Abstract

Following a steam treatment process for textile mesh hose made of a combination of natural and elastic fibre, the hose is spread and subjected to a thermal fixing process in a vertical plane. The hose is especially continually fed through a thermal fixing chamber with a round spreader (21) at a pre-determined speed. The round spreader (21) is located within a hose feed section (20) forming part of a thermal fixing chamber (17) treatment assembly (20). A batch of hose (1) accumulates and forms a buffer store in the feed part (20) of the thermal fixing chamber (17). Hose is continually drawn from the buffer at a pre-determined rate and passes through the thermal fixing process. The buffer is created by maintaining the hose feed at a faster rate than the removal rate. The buffer is maintained by equalising the feed rate with the removal rate. The hose is thermally treated during its downward passage.

Description

The invention relates to a method for treating tubular textile goods, in particular knitted goods with a proportion of natural fibers and with a proportion of elastomeric fibers.

From the publication DE 198 19 051 A1 For example, methods for treating tubular knitwear are known, wherein the knitwear consists of a proportion of natural fibers and a proportion of elastomeric fibers. Likewise are from the DE 198 19 051 A1 Devices or a system for carrying out the treatment method disclosed in this document known.
The known treatment methods are carried out with regard to the goods guide such that the tubular knitwear is guided over the arranged in the heat-setting chamber Rundbreithalter in the vertical direction from bottom to top. This has the disadvantage that with the transport of the tubular fabric in the aforementioned direction, the end product negatively affecting the longitudinal tension in the tubular fabric arises.
This longitudinal tension is composed of the weight of the tubular fabric, from the friction exerted by the tubular fabric on the circumference of the Rundbreithalters and the biasing force between the fuser rollers of Rundbreithalters.

From the publication DE 41 31 636 A1 is a method for hot air drying a wide-knit textile web, in particular a sensitive web of knitted or knitted fabric known, after which the knit fabric placed before the inlet into a hot-air drying zone with overfeed to the feed end of an air-permeable carrier tape and passed through the drying zone on this lanyard becomes.
In order to treat the at least one wide-guided web, which may also be a web in the form of flattened tubular fabric to treat particularly low stress with dry air, the known method provides that the tapered web with material is applied over the entire width in uniform folds on the feed end of the fastener tape using at least one brush roller.

In order to be able to heat-knit tubular knitwear with a proportion of natural fibers and with a proportion of elastomeric fibers, the knitwear must, for technological reasons, be supplied to the treatment process in a state which differs or differs from the tubular state in flattened form, whereby the knit fabric is laid in uniform folds and thus fed to the treatment process.
The lying in loose folds on the fastener tape web can be heat treated low stress or dried in this state; Thermosetting of both tubular fabric and flat goods is not possible in such a state.

It is therefore an object of the invention, in a system for treating tubular textile, in particular knitted fabric, with a proportion of natural fibers and with a proportion of elastomeric fibers to improve the goods management over at least one existing Rundbreithalter in reducing the tensile load.

The object is achieved in that the tubular fabric, after undergoing a known per se in a heating steam treatment, subsequently, as is known, one or more times in the heating chamber is deflected and continuously with a first transport speed the cone-like feed section of a a heat-fixing chamber arranged Rundbreithalters is supplied, that is subsequently constructed on the feed section of the Rundbreithalters a tubular goods buffer with temporary relaxation and optionally shrinking of the tubular fabric and that the tubular fabric with a second transport speed, which is smaller than the first transport speed, from the goods buffer continuously in approximately spread out state from vertical top to vertical bottom, taking advantage of the gravity of the tubular material passes the Rundbreithalter and thereby thermofixed.
Alternatively, the transport speeds may be the same size when the first drive is operated in anticipation of the second drive.

With the method sequence according to the invention is achieved in an advantageous manner:
  1. a) a comparatively low electromotive drive power for the transport of goods of the round-spread goods, due to the goods guide on the round spacer from vertical top to bottom vertically,
  2. b) minimizing the goods longitudinal tension, which has a very positive effect on the preservation of the structure of the knitted tubular fabric and
  3. c) due to the formation of a goods buffer in Zuführrabschnitt the Rundbreithalters the goods in length and width can temporarily relax and possibly shrink, namely, until it is subjected to the second transport speed of the further treatment.

The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to an embodiment.

The tubular knitwear 1 is taken from a stack of goods 2 as a broad product according to Figure 1. The removal takes place in a known manner by means of at least one of at least one electric motor drive 3 rotationally driven take-off roller 4. In the present embodiment, the take-off roller 4 is disposed within the preheat chamber 5 of the system 6.
Before the tubular fabric 1 enters the preheating chamber 5, this is guided vertically over the stack of goods 2 positioned guide rollers 7,8, to subsequently arrive at a known Flachbreithaltevorrichtung 9, which is disposed approximately below a Wareneinlasswalze 11 of the preheating 5. Subsequently, the tubular fabric in flat spread state over at least one of the device 9 downstream guide roller 10 via the rotationally driven take-off roller 4 in the Preheat chamber 5 pulled.

Within the preheating chamber 5, a goods damper 12 is arranged, through which the goods 1, after passing an axially parallel to the take-off roller 4 arranged guide roller 13, is guided vertically from the entrance to the output.
The product 1 is within the preheating 5, after it has left the goods damper 12, known measures via at least one dancer roller 14 and a plurality of first axially parallel guide rollers 15 and a plurality of second axially parallel Umlenkwalzen16 out, wherein the first guide rollers 15 and the second guide rollers 16 are arranged vertically spaced from each other.

After the product 1 leaves the first guide rollers 15, this passes in a known manner via at least one further vertically above the preheating chamber 5 and above the fixing chamber 17 existing roller assembly 18, 19 on the conically shaped Zuführabschnitts 20 of Rundbreithalters 21st

For transporting the goods on the feed section 20, as known per se, an electromotive drive 22b is provided - best seen in FIG. 2 - which acts on the fixing roller 22a of the spreader head 22.

According to the inventive method is now provided to transport the goods 1 with such a transport speed by means of the drive 22b on the feed section 20 of the Rundbreithalters 21, which is greater than the transport speed required for fixing the goods. As a result, according to the invention, a goods buffer can be formed on the feed section 20 of the roundsheet holder before the beginning of the fixing process, see also the wave-like position of the article 1, which serves to relax and possibly shrink the article 1.
By means of a second electromotive drive 23, the buffered product 1 is transported at a transport speed lower than the first transport speed from the feed section 20 via the round spreader 21 in accordance with the directional arrow 24.
Alternatively, it can also be provided according to the invention that the transport speed of the first drive 22b corresponds to the transport speed of the second drive 23.
The formation of a goods buffer takes place in this case in that the first drive 22b is operated ahead of the second drive 23.
After leaving the Rundbreithalters 21, the fixed in diameter goods 1, as from DE 198 19 051 A1 known, guided in flat spread out form over corresponding deflection rollers of a roller 26 integrated in a pleater 28 and rotationally driven by an electric motor drive 25 to a stack of goods 28.
