dem Übergabeabschnitt (46) nahezu geradlinig verläuft und die Ablagetische (42) im Stapelabschnitt (44) wenigstens nahezu horizontal ausgerichtet geführt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Stapelabschnitt (44) die Ablagetische (42) von seitlich angreifenden Seitenhalterungen (80) an umlaufenden Tischtragebändern (82) mit gegenläufigem Umlaufsinn gehaltert und abgesenkt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich des Übergabeabschnitts (46) der Tischumlauf (68) in die Umlaufrichtung (U) von einem wenigstens nahezu horizontalen Verlauf zu einem wenigstens nahezu vertikalen Verlauf gekrümmt ist, und dass die Ablagetische (42) beim Durchlaufen dieser Krümmung (99) die Stapel (10) von Produkten wenigstens nahezu horizontal auf ein kammartiges Führungsgitter (96), welches vorzugsweise in die Ablagetische (42) eingreift, aufschieben.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich vor dem Übergabeabschnitt (46) der Tischumlauf (68) in die Umlaufrichtung (U) von einem wenigstens nahezu vertikalen Verlauf zu einem wenigstens nahezu horizontalen Verlauf gekrümmt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung einen Tischspeicher (74) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzahl n von Ablagetischen (42) im Tischumlauf (68) und die Anzahl von im Tischumlauf (68) bewegten Ablagetischen (42) variabel ist und vorzugsweise maximal sieben Ablagetische (42) (n_max = 7) beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ablagetische (42) für ihre Umführung entlang des Tischumlaufs (68) mit einer Eingriffstruktur (128), die zum Eingriff von Umführungsmitteln, insbesondere eines Zahnriemens (124), vorbestimmt ist, ausgestattet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ablagetische (42) für ihre Umführung entlang des Tischumlaufs (68) in seitlichen Randbereichen (126.1, 126.2) in U-förmigen Führungsschienen (100) geführt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eingriffstruktur (128) wenigstens in einem Randbereich (126.1, 126.2), vorzugsweise in zwei sich parallel gegenüberliegenden Randbereichen (126.1, 126.2) des Ablagetisches (42) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eingriffstruktur (128) in Form von Erhöhungen und/oder Vertiefungen am Ablagetisch (42) ausgebildet ist, und dass in die Eingriffstruktur (128) ein Zahnriemen (124) als Umführungsmittel eingreift.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der räumliche und zeitliche Abstand der Ablagetische (42) und damit ihre Position im Tischumlauf (68) durch eine Steuereinrichtung, vorzugsweise eine elektronische Steuereinrichtung bestimmt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinrichtung von vor- bzw. nachgeschalteten Vorrichtungen, insbesondere einer Rotationsschneidvorrichtung (16) oder einem Drucker, oder optionalen Zusatzeinheiten (66), insbesondere einem Weiterförderer, beeinflusst wird.
- Verfahren zum Stapeln von Produkten mit einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ablagetische (42) durch Krümmungen (99, 102, 116, 130) des Tischumlaufs (68), denen sich die Ablagetische wenigstens segmentweise und wenigstens in Teilbereichen anpassen, bewegt werden.
- Verfahren nach Ansprüche 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ablagetische (42) in einen Tischspeicher (74) hinein und wieder heraus bewegt werden.
