Claims (5)
- Dispositif pour fabriquer des articles de brosserie, en particulier des brosses à dents, avec un magasin de poils (8), qui comprend un puits d'alimentation (18) délimité par des parois de guidage (9) pour recevoir des filaments (11) coupés à longueur, serrés les uns contre les autres et orientés parallèlement aux parois de guidage (9), dans lequel le puits d'alimentation (18) présente une ouverture de sortie (13), qui est limitée par un attrape-poils (14) fermant par l'extérieur l'ouverture de sortie (13) et par laquelle des filaments (11) sont fournis à un espace de réception (15) formé dans l'attrape-poils (14), dans lequel l'espace de réception (15) n'accepte qu'une certaine quantité de filaments (11), les rassemble en touffes (19) qui sont alors envoyées à d'autres stations en vue de leur traitement ultérieur, caractérisé en ce que les parois de guidage (9) du puits d'alimentation (18) présentent des segments en forme d'arc (17) s'amincissant en direction de l'ouverture de sortie (13).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les segments en forme d'arc (17) forment le fond de magasin du puits d'alimentation (18) et ont une section longitudinale essentiellement en forme de cercle ou de parabole.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de sortie (13) est disposée au centre du puits d'alimentation (18) et en ce que les segments en forme d'arc (17) sont symétriques par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (20) du puits d'alimentation (18).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de sortie (13) est formée d'une part selon la grosseur des touffes (19) à saisir par l'attrape-poils (14) et d'autre part au point le plus bas du magasin de poils (8).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de sortie (13) présente une section d'ouverture variable.
