Claims (11)

  1. Une armature de décharge et de trop-plein avec alimentation d'eau pour baignoires , avec un composant d'alimentation en eau (1) lequel, depuis une position en surplomb d'une zone de remplissage (11) d'une baignoire (8) peut pivoter dans une position de retrait, et un mécanisme de fermeture (2, 3, 4, 5) pour ouvrir et fermer un élément de fermeture situé à l'orifice de décharge de la baignoire (8), caractérisée en ce que le mécanisme de fermeture intègre un levier pivotant (2) à hauteur du composant d'alimentation en eau (1), pour l'actionnement de l'élément de fermeture, et qu'une plaque (7) fixable à la baignoire (8) est prévue, sur laquelle sont montés le composant d'alimentation en eau (1) et le levier (2) du mécanisme de fermeture, avec des évidements (13) prévus dans la plaque (7), qui constituent une partie du système de trop-plein.
  2. Une armature de décharge et de trop-plein selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'axe de pivotement (6) du composant d'alimentation en eau (1) est parallèle à l'axe de pivotement (6) du levier (2) du mécanisme de fermeture.
  3. Une armature de décharge et de trop-plein selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le composant d'alimentation en eau (1) et le levier (2) du mécanisme de fermeture se partagent un même axe de pivotement.
  4. Une armature de décharge et de trop-plein selon la revendication 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le levier (2) du mécanisme de fermeture est monté sur un palier le long de l'axe de pivotement (6) et que le palier est réalisé dans un matériau plus rigide que celui du levier (2).
  5. Une armature de décharge et de trop-plein selon la revendication 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le composant d'alimentation en eau (1) vu de côté présente dans la zone supérieure une section plutôt ovale avec un dessus aplati (15) et que le côté inférieur du levier (2) du mécanisme de fermeture est disposé sur le dessus aplati (15) du composant d'alimentation en eau (1).
  6. Une armature de décharge et de trop-plein selon la revendication 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que dans le composant d'alimentation en eau (1) est prévu un canal (31) dont la lumière n'est ouverte que lorsque le composant d'alimentation en eau (1) quitte sa position de retrait.
  7. Une armature de décharge et de trop-plein selon la revendication 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le composant d'alimentation en eau (1) et le levier (2) du mécanisme de fermeture peuvent pivoter indépendamment l'un de l'autre.
  8. Une armature de décharge et de trop-plein selon la revendication 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le levier (2) du mécanisme de fermeture est en relation avec une section cylindrique (3), où est prévu un pignon (4) servant au déplacement d'un câble Bowden (5), ce câble Bowden (5) étant relié avec un mécanisme d'actionnement d'un élément de fermeture situé au niveau de l'orifice de décharge de la baignoire (8).
  9. Une baignoire (8) avec une zone de remplissage (11) et une zone périphérique (21) en majeure partie horizontale, caractérisée en ce que dans la zone périphérique (21) est montée une armature de décharge et de trop-plein selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8 ci-dessus.
  10. Une baignoire (8) selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que dans la zone périphérique (21) est prévue une section en creux (9), dans laquelle est montée l'armature de décharge et de trop-plein.
  11. Une baignoire (8) selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisée en ce que les évidements (13) ménagés dans la plaque (7) sont disposés sur l'un des côtés opposés à la zone de remplissage (11) de la baignoire (8)
