Definitions
- the invention relates to a poster hanging device with between two spaced-apart rollers - under longitudinal tension in the transport direction from roller to roller - and mousable poster track with at least two consecutive in the web longitudinal direction at a dividing line posters, said extending in the transport direction lateral longitudinal edges of the poster each have an edge reinforcement - essentially consisting of a flat on the poster web and a piping on the outermost edge of the web - and the edge reinforcements in the area between the rollers - substantially from roller to roller reaching - holding means as a side guide the poster web for recording in the Poster web surface are assigned transversely to the transport direction acting shear forces.
- the poster web is vertically reciprocated in the aforementioned apparatus.
- the invention is not limited to the vertical transport direction.
- the image or poster shown spanned between the rollers may be inclined to the vertical, on the other hand, the image movement in a direction oblique to transverse to the vertical, i. also horizontally.
- the deviations from the vertical includes.
- the poster hanging device should be suitable to put a poster or poster in full size on show. At the same time, it should be possible to combine two or more individual poster images, so that a poster web is created. These should be rolled from one roller to the other roller and back in sections that make it possible to take note of the individual poster image. One then speaks of a poster changer.
- a poster hanging device of the type specified is described.
- the device has an upper and a lower roller. Between the rollers, a poster track, which includes several posters, is rolled under longitudinal tension back and forth.
- this poster hanging device holding means for applying a transverse stress on the poster web. This is to ensure that the poster web can withstand loads from gusts and other weather conditions and a uniform rolling without wrinkles is possible.
- the piping may be integrally formed with a web attached to the web surface (on one or both sides of the web). As the poster path continues to roll over for poster changes, the reinforced edges should slide along the grooves. This means that noticeable frictional forces have to be overcome as the poster web advances.
- EP 11 22 708 A2 proposes that the recesses of the holding means, which pass through from one roll to the next, are spaced from each other on each of the surfaces of the poster web to replace arranged guide heads, each one of a poster surface facing the guide head is to face a guide head on the opposite poster web surface to form a Leitkopfglobs.
- This pair of guide heads should grip the keder like a pliers from the side, grasp it and thereby tension the web in the direction transverse to the transport direction.
- detachable connection means are provided on the dividing line between at least two individual posters consecutive in the longitudinal direction of the poster web, both between the poster surfaces and in their edge reinforcements, and that the respective piping continues along the connecting means.
- a releasable connection means of the respective edge reinforcements along the dividing line at a time two abutting on a longitudinal web edge end pieces of the edge reinforcement form fit of the web longitudinal edge cross-sleeve whose outer shape of the edge reinforcement corresponds with piping and which receives the force exerted on the edge reinforcement longitudinal tensile force provided.
- the sleeve can also be referred to as a clip or clip.
- As connecting means of the poster surfaces itself a type of zipper, a stapling or Velcro closure is preferably provided at the parting line.
- Dividing lines with the connecting means according to the invention can be provided at one or more points of the poster web. Preferably, such a dividing line is inserted between two individual posters and at the beginning or end poster or a series of poster images.
- the invention makes it possible to separate a single poster image from a web or to insert it into a finished web. This work can be carried out on site - in wind and weather - outdoors.
- the releasable connection means should be so stable both in the area of the web surface and in the region of the web edges that they can absorb the longitudinal forces exerted on the poster web. This is especially true for the edge reinforcements in the edge area of the poster web.
- a sleeve is provided according to the invention, the form-fitting, the abutting end pieces of the edge reinforcement from the rail longitudinal edge clasps clip-like.
- the term sleeve designates, in particular, an envelope lying flat against the piping and web, which to a certain extent engages over the edge reinforcement at both web surfaces like a clip from the web edge and approximately reproduces the shape on its outer surface.
- the sleeve is also designed so that it does not interfere with the smooth running of the poster web disturbing.
- the edge reinforcement or the piping made of flexible elastic and abrasion-resistant material which can be well engineerkrkeln on the rollers, should consist
- the sleeve can be made of a material as smooth as possible or positive fit to the edge reinforcement, especially on the piping itself, is applied.
- the sleeve can be formed, for example, as a molded part made of polyurethane, exactly fitting for the edge reinforcement in total.
