Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Auftragen von Fluid auf ein relativ zu der Vorrichtung bewegbares Substrat, insbesondere zum Auftragen von Klebstoff auf Folien,
mit einem mit einer Fluidquelle verbindbaren, in einem Grundkörper (2) ausgebildeten Fluidzuführkanal (4),
mit mindestens einem Auftragsventil (14) zum wahlweisen Unterbrechen oder Freigeben des Fluidstroms und
einermitdem Fluidzuführkanal (4)kommunizierenden Schlitzdüsenanordnung (10), die einen länglichen Schlitz (8) mit einer Austrittsöffnung (12) aufweist,
wobei die Länge des Schlitzes (8) mittels eines in dem Schlitz (8) bewegbaren und diesen seitlich abdichtenden Verschlusskörper (18) variierbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (2) mittels einer Führungs- und Verstelleinrichtung in Richtung der Längsachse des Schlitzes (8) verschiebbar und feststellbar gelagert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungs- und Verstelleinrichtung mehrere, vorzugsweise Wälzkörper aufweisende Linearführungen (40, 42, 44, 46) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungs- und Verstelleinrichtung eine drehbar gelagerte Gewindespindel (50) und einen an dem Grundkörper (2) angeordneten, mit der Gewindespindel (50) in Eingriff stehenden Gewindekörper (52) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewindespindel mit einem Handrad (54) zum manuellen Verschieben des Grundkörpers (2) gekoppelt ist. - Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der in dem Schlitz (8) bewegbare Verschlusskörper (18) starr mit einem Kolben (20) gekoppelt ist, welcher bewegbar und abgedichtet in einem mit dem Schlitz (8) kommunizierenden Verteilerkanal (6) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlusskörper (18) und der Kolben (20) mittels einer gemeinsamen Schlitz-Verstelleinrichtung (26) bewegbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstelleinrichtung (26) eine drehbar gelagerte Gewindespindel (30) und eine mit dem Kolben (20) starr verbundene, mit der Gewindespindel (30) in Eingriff stehende Gewindehülse aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewindespindel (30) der Verstelleinrichtung (26) mit einem Handrad (34) zur manuellen Verstellung gekoppelt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 und 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Handrad (54) der Führungs- und Verstelleinrichtung und das Handrad (34) der Schlitz-Verstelleinrichtung (26) nebeneinander an einer Seite relativ zum Grundkörper (2) und die Gewindespindeln (30, 50) parallel zueinander angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche
gekennzeichnet durch eine Substratführungseinrichtung zum Vorbeiführen des Substrats an der Austrittsöffnung (12) des Schlitzes (8) entlang einer definierten Bewegungsbahn, wobei die Führungseinrichtung einen mittels eines Pneumatikzylinders (56) an dem Grundkörper (2) verschwenkbaren Rahmen (58) sowie zwei an dem Rahmen (58) gelagerte längliche, parallel zum Schlitz angeordnete Führungselemente ( 60,62) aufweist, und dass die Führungselemente (60, 62) ihrerseits gemeinsam verschwenkbar und feststellbar relativ zu dem Rahmen (58) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungselemente (60, 62) als Führungsstangen mit einer polierten Oberfläche ausgebildet sind.
