Abstract

Sitzschale, Sitz oder Liege, deren Stützfläche (14) von gekrümmt verlaufenden Formteilen (1) gehalten wird und dadurch gekennzeichnet sind dass diese unterteilt sind und an den Teilungsübergangsstellen Dreh- und/oder Schwenklager aufweisen, so, dass das Ende eines Formteils die Richtung des nächsten Formteils bestimmt und durch gegensinniges Verdrehen aneinandergereihter Formteile grosse Auslenkungen der Stützfläche bei kleinem Schwenkbereich der Formteile oder eine Verlängerung des Wirkbereichs der Formteile, durch ein Dreh/Schwenklager das ein Fluchten eines folgenden Elements gewährleistet. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sitzschale, Sitz oder Liege, deren Stützfläche von gekrümmt verlaufenden Formteilen gehalten wird und dadurch gekennzeichnet sind dass diese unterteilt sind und an den Teilungsübergangsstellen Dreh- und/oder Schwenklager aufweisen, so, dass das Ende eines Formteils die Richtung des nächsten Formteils bestimmt und durch gegensinniges Verdrehen aneinandergereihter Formteile grosse Auslenkungen der Stützfläche bei kleinem Schwenkbereich der Formteile oder eine Verlängerung des Wirkbereichs der Formteile, durch ein Dreh/Schwenklager das ein Fluchten eines folgenden Elements gewährleistet. Ein Sitz oder eine Liege zeichnet sich des weiteren auch dadurch aus, dass die Stützfläche ein in einer Richtung biegsames Gebilde einer Bespannung mit Seitenteilen ist, die in Richtung der Bespannung steif,in Längsrichtung jedoch biegsam sind und die Bespannung auf Distanzhalter übertragen.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es eine rückenkrümmungsgerechte Sitz- beziehungsweise Liegehaltung zu gewährleisten, die der natürlichen entspannten Körperhaltung entspricht, ohne jeweils eine Eigenbewegungskorrektur vornehmen zu müssen.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung wurde dadurch gelöst,dass die Lehnenkontur in aufrechter Sitzhaltung der veränderbaren Lehnenneigung angepasst wird. Des weiteren wird,um ein nach vorne rutschen bei stark zurückgelehnter Haltung zu verhindern,die Sitzneigung erhöht, durch schwächer ausgebildete Lodosenstützung. Die Konstruktionsanpassung im oberen Rückenbereich im Sinne einer annähernd senkrechten Kopfpositionshaltung wirkt entspannend auf den Schulter- und Nackenbereich.
Figur 5, zeigt die Konturveränderungen in der progressiven Abfolge 1 bis 4, wie sie gemäss der erfindungsgemässen konstruktiven Merkmale, verselbständigend beim Zurücklehnen ablaufen.
Die Erfindung wird anhand der folgenden Figuren 1bis 8 beschrieben:
Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen die Anfangs und Endkonturen der Formteile 1 aus der Seiten und Frontansicht eines Stuhl in der Aufrechtposition. Die Stützfläche 14 wird in eine Form gezwungen, die durch das Verdrehen der Formteile 1 verändert wird. Das Kopfteil 9 ist an deren oberen Ende mittels dem Verbindungsstück 10 derart befestigt, dass es immer zu den Enden der Formteile 1 fluchtet.
Die Formteile 1 sind in der Aufnahme 2 derart gelagert, dass nur durch ein gegensinniges Verdrehen von 1 und 2 eine Veränderung der Lehnenneigung geschehen kann, wie in Fig.1 und Fig.3 gezeigt und wodurch ebenfalls die Lehnenkontur verändert wird.
Fig. 3 und 4 zeigen den gleichen Stuhl in der Seiten und Frontansicht in zurückgelehnter Position.
Die Aufnahmen 2 sind im Gehäuse 3 drehbar gelagert und erlauben das Kippen auf dem Sockel 6 wie in Figur 3.
Die Verdrehung von 2 bewirkt über die Hebel 4 und die Schubstangen 5 das Kippen von Gehäuse 3 auf dem Sockel 6, wodurch die Aufnahmen 2 zugleich gegensinnig synchronisiert werden.Somit sind die Lehnenneigung, die Lehnenkontur und die Sitzneigung gekoppelt.
Fig. 6 zeigt den Scherenmechanismus 11 mit der Gasdruckfeder 12 und Zugstangen 13. Hier wird gedeuted, wie die blockierbare Gasdruckfeder beim Zurücklehnen zusammenfährt. Sie bringt die Gegenkraft zum Körpergewicht und Arretierbarkeit in jeder Lage.
Fig. 7 zeigt die Stützfläche 14 bestehend vorzugsweise aus den biegsamen Seitenteilen 17, die mit einer Bespannung 16 vernäht sind und die Spannkraft der Distanzhalter 15 gleichmässig auf die Bespannung übertragen. Die Distanzhalter können steif sein, wenn die Bespannung dauerelastisch ist. Die Distanzhalter 15 können flach an der Bespannung anliegen, wenn sie nach hinten schwenken können, während sich die Bespannung dem Körper anpasst.
Die Seitenteile 17 sind rückseitig mit einem elastischen Gewebe aufgedoppelt und vernäht, so,dass eine Tasche entsteht, in der sich die Formteile 1 bewegen können und die Stützfläche 14 gut anliegt.
Fig. 8 zeigt die Möglichkeit der Einstellbarkeit der Bespannungshärte, die zum Beispiel im Bereich der Lordosenstütze sinnvoll ist, indem durch Drehen des Handrades 18 im Lager 19 die Weite des Distanzhalters 15 variiert werden kann.Das Handrad und der Distanzhalter sind mit einem Gewinde versehen,das die Längenveränderung bewirkt.
Die Erfindung ist ein Beitrag im Bereich der Gesundheitsvorsorge und funktioniert umweltfreundlich ohne äussere Energiezufuhr.

    1. Sitzschale, deren Stützfläche (14) von gekrümmt verlaufenden Formteilen (1) gehalten wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formteile unterteilt sind und an den Teilungsübergangsstellen Dreh- und Schwenklager oder Schwenklager aufweisen, so, dass das Ende eines Formteils die Richtung des nächsten Formteils bestimmt und durch gegensinniges Verdrehen aneinandergereihter Formteile oder eine Verlängerung des Wirkbereichs der Formteile, durch ein Dreh/Schwenklager ein Fluchten eines folgenden Elements gewährleistet.
    2. Sitzschale nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das die Stützfläche (14) ein in einer Richtung biegsames Gebilde einer Bespannung (16) mit Seitenteilen (17) ist die in-Richtung der Bespannung steif, in Längsrichtung jedoch biegsam sind und die die Bespannung auf die Distanzhalter (15) übertragen.
