Claims (16)
- Vorrichtung zum Lagern, Transportieren und Zuführen einer einen Wickel bildenden Bedruckstoffbahn für eine diese verarbeitende Maschine, wie eine Druckmaschine, mit einer Aufnahme für den Wickel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein analog zu einer Palette handhabbares, den Wickel (5) umschließend aufnehmendes Gehäuse (2) vorgesehen ist, aus welchem heraus die Bedruckstoffbahn (13) abwickelbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einander gegenüberliegend, beabstandet angeordnete Halteteile (2a) jeweils auf gleichem Niveau angeordnete Auflager zur Aufnahme einer Wickelwelle (6) zum Abwickeln der Bedruckstoffbahn (13) aufweisen und dass die Auflager im wesentlichen als Halbschalen (3) ausgebildet und gemeinsam zwischen einer Bestückungsposition, in der ihnen ein auf eine Wickelwelle (6) aufgebrachter Wickel (5) zuführbar ist, und einer Betriebsposition, in der die Wickelwelle (6) vor Auswurf aus den Halbschalen (3) gesichert ist, um eine zu der Wickelwelle (6) parallele Achse (4) schwenkbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halbschalen (3) exzentrisch an den Halteteilen (2a) gelagert sind, um eine den Halbschalen (3) in Bestückungsposition zugeführte Wickelwelle (6) mit einem Wickel (5) bei Verschwenken der Halbschalen (3) in Betriebsposition auf ein bezüglich der Bestückungsposition um einen Abstand (h) erhöhtes Niveau anzuheben.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halbschalen (3) mechanisch schwenkbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halbschalen (3) motorisch, insbesondere elektromotorisch, schwenkbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halbschalen (3) hydraulisch, pneumatisch oder hydropneumatisch schwenkbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Gehäuse eine transportfähige Basis (7) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis (7) analog zu einer Palette ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis fest mit dem Gehäuse (2) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (2) auf die Basis (7) absetzbar ist und wenigstens eine Zentriereinrichtung (8) zur Ausrichtung des Gehäuses (2) auf der Basis (7) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (2) eine Oberseite aufweist, auf welche ein weiteres mit einer Basis (7) versehenes Gehäuse (2) absetzbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, gekennzeichnet durch eine Entnahmeeinrichtung (10) zum Herausführen der Bedruckstoffbahn (13) aus dem Gehäuse (2).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entnahmeeinrichtung (10) zwei gegenüberliegend angeordnete Rollen aufweist, zwischen denen die Bedruckstoffbahn (13) aus dem Gehäuse (2) herausführbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entnahmeeinrichtung eine Rolle (11) und ein gegenüberliegend angeordnetes Dichtelement (12) aufweist, zwischen denen die Bedruckstoffbahn (13) aus dem Gehäuse (2) herausführbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entnahmeeinrichtung (10) zwei gegenüberliegend angeordnete Dichtelemente aufweist, zwischen denen die Bedruckstoffbahn (13) aus dem Gehäuse (2) herausführbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dichtelement (12) ein Filzstreifen ist.