- the sleeve may additionally be provided in the area of its web, e.g. be connected by approximately perpendicular to the web and web surfaces extending bolts, rivets or screws or by toothing or the like, positive and / or non-positive with the edge reinforcement.
- the sleeve can also extend over a greater distance, possibly over the Monplakatgieplain, so that no step occurs at the respective dividing lines.
- the holding means can be formed from individual rollers spaced apart from one another on the surfaces of the poster web or of the Keder web, for example ball or roller rollers, wherein pairs of opposite cylindrical rollers are preferably provided with respect to the web surface. whose roller axes can be approximately transverse to the web longitudinal direction and parallel to the poster web surface.
- both the C-rails and the roller pairs are to carry a poster sheet whose edge reinforcements in the region of parting lines at the web edges each have a single of the described sleeves, the spacing of the parts of the holding means which engage over the piping tongs be so large that the sleeve without hindrance can slide into and through the holding means. This can lead to the areas of the edge reinforcement without sleeve is no longer sufficiently secure to encompass by the respective holding means. In this regard, the situation can be especially critical at the points where the areas without sleeve of the piping should run into the holding means (at the longitudinal end).
- the poster web to be spanned by the holding means With a certain lateral force, it is usually necessary to pull the poster web at the respective longitudinal end of the holding means to the outside. Nevertheless, the introduction of the welt into the holding means prepares so long no difficulty, as the piping in the direction perpendicular to the billboard is thick enough. However, this thickness of the welt also has disadvantages, because it makes it more difficult to wind the web on a roll with increasing poster web length, because the winding diameter in the region of the edge reinforcement increases much faster than the winding diameter of the rest of the web.
- the holding means - with substantially unchanged Keder thickness - adapted to the thickness measured perpendicular to the poster web surface thickness of the respective dividing line fixed sleeve and facing the upper and lower roller longitudinal ends of the holding means insertion funnel provide that absorb the transverse forces exerted by the poster web. Through the insertion funnel acting in the poster path transverse force is released before the inlet of the welt in the respective holding means, so that even a conventional piping, the difficulties when threading in the extended because of the sleeve holding means, e.g. by tilting and jamming, could be passed straight ahead into the holding means.
- piping and retaining means can be easily selected so that a once properly dipped into the retaining means piping at normal shear forces is not pulled out because of the sleeve "extended" holding means, because a piping within the Garmitels not - as at the entrance - cant.
- an insertion funnel at least one sleeve the pliers-like overlapping Schrägrollencru whose roller axes are inclined with respect to the poster web surface and whose individual roles are supported on the piping.
- This solution is particularly advantageous in connection with the abovementioned holding means consisting of pairs of rolls.
- rollers are preferred with respect to the roller axis cylindrical tread.
- the rollers contact the web surface of the edge reinforcement or sleeve on the one hand and the piping essentially with only one cylinder edge, ie essentially only along one line and consequently with relatively little friction.
- the pairs of oblique rollers can therefore be arranged with a smaller mutual distance than the remaining pairs of rollers whose roller axes and thus possibly cylindrical running surfaces are preferably approximately parallel to the web surface (with the axis transverse to the transport direction). Because of, for example, only on the order of magnitude of only 0.3 mm smaller mutual distance of their individual roles are the Schrägrollencrue as insertion funnel capable of the poster web in the inlet region of the respective holding means without the risk of tilting to seize and so pull apart in the transverse direction that the respective piping can run straight into the holding means.
- a pair of tapered rollers suffices as an inlet funnel at each longitudinal end of the holding means.
- at least two pairs of oblique rollers are provided at the longitudinal ends of the holding means whose running surfaces are at the same time facing the web and the piping. These pairs of oblique rollers are then able to tension the latter in the inlet area of the holding means in the transverse direction, even in the event of strong wind effects on the poster web, so that the piping can run into the holding means without jamming.
- an edge reinforcement applied to an edge 2 on the poster web 1 is denoted overall by 3.
- the edge reinforcement 3 consists of a strip-shaped strip or web 4 and the actual bead-shaped piping 5.
- the web 4 can - as drawn - are provided on a billboard but also on both billboards.
