Claims (7)
- Porte louvoyante coulissante pour véhicules, en particulier porte passagers pour véhicules de transports publics urbains et suburbains, comportant deux vantaux coulissants dans leur sens longitudinal (1 A, 1 B) qui sont guidés en coulissement et suspendus dans un guide support (3) qui peut coulisser vers l'extérieur conjointement avec les vantaux, d'une position fermée dans laquelle les vantaux se trouvent dans la paroi du véhicule, à une position coulissée dans laquelle les vantaux se trouvent à l'extérieur, devant la paroi du véhicule et qui peut être repoussé, ladite porte comprenant un rail de guidage (3 A, 3 B) par vantail, présentant la forme d'une barre ronde, s'étendant au moins sur une partie de la largeur de la porte, sur laquelle est guidée une unité de guidage (8 A, 8 B) entourant le rail de guidage sur au moins trois côtés, et sur l'unité de guidage étant disposé respectivement un bras support (1.1 A, 1.1. B), déplacé vers l'extérieur contre lui, s'étendant parallèlement au rail de guidage (3 A, 3 B) et sur lequel est monté le vantail (1 A, 1 B) et un guidage à rouleaux (15 A, 15 B), qui sert d'appui au vantail, qui est placé de manière pivotante sur le châssis de porte (2) et qui s'engage dans un rail de guidage (1.2 A, 1.2 B) logé à proximité du bord inférieur du vantail, et le guidage à rouleaux (15 A, 15 B) étant relié à un montant rotatif (14 A, 14 B) logé verticalement au niveau du châssis de porte (2), au moyen d'un premier levier pivotant (14.1 A, 14.1 B), et le montant rotatif portant sur son extrémité supérieure, un second levier pivotant (14.2 A, 14.2 B) relié au guide support (3), de telle sorte qu'un déplacement du guide support (3) dans le sens transversal provoque un mouvement de rotation du montant rotatif, et qu'à partir de la force de réaction des vantaux est dérivée une force pour le déplacement du guide support (3) avec un mécanisme d'entraînement pour le mouvement de coulissement desdits vantaux, le guide support étant relié aux deux extrémités à une partie du châssis (4.1, 4.2) et chaque partie de châssis étant guidée en coulissement dans les guidages transversaux (5.1 - 6.1, 5.2 - 6.2) reliés au châssis de porte (2), dans un sens horizontal et transversal par rapport à la porte, la force de réaction du mécanisme d'entraînement (9) exerçant un couple sur un élément d'écartement (13) disposé respectivement sur les deux extrémités du guide support (3), entre le guide support et une pièce d'appui (12.1) reliée fixement au châssis de porte (2), ledit couple agissant sur cette force agissante dans le sens de la translation du guide support (3), pour générer le mouvement de translation dans la direction transversale, caractérisée en ce que les guidages transversaux comportent des supports (6.1, 62) reliés fixement au châssis de porte (2), sur lesquels un rail de guidage (5.1, 5.2) est respectivement disposé dans le sens transversal, de telle sorte qu'il est réglable dans le plan horizontal, en pivotant autour d'un axe vertical et qu'à son extrémité inférieure, le montant rotatif (14 A, 14 B) est posé de manière rotative et axiale au moyen d'une boule (19) et qu'il est déplaçable vers le haut dans le sens axial, à l'encontre de la force d'un ressort de compression (20) logé sur son extrémité supérieure.
- Porte louvoyante coulissante selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le rail de guidage (5.1, 5.2) s'étendant dans le sens transversal est relié de manière réglable dans un plan horizontal au support, à l'aide d'au moins deux assemblages vissés (17.1, 17.2) guidés par les supports (6.1, 6.2) dans un plan horizontal.
- Porte louvoyante coulissante selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les rails de guidage (5.1, 5.2) s'étendant dans le sens transversal sont reliés aux supports (6.1, 6.2) par trois assemblages vissés.
- Porte louvoyante coulissante selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les supports (6.1, 6.2) des guidages transversaux sont reliés fixement ensemble à l'aide d'une platine de guidage (12), disposée au-dessus du guide support (3), horizontalement et parallèlement au guide support, et que les pièces d'appui sont conformées en guides à fente (12.1, 12.21) dans la platine de guidage (12), dans lesquels s'appuient au moyen de galets d'appui (13.1, 13.4), les éléments d'écartement conformés en levier d'écartement (13, 13.3).
- Porte louvoyante coulissante selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que dans la platine de guidage (12) est disposée un autre guide à fente (12.22) qui présente une partie cintrée vers l'intérieur et dans lequel un galet de guidage (16) relié à un vantail est guidé pour la coordination avec le mouvement longitudinal et transversal du vantail.
- Porte louvoyante coulissante selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce que la fixation de la platine de guidage (12) sur les montants (6.1, 6.2) des guides transversaux est réalisée par des assemblages vissés (18.1, 18.2) qui sont guidés à travers des trous oblongs (12.41, 12.42), dans la platine de guidage (12) dont le sens longitudinal est orienté parallèlement aux guides à fente (12.1, 12.21) s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal de la platine de guidage (12).
- Porte louvoyante coulissante selon la revendication 4 et éventuellement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 et 6, caractérisée en ce que dans la position fermée du guide support (3), chaque levier d'écartement (13, 13.3) se trouve dans une position au point mort ou tout de suite après le point mort de son mouvement de pivotement, pour le verrouillage du guide support dans la position fermée.
