Claims (10)
- Schwenkschiebetür für Fahrzeuge, insbesondere Fahrgasttür für Fahrzeuge des öffentlichen Personennahverkehrs, mit mindestens einem in seiner Längsrichtung verschiebbaren Türblatt, das in einer Tragführung aufgehängt und verschiebbar geführt ist, welche zusammen mit dem Türblatt aus einer Geschlossenstellung, in der das Türblatt in der Fahrzeugwand liegt, in eine Verschiebestellung, in der das Türblatt außen vor der Fahrzeugwand liegt, und zurück versetzbar ist, und mit einer Antriebsvorrichtung für die Verschiebebewegung des Türblatts, aus deren Reaktionskraft eine Kraft für die Versetzung der Tragführung abgeleitet wird, wobei die Tragführung an beiden Enden mit einem Rahmenteil fest verbunden ist und jedes Rahmenteil in mit dem Türrahmen verbundenen Querführungen in einer Richtung horizontal und quer zur Türöffnung verschiebbar geführt ist und die Reaktionskraft der Antriebsvorrichtung auf ein jeweils an beiden Enden der Tragführung zwischen der Tragführung und einem mit dem Türrahmen fest verbundenen Stützteil angeordnetes Spreizelement ein Drehmoment ausübt, welches eine in Verschiebungsrichtung der Tragführung auf diese einwirkende Kraft zur Erzeugung der Verschiebebewegung in Querrichtung bewirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querführungen mit dem Türrahmen (2) fest verbundene Halterungen (6.1, 6.2) aufweisen, an denen jeweils eine in Querrichtung verlaufende Führungsschiene (5.1, 5.2) derart angeordnet ist, dass sie um eine vertikale Achse schwenkbar in der horizontalen Ebene justierbar ist.
- Schwenkschiebetür nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in Querrichtung verlaufende Führungsschiene (5.1, 5.2) über mindestens zwei in einer horizontalen Ebene durch die Halterungen (6.1, 6.2) geführte Schraubverbindungen (17.1, 17.2) mit der Halterung in einer horizontalen Ebene verstellbar verbunden ist.
- Schwenkschiebetür nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in Querrichtung verlaufenden Führungsschienen (5.1, 5.2) über drei Schraubverbindungen mit der Halterung (6.1, 6.2) verbunden ist.
- Schwenkschiebetür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterungen (6.1,6.2) der Querführungen über eine oberhalb der Tragführung (3) horizontal und parallel zur Tragführung angeordnete Führungsplatte (12) fest miteinander verbunden sind und die Stützteile als Schlitzführungen (12.1, 12.21) in der Führungsplatte (12) ausgebildet sind, in denen sich über Stützrollen (13.1, 13.4) die als Spreizhebel (13, 13.3) ausgebildeten Spreizelemente abstützen.
- Schwenkschiebetür nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Führungsplatte (12) eine weitere Schlitzführung (12.22) angeordnet ist, die einen nach innen gekrümmten Abschnitt aufweist und in welcher eine mit einem Türblatt verbundene Führungsrolle (16) zur Koordinierung der Längsund Querbewegung des Türblatts geführt ist.
- Schwenkschiebetür nach den Ansprüchen 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigung der Führungsplatte (12) an den Halterungen (6.1, 6.2) der Querführungen über Schraubverbindungen (18.1, 18.2) bewirkt wird, die durch Langlöcher (12.41, 12.42) in der Führungsplatte (12) geführt sind, deren Längsrichtung parallel zu den in Längsrichtung der Führungsplatte (12) verlaufenden Schlitzführungen (12.1, 12.21, 12.22) ausgerichtet ist.
- Schwenkschiebetür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 mit zwei in ihrer Längsrichtung verschiebbaren Türblättern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragführung (3) pro Türblatt eine sich mindestens über einen Teil der Türbreite erstreckende, als Rundstange ausgebildete Führungsschiene (3A, 3B) aufweist, auf der jeweils eine die Führungsschiene an mindestens drei Seiten umfassende Führungseinheit (8A, 8B) geführt ist und an der Führungseinheit jeweils ein parallel zur Führungsschiene verlaufender und gegen diese nach außen versetzter Tragarm (1.1A, 1.1 B) angeordnet ist, an welchem das Türblatt (1A, 1B) fest angeordnet ist, wobei die Kippmomente der Führungseinheit (8A, 8B) um die Bewegungsrichtung von einer Rollenführung (15A, 15B) aufgenommen werden, die schwenkbar am Türrahmen (2) gelagert ist und in eine in der Nähe der Unterkante des Türblatts (1A, 1B) angeordnete Führungsschiene (1.2A, 1.2B) eingreift.
- Schwenkschiebetür nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollenführung (15A, 15B) über einen ersten Schwenkhebel (14.1A, 14.1B) mit einer vertikal im Bereich des Türrahmens (2) angeordneten Drehsäule (14A, 14B) verbunden ist und die Drehsäule an ihrem oberen Ende einen zweiten Schwenkhebel (14.2A, 14.2B) trägt, der mit der Tragführung (3) derart verbunden ist, dass ein Verschieben der Tragführung in Querrichtung eine Drehbewegung der Drehsäule bewirkt.
- Schwenkschiebetür nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehsäule (14A, 14B) an ihrem unteren Ende in einem Axiallager (19) in axialer Richtung nach oben gegen die Kraft einer am oberen Ende angeordneten Druckfeder (20) verschiebbar gelagert ist.
- Schwenkschiebetür nach Anspruch 4 und ggf. einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Spreizhebel (13, 13.3) in der Geschlossenstellung der Tragführung (3) sich in einer Lage im oder kurz hinter dem Totpunkt seiner Schwenkbewegung befindet zur Verriegelung der Tragführung in der Geschlossenstellung.
