Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Natursteinpflaster-Fertigsegment,
gekennzeichnet durch
die Verfahrensschritte:a) Ausbilden eines Beton-Tragbetts in einem Formrahmen (3), das hinsichtlich der Dicke und/oder Betonzusammensetzung so ausgebildet ist, dass es einstückig transportierbar ist, jedoch bei der bestimungsgemäßen Weiterverarbeitung zumindest teilweise aufbrechbar ist undb) Versetzen einzelner Pflastersteine (7) in das noch nicht ausgehärtete Beton-Tragbett. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Beton-Tragbett eine Stärke von 4 bis 5 cm aufweist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Beton ein wasserdurchlässiger Beton ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Verfahrensschritt a) ein Gewebegitter aus einem Nichteisenwerkstoff, insbesondere einem Kunststoffgewebe, in das Beton-Tragbett eingelegt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das fertige Pflastersegment (8) in einem nachfolgenden Verfahrensschritt mittels einer an sich bekannten Versetzzange aus dem Formrahmen (3) entnommen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifbacken der Versetzzange an die jeweilige Form des zu entnehmenden Pflastersegments (8) angepasst werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das fertige Pflastersegment (8) in einem nachfolgenden Verfahrensschritt mittels einer Vakuumhebevorrichtung aus dem Formrahmen (3) entnommen wird.
- Natursteinpflaster-Fertigsegment mit einem Beton-Tragbett und in dem Beton-Tragbett angeordneten Pflastersteinen (7) hergestellt dem Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Beton-Tragbett hinsichtlich der Dicke und/oder Betonzusammensetzung so ausgebildet ist, dass das ausgehärtete Pflastersegment (8) einstückig transportierbar ist, jedoch das Beton-Tragbett bei der bestimmungsgemäßen Weiterverarbeitung zumindest teilweise wieder aufbrechbar ist. - Verwendung eines Natursteinpflaster-Fertigsegment nach Anspruch 8 zur Ausbildung einer aus mindestens einem Pflastersegment (8) bestehenden Pflasterfläche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Einrütteln der Pflastersegmente (8) am Verlegeort das Beton-Tragbett zumindest teilweise wieder aufbricht.
