Claims (19)
- Einrichtung zum Umgreifen von gehalten geförderten, flachen Gegenständen (3), welche Einrichtung eine Zufördervorrichtung (20) mit zufördernden Greifern (5) zur gehaltenen Zuförderung der Gegenstände (3) in einer Zuförderrichtung (Z) zu einer Umgreifstelle (1), eine Wegfördervorrichtung (30) mit wegfördernden Greifern (6) zur gehaltenen Wegförderung der Gegenstände (3) in einer Wegförderrichtung (W) von der Umgreifstelle (1) und Steuermittel zum Öffnen der zufördemden Greifer (5) im Bereich der Umgreifstelle (1) und zum Schliessen der wegfördemden Greifer (6) im Bereich der Umgreifstelle (1) aufweist, sowie eine in der Umgreifstelle (1) angeordnete Umgreifunterlage (10), wobei die Förderung der zufördemden Greifer (5) und der wegfördemden Greifer (6) derart synchronisiert ist und die Steuermittel ausgestaltet sind zum Öffnen der zufördemden Greifer (5), wenn der gehaltene Gegenstand (3) eine vorgegebenen Position auf der Umgreifunterlage (10) erreicht hat, zum Auftreffenlassen der wegfördemden Greifer (6) oder anderer sich in Wegförderrichtung (W) bewegender Schiebemittel auf den Kantenbereich des Gegenstandes (3), wenn er auf der Umgreifunterlage (10) deponiert ist, und zum Schliessen der wegfördernden Greifer (6), während der Gegenstand (3) über die Umgreifunterlage (10) geschoben wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zufördervorrichtung (20), die Wegfördervorrichtung (30) und die Umgreifunterlage (10) derart angeordnet sind, dass die Zuförderrichtung (Z) und die Wegförderrichtung (W) über die Oberfläche der Umgreifunterlage führen und sich kreuzen.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zufördervorrichtung (20) und die Wegfördervorrichtung (30) derart angeordnet sind, dass sich die Projektionen der Zuförderrichtung (Z) und der Wegförderrichtung (W) auf der Oberfläche der Umgreifunterlage (10) unter einem Winkel (α) von 90° schneiden.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umgreifunterlage (10) mindestens zwei in Wegförderrichtung (W) ausgerichtete und voneinander beabstandete Parallelteile (10.1 und 10.2) aufweist und dass die Wegfördervorrichtung (30) derart ausgestaltet und angeordnet ist, dass die wegfördernden Greifer (6) in der Ebene der Oberfläche der Umgreifunterlage (10) bewegbar und durch den Abstand zwischen den Parallelteilen (10.1 und 10.2) hindurch antreibbar sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umgreifunterlage. (10) mindestens zwei in Wegförderrichtung (W) ausgerichtete und voneinander beabstandete Parallelteile (10.1 und 10.2) aufweist, dass die Einrichtung ferner Schiebemittel aufweist, die über die Oberfläche der Umgreifunterlage (10) ragend und durch den Abstand zwischen den Parallelteilen (10.1, 10.2) angetrieben in Wegförderrichtung (W) bewegbar sind und dass die Wegfördervorrichtung (30) derart angeordnet ist, dass die wegfördemden Greifer (6) gegenüber den Schiebemitteln seitlich versetzt sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zufördervorrichtung (20) derart ausgestaltet und angeordnet ist, dass die zufördemden Greifer (5) mindestens im Bereich der Umgreifstelle (1) über der Oberfläche der Umgreifunterlage bewegbar und von oben antreibbar sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuermittel Kulissen sind und dass die zufördemden und/oder die wegfördemden Greifer (5, 6) Steuerrollen aufweisen, die auf den Kulissen abrollend angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umgreifunterlage (10) zuförderungsseitig eine Auffahrrampe (24) zur Verzögerung der unteren Bereiche von hängend zugeförderten Gegenständen (3) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner Ausrichtmittel (11.1, 11.2, 40) zum seitlichen Ausrichten mindestens der vorlaufenden Teile der Gegenstände (3) während der Deponierung auf der Umgreifunterlage (10) und/oder während der geschobenen Bewegung über die Umgreifunterlage (10) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner ein Bremsmittel (22) aufweist zum Bremsen der Gegenstände (3), wenn sie von den zufördernden Greifern (5) losgelassen werden.
