Claims (6)
- Zapfkopf zur Entnahme von unter Gasdruck stehenden Getränken, bestehend aus einem in einem Gehäuse (1) untergebrachten Anstichstößel (2), an dem ein Getränkeschliessventil (4) angeordnet ist und der mittels eines im Gehäuse schwenkbar gelagerten Betätigungshebels (3) auf und ab in die An- bzw. Abschlagstellung bewegbar ist, wobei innerhalb oder außerhalb des Anstichstößels (2) mindestens ein Kanal (5, 21, 22) zur Zuführung eines Desinfektionsmittels angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mittels des Betätigungshebels (3) aufeinanderfolgend, zuerst das Desinfektionsmittel in den Bereich des Getränkeschliessventils (4) zur Desinfektion des Fittingbereiches (13) zugeführt wird, danach der Anstichstößel (2) gegen den CO2-Anschluß des Fittings (13) bewegt wird, worauf das Getränkeschließventil (4) geöffnet wird.
- Zapfkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungshebel (3) drei Kurvenscheiben (16, 17, 18) aufweist, von denen beim Schwenken des Betätigungshebels die erste Kurvenscheibe (16) eine im Anstichstössel angeordnete mit der Desinfektionsleitung (7) verbundene Desinfektionskolbenpumpe (6) betätigt, wodurch das Desinfektionsmittel über einen im Anstichstößel (2) untergebrachten Desinfektionskanal (5) des Getränkeschließventils (4) dem Fittingbereich (13) zugeführt wird, und die zweite Kurvenscheibe (17) über das obere Ende(19') das Getränkeschließventil (4) nach unten bewegt, wobei die dritte Kurvenscheibe (18) über das obere Ende (19') den Anstichstößel (2) mit Gas- und Getränkeleitung nach unten in seinen Sitz gegen den CO2-Anschluß mit einem Fördergasventil (12) bewegt, so daß der C02-Anschluß geöffnet und die Dichtung im Bereich des Fittings ebenfalls geöffnet wird.
- Zapfkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fördergasanschluß (11) über ein Fördergasventil (12) mit dem CO2-Bereich im Fitting (13) verbunden ist.
- Zapfkopf nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein weiterer Desinfektionskanal (21) über eine Kolbenpumpe (20) mit der Desinfektionsleitung (7) verbunden ist und der Kanal (21) eine untere Öffnung (22) aufweist, die gegen den unteren Bereich des Zapfkopfes gerichtet ist.
- Zapfkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Gehäuse (1) zwei Desinfektionsmittelkolbenpumpen (23, 24) angeordnet sind, von denen die erste Pumpe das Desinfektionsmittel in der Abwärtsbewegung (Anschlagen des Behälters) aus der Desintektionsleitung (7) in eine im Stößel angeordnete Leitung (25) in Raum zwischen dem zapfkopf und dem Fitting (13') befördert, wobei die zweite Pumpe (24) über eine weitere Leitung (26) das Desinfektionsmittel in der Aufwärtsbewegung (Abschlagen des Behälters) in den Raum (13') befördert.
- Zapfkopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anstichstössel aus einem Getränkesstössel (28) und einem Dichtstössel (30, 30') besteht die mit einer Dichtung (31) verbunden sind, wobei beim Abwärtsbewegen eine Kurvenscheibe (27) die Stößel (28 und 30, 30') nach unten bewegt, so daß die Dichtung (31) auf das Fitting gepreßt wird wobei gleichzeitig der Getränkestößel (28) den Dichtungsteller (34) des Fittings nach unten drückt, so daß das Getränk durch eine Quebohrung (36) des Getränkerohres des Fittings zum Auslaß (10) geführt werden kann.
