Claims (6)

  1. Tête de soutirage pour des boissons sous pression de gaz, composée d'un poinçon de mise en perce (2), logé dans un boítier (1), sur lequel est montée une soupape d'arrêt de boisson (4) et qui peut être déplacé en position de mise en perce ou hors perce au moyen d'un levier de manoeuvre (3) supporté dans le boítier de manière à pouvoir pivoter, au moins un canal (5, 21, 22) étant agencé à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur du poinçon de mise en perce (2) pour amener un agent de désinfection, caractérisée en ce que successivement, au moyen du levier de manoeuvre 3, l'agent désinfectant est introduit en premier dans la zone de la soupape d'arrêt de boisson (4) pour désinfecter la zone du raccord (13), ensuite le poinçon de mise en perce (2) est déplacé contre l'arrivée de CO2 du raccord (13) et enfin la soupape d'arrêt de boisson (4) est ouverte.
  2. Tête de soutirage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le levier de manoeuvre (3) présente trois cames (16, 17, 18) dont la première came (16), lors du basculement du levier de manoeuvre, actionne une pompe de désinfection à piston (6) agencée dans le poinçon de mise en perce et reliée à la conduite de désinfection (7), ce qui a pour effet d'amener l'agent désinfectant dans la zone du raccord (13) par l'intermédiaire d'un canal de désinfection (5) de la soupape d'arrêt de boisson (4) prévu dans le poinçon de mise en perce (2), et la deuxième came (17) déplace la soupape d'arrêt de boisson (4) vers le bas par l'intermédiaire de son extrémité supérieur (19'), tandis que la troisième came (18), par l'intermédiaire de l'extrémité supérieure (19'), déplace le poinçon de mise en perce (2) avec canal de gaz et de boisson vers le bas en appui contre l'arrivée de CO2 avec une valve de gaz propulseur (12) de façon à ouvrir l'arrivée de CO2 ainsi que le joint d'étanchéité dans la zone du raccord.
  3. Tête de soutirage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'arrivée de gaz propulseur (11) est reliée à la zone de CO2 dans le raccord (13) par l'intermédiaire d'une valve de gaz propulseur (12).
  4. Tête de soutirage selon la revendication 1, la revendication 2 ou la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce qu'un autre canal de désinfection (21) est relié à la conduite de désinfection (7) par l'intermédiaire d'une pompe à piston (20) et le canal (21) présente un orifice inférieur (22) qui est dirigé vers la zone inférieure de la tête de soutirage.
  5. Tête de soutirage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le poinçon de mise en perce se compose d'un poinçon pour boisson (28) et d'un poinçon d'étanchéité (30, 30') qui sont reliés à un joint d'étanchéité (31), une came (27) déplaçant les poinçons (28 et 30, 30') vers le bas lors du mouvement descendant de façon à comprimer le joint d'étanchéité (31) sur le raccord tandis que, dans le même temps, le poinçon de boisson (28) pousse le disque d'étanchéité (34) du raccord vers le bas de façon à pouvoir guider la boisson vers la sortie (10) par l'intermédiaire d'un perçage transversal (36) du tuyau de boisson du raccord.