- Verfahren zum Umgreifen von gehalten geförderten, flachen Gegenständen (3) insbesondere unter Verwendung einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei die Gegenstände (3) von zufördemden Greifern (5) im Bereich einer ersten Kante gehalten nacheinander in einer Zuförderrichtung (Z) einer Umgreifstelle (1) zugefördert werden und in der Umgreifstelle (1) von wegfördernden Greifern (6) im Bereich einer zweiten Kante ergriffen und nacheinander in einer Wegförderrichtung (W) weggefördert werden, wobei die Gegenstände (3) durch die zufördemden Greifer (5) im Bereiche von vorlaufenden Kanten gehalten auf eine in der Umgreifstelle (1) angeordnete Umgreifunterlage (10) gezogen und durch Öffnen der zufördemden Greifer (5) auf dieser deponiert, dann von den wegfördernden Greifern (6) oder von anderen Schiebemitteln, die im Bereiche von in Wegförderrichtung (W) nachlaufenden Kanten auf die Gegenstände (3) wirken, in Wegförderrichtung (W) über die Umgreifunterlage (10) geschoben und dann von den wegfördernden Greifern (6) in Wegförderrichtung (W) weggefördert werden, wobei die wegfördernden Greifer (6) zum Ergreifen der Gegenstände während der schiebenden Bewegung geschlossen werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zuförderrichtung (Z) und die Wegförderrichtung (W) sich im Bereiche der Umgreifstelle kreuzen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Kante und die zweite Kante der Gegenstände (3) miteinander einen Winkel (α) bilden und dass die Gegenstände derart zu- und weggefördert werden, dass sich die Projektionen der Zuförderrichtung (Z) und der Wegförderrichtung (W) auf die Oberfläche der Umgreifunterlage (10) unter demselben Winkel (α) schneiden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenstände derart zu- und weggefördert werden, dass der Winkel (α) ein rechter Winkel ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenstände (3) sich bei der Zuförderung überlappen und mit den vorlaufenden Kanten nach oben gerichtet gefördert werden und dass die zufördernden Greifer (5) oberhalb der Umgreifunterlage (10) bewegt und mindestens im Bereich der Umgreifunterlage (10) von oben angetrieben werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenstände (3) sich auch bei der Wegförderung überlappen und mit vorlaufenden Kanten gegen oben gerichtet gefördert werden und dass die wegfördernden Greifer (6) oder Schiebemittel in der Ebene der Oberfläche der Umgreifunterlage (10) bewegt und mindestens im Bereich der Umgreifunterlage (10) von unten angetrieben werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wegfördemden Greifer (6) mit den wegzufördernden Gegenständen nach Verlassen des Bereiches der Umgreifunterlage (10) um 180° um die Wegförderrichtung (W) gedreht werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenstände (3) durch Schiebemittel über die Umgreifunterlage (10) geschoben werden und dass sie während dieser Schiebebewegung durch die wegfördemden Greifer (6.6', 6') im Bereich von Kanten ergriffen werden, die parallel zur Wegförderrichtung ausgerichtet sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenstände während ihrer Deponierung auf der Umgreifunterlage (10) und/oder während ihrer geschobenen Bewegung über die Umgreifunterlage (10) seitlich ausgerichtet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenstände (3) nach dem Öffnen der zufördernden Greifer (5) gebremst werden.
- Verwendung des Verfahrens gemäss Anspruch 10 oder der Einrichtung gemäss Anspruch 1 zum Umgreifen von rechteckigen Druckprodukten von einer im Bereich einer längeren Kante gehaltenen Förderung zu einer im Bereich einer kürzeren Kante gehaltenen Förderung oder umgekehrt.
