Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Reinigen einer Walze (04) oder eines Zylinders einer Rotationsdruckmaschine mittels eines rotierenden Reinigungselementes (13; 14; 16; 17) dessen Rotationsachse (20) nicht parallel zu einer Rotationsachse (05) der Walze (04) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer Walze (04) mehrere rotierende, in axialer Richtung nebeneinander angeordnete Reinigungselemente (13; 14; 16; 17) zugeordnet sind, daß zumindest zwei der rotierenden Reinigungselemente (13; 14; 16; 17) gegenläufige Drehrichtung aufweisen, daß jedes Reinigungselement (13; 14; 16; 17) auf einem in axialer Richtung der Walze (04) verfahrbaren Schlitten (07) angeordnet ist, daß auf dem Schlitten zusätzlich zu dem die Reinigungselemente (13; 14; 16; 17) antreibenden Motor (19; 21) ein Stellantrieb zum Bewegen der Reinigungselemente (13; 14; 16; 17) bezüglich einer annähernd radialen Richtung der Walze (04) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Reinigen einer Walze (04) oder eines Zylinders einer Rotationsdruckmaschine mittels eines rotierenden Reinigungselementes (13; 14; 16; 17) dessen Rotationsachse (20) nicht parallel zu einer Rotationsachse (05) der Walze (04) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einer Walze (04) mehrere rotierende, in axialer Richtung nebeneinander und in Umfangsrichtung der Walze (04) hintereinander angeordnete Reinigungselemente (13; 14; 16; 17) zugeordnet sind, daß jedes Reinigungselement (13; 14; 16; 17) auf einem in axialer Richtung der Walze (04) verfahrbaren Schlitten (07) angeordnet ist, daß auf dem Schlitten zusätzlich zu dem die Reinigungselemente (13; 14; 16; 17) antreibenden Motor (19; 21) ein Stellantrieb zum Bewegen der Reinigungselemente (13; 14; 16; 17) bezüglich einer annähernd radialen Richtung der Walze (04) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Rotationsachse (20) der Reinigungselemente (13; 14; 16; 17) mit einer durch die Berührzone von Reinigungselementen (13; 14; 16; 17) und Walze (04) verlaufenden Radialen einen Öffnungswinkel von -45° bis +45° einschließt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedem Reinigungselement (13; 14; 16; 17) mindestens eine Austrittsöffnung (26) für Reinigungsflüssigkeit zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Austrittsöffnung (26) der Reinigungsflüssigkeit innerhalb des rotierenden Reinigungselementes (13; 14; 16; 17) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung in axialer Richtung der Walze (04) verfahrbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Reinigungselement (13; 14; 16; 17) als Bürste (13; 14; 16; 17) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Reinigungselement (13; 14; 16; 17) als Stirnbürste ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Arbeitsrichtung der Vorrichtung gesehen eine Rakeleinrichtung (72; 73) der Bürste (13; 14; 16; 17) vorgeschaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Bürste (13; 14; 16; 17) und Rakeleinrichtung (72; 73) in Arbeitsstellung gleichzeitig wirken.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze (04) als Leitwalze (04) ausgebildet ist.