- two individual posters 6 and 7 are shown, which are in the web longitudinal direction 8 under train and connected by a releasable connection means, preferably a zipper 9, with each other.
- FIG. 1 and 2 About the abutting at the parting line 10 of the poster 6 and 7 parts 3a and 3b of the edge reinforcement 3 is shown in FIG. 1 and 2, a designated overall sleeve 11 pushed or clamped clamp-like.
- the sleeve is shaped so that it encloses the edge reinforcement 3 (3a, 3b) as closely as possible, in all parts.
- the sleeve 11 is intended to reproduce on its outer surface as exactly as possible the outer shape, especially of the bead-shaped welt 5 itself.
- the piping 5 on the side remote from the surface of the poster sheet 1 outer edge approximately a semi-cylindrical shape 12, while the poster surface approximately perpendicular to the poster surface extending, straight supporting or holding surfaces 13 has. Specifically, this holding surface 13 is to be imaged on the outer surface of the sleeve 11.
- rollers 14 are shown, the axes 15 parallel to the surface of the poster web 1 and perpendicular to the web longitudinal direction 8.
- the guidance of the poster web 1 with the aid of the edge reinforcement 3 can be improved if approximately parallel to the holding surface 13 a bump wall 16 extends, which excludes a movement of the edge reinforcement 3 relative to the roller 14 in the direction of the axis 15.
- connecting elements 17 and 18 are preferably provided, which are arranged at a distance from the cylindrical running surface 19 of the roller 14 in the embodiment.
- the connecting elements 17 and 18 may be, for example, bolts which extend through the two surfaces of the sleeve 11 drawn in FIG. 1 and the band-shaped strips 14 clamped therebetween.
- the mutual distance of the running surfaces 19 of the roller pair 14 of Fig. 1 should be so large that the web 4 passes smoothly and without disturbing friction between the running surfaces 19 in the region in which the sleeve 11 is slipped over the web 4.
- A 3.6 mm.
- this additional game does not interfere when the piping 5 is properly threaded between the rollers 14 and the piping support surface 13 rises perpendicular to the web 4 by more than 1.6 mm.
- the piping 5 (without sleeve 11) between the running surfaces 19 of the rollers 14 can sometimes tilt and jam.
- FIG. 4 and 5 show sectional views along the lines IV-IV and VV of Fig. 3.
- Fig. 5 is an embodiment of pairs of oblique rollers 22, with the one cylinder edge 24 of its tread 19 on the web 4 and on the sleeve thereon Unroll 11 and be supported with the other roller edge 25 on the support surface 13 of the bare or clad with the sleeve 11 5 Keder.
- the holding means 21 are adapted to the measured perpendicular to the poster web surface web thickness A of the respective parting line 10 fixedly mounted sleeve 11.
- the longitudinal ends 20 of the holding means insertion funnels preferably in the form of pairs of oblique rollers 22, are provided on the upper and lower rollers (in FIG. 3 the lower roller 26 is shown) which deflect the lateral forces exerted by the poster web 1 (forces in FIG Transverse direction 23) record.
- the projection of the axes 27 of the oblique rollers 22 on the stretched poster web surface should be approximately parallel to the transverse direction 23. In the section perpendicular to the web surface, the distance between the web surface and the axis along the latter, starting from the edge of the web - that is, from outside to inside - should decrease.
- the axes should therefore be inclined, starting at the edge of the web towards the web surface, at an angle which is open towards the edge of the web.
- the axes 27 of the upper and lower single rollers 22 of each pair of skew rollers are inclined at the same angle of the order of 30 to 60 °, preferably about 45 °, against the lower and upper web surfaces so that the running surfaces of the tapered rollers 22 against the piping 5 Press the lateral force outward, ie tighten the poster web 1 in the transverse direction 23.
- each longitudinal end 20 of the holding means 21 a single pair of oblique rollers is sufficient.
- the oblique roller pairs can then be positioned approximately in grader continuation of the holding means. It is also within the scope of the invention, the second, third, etc. Schrägrollencru against the transverse direction 23 to move inward, so that the piping 5 is gradually pulled out when passing the Schrägrollencrue out and finally can run straight into the holding means.
