Claims (9)
- Schaltbares Abstützelement (1) für einen Ventiltrieb einer Brennkraftmaschine, mit einem über dessen äußere Mantelfläche (2) in einer Aufnahme einer Brennkraftmaschine anordenbaren Außenteil (3), in dessen Bohrung (4) ein axial bewegliches Innenelement (5) mit einem Kopf (6) zur einenendigen Abstützung eines Nockenfolgers und mit einer hydraulischen Spielausgleichseinrichtung (7) verläuft, wobei das Außenteil (3) und das Innenelement (5) in einer axial entfernten Relativstellung über Koppelmittel (8) wahlweise miteinander koppelbar sind, die im Entkoppelfall im Innenelement (5) und im Koppelfall abschnittsweise in einer Aufnahme (9) der Bohrung (4) des Außenteils (3) verlaufen und wobei Zuleitungen (10) für Hydraulikmittel zu den Koppelmitteln (8) und zu der Spielausgleichseinrichtung (7) vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß abschnittsweise gemeinsame Zuleitungen appliziert sind, die von der Mantelfläche (2) des Außenteils (3) ausgehen, wobei deren vereinigter Bereich aus zwei sich diametral gegenüber liegenden Durchtritten (11) im Außenteil (3) sowie der radial innen folgenden Aufnahme (9) besteht, die als Umlaufnut hergestellt ist, wobei die Aufnahme (9) von den Durchtritten (11) geschnitten und gleichzeitig als Druckraum für das Hydraulikmittel zur Verlagerung der Koppelmittel (8) in das Innenelement (5) ausgebildet ist, wobei von der Aufnahme (9) wenigstens ein Pfad (12) als separate Zuleitung des Hydraulikmittels zu der Spielausgleichseinrichtung (7) wegführt, wobei zwei Kolben als Koppelmittel (8) vorgesehen sind, die in einer Radialbohrung (13) des Innenelements (5) verlaufen, axial voneinander weg durch Druckfedermittel (14) beaufschlagt und zu den Durchtritten (11) in Flucht sind und wobei das Innenelement (5) frei rotationsbeweglich im Außenteil (3) verläuft.
- Abstützelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Außenteil (3) so ausgebildet ist, daß es frei rotationsbeweglich die Aufnahme der Brennkraftmaschine einsetzbar ist.
- Abstützelement nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Mantelfläche (2) des Außenteils (3) eine Ringnut (15) hat, welche mit dem jeweiligen Durchtritt (11) in Fluidverbindung steht.
- Abstützelement nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringnut (15) axial oberhalb der Aufnahme (9) im Außenteil (3) verläuft, wobei von dieser ein Kanal (16) zu dem jeweiligen Durchtritt (11) als Fluidverbindung führt.
- Abstützelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kolben als Koppelmittel (8), ausgehend von ihrer radial äußeren Stirnseite (17), an ihrer Unterseite (18) eine Abflachung (19) haben, über welche sie im Koppelfall auf einer zugewandten Ringfläche (20) der Aufnahme (9) liegen.
- Abstützelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Pfad (12) zu der Spielausgleichseinrichtung (7) aus einem Steigkanal (21) wie einem Längskanal am Außenmantel (22) des Innenelements (5) ausgebildet ist, welcher axial unterhalb einer oberen Stirnseite (23) des Außenteils (3) in eine Querbohrung (24) als weiterer Bestandteil des Pfades (12) durch das Innenelement (5) wenigstens mittelbar zu der hydraulischen Spielausgleichseinrichtung (7) übergeht.
- Abstützelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine obere Stirnseite (23) des Außenteils (3) einen radial nach innen weisenden Abschnitt (25) aufweist, an welchem das Innenelement (5) einen Höhenanschlag erfährt.
- Abstützelement nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der nach innen weisende Abschnitt (25) als Ringkragen hergestellt ist, der wahlweise durch Bördeln erzielt ist, wobei ein Außenmantel (22) des Innenelements (5), ausgehend von dessen oberer Stirnseite (26), eine Durchmesserverringerung (27) hat, deren Ringabsatz (28) an dem nach innen weisenden Abschnitt (25) den Höhenanschlag erfährt.
- Abstützelement nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über den Höhenanschlag oder im Bereich des Höhenanschlags ein Verriegelungsspiel der Kolben als Koppelmittel (8) in der Aufnahme (9) eingestellt ist.
