Jeder Festkontakt 4 ist hier in Form von Schraubanschlüssen bestehend aus einer ein Kontaktstück 12 tragenden Kontaktplatte 14, einer Klemmschraube 16 und einer Druckplatte 18 zur klemmenden Aufnahme von externen Leiteranschlüssen ausgebildet. Anstelle der Schraubanschlüsse sind auch Zugfederklemmen oder andere Anschlußarten verwendbar.
Das Fußteil 26, welches die Kontaktbrücke 24 in der ersten Position A gegen das Federmittel 28 elektrisch isoliert, ist im wesentlichen quadratisch, quaderförmig ausgebildet und weist auf seiner der Feder 28 zugekehrten Seite für deren Aufnahme eine sacklochartige Ausnehmung auf. Die vier in Längsrichtung verlaufenden virtuellen Kanten des Fußteils 26 sind als Nuten ausgebildet, die mit nach innen weisenden Fortsätzen der Längsschenkelteile 30 zum Zwecke der Führung zusammenwirken. Das Fußteil 26 ist derart ausgebildet, daß es in allen vier verdrehten Positionen montierbar ist, wodurch zusätzlich eine weitere Montagevereinfachung erreicht wird. Auf seiner der Kontaktbrücke 24 zugekehrten Seite weist das Fußteil 26 eine Fixierausnehmung auf, die mit einer Erhebung der Kontaktbrücke 24 zu deren Fixierung zusammenwirkt.
Die Schaltvorrichtung gemäß Fig. 1-3 ist von ihrem Aufbau her für eine frontseitige Montage vorgesehen. Durch eine andere Montage der selben Bauteile ist die Schaltvorrichtung auch für die rückseitige Montage geeignet. Hierfür wird ausgehend von der dargestellten Bauteilanordnung die gesamte Stößelanordnung 6 um 180° Grad um seine Querachse Y gedreht, so daß sich das Federlement 28 an der gegenüberliegenden Gehäusewandung abstützt (nicht dargestellt). Mit Vorteil ist auch das Basisteil 8 des Gehäuses 2 an den Betätigungsstößel 20 konstruktionsmäßig angepaßt Hierfür weist das Basisteil 8 an seinen gegenüberliegenden quer zur Bewegungsrichtung des Betätigungsstößels 20 verlaufenden Stirnseiten jeweils paarweise angeordnete Öffnungen zur Durchführung der freien Enden des Betätigungsstößels 20 auf. Die Öffnungen an der einen Gehäusestimseite dienen hierbei der Durchführung der freien Enden des in der Schaltvorrichtung eingebauten Betätigungsstößels 20 während die anderen, in der gegenüberliegenden Gehäusestimseite angeordneten Öffnungen der Durchführung von freien Enden eines Betätigungsstößels einer in Huckepackmanier angebauten Schaltvorrichtung dienen, so daß eine gleichzeitige Betätigung beider Schaltvorrichtungen möglich ist. Sollten die Festkontakte 4 nicht beidseitig mit Kontaktstücken 12 versehen sein, sind diese ebenfalls gegen Festkontakte 4 mit entsprechenden Kontaktstücken auszutauschen.
Claims (11)
- Elektrische Schaltvorrichtungmit einem Gehäuse (2) mit Basis- und Deckelteil (8, 10),mit zwei innerhalb des Gehäuses (2) angeordneten elefctrischen Festkontakten (4) mit Anschlüssen für elektrische Leiter,mit einem über ein erstes Federmittel (28) im Gehäuse (2) gelagerten und axial beweglichen Betätigungsstößel (20) zur Aufnahme einer Kontaktbrücke (24), die zum Verbinden beziehungsweise Unterbrechen der elektrischen Verbindung zwischen den beiden Festkontakten (4) dient,wobei der Betätigungsstößel (20) derart ausgebildet ist, daß die Kontaktbrücke (24) in zwei unterschiedlichen, axial voneinander beabstandeten, Positionen (A, B) an dem Betätigungsstößel (20) anordenbar ist,und bei Anordnung der Kontaktbrücke (24) in der einen Position (A) eine Öffnerfunktion und bei Anordnung der Kontaktbrücke (24) in der anderen Position (B) eine Schließerfunktion gewährleistet wird,durch Drehung der Betätigungsstößelanordnung (20, 24, 26, 28) um 180° um deren Querachse Y eine entgegengesetzte Betätigungsrichtung des Betätigungsstößels (20) gewährleistet und damit die Schaltvorrichtung anstatt für die rückseitige Montage für die frontseitige Montage einsetzbar ist und umgekehrt.
- Schaltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungsstößel (20) im Längsschnitt gesehen eine Doppel-H-Form, bestehend aus zwei Längsschenkelteilen (30, 31) und zwei Querschenkelteilen (32, 33), aufweist. - Schaltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden einander gegenüberliegenden Flächen des Querschenkelteils (32) je eine Anlagefläche für die Kontaktbrücke (24) bilden. - Schaltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eines der Längsschenkelteile (30, 31) eine zwischen den Querschenkelteilen (32, 33) angeordnete Nut (34) zur Montage der Kontaktbrücke (24) aufweist. - Schaltvorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungsstößel (20) spiegelsymmetrisch, zu einer mittig zwischen den Längsschenkelteilen (30, 31) verlaufenden Ebene, ausgebildet ist. - Schaltvorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktbrücke (24) in der ersten Position (A) zwischen offenen Enden der Längsschenkelteile (30, 31) anordenbar und über das erste Federmittel (28) gegen das Gehäuse (2) abstützbar ist, und in der zweiten Position (B) zwischen den beiden Querschenkelteilen (32, 33) anordenbar und über ein weiteres Federmittel (29) gegen eines der Querschenkelteile (33) abstützbar ist - Schaltvorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Federmittel (28) Ober ein aus Isoliermaterial bestehendes Fußteil (26) zwischen den offenen Enden der Längsschenkelteile (30, 31) angeordnet ist - Schaltvorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (2) an seinen quer zur Bewegungsrichtung des Betätigungsstößels (20) verlaufenden Stirnseiten jeweils paarweise angeordnete Öffnungen zur Durchführung der offenen Enden des Betätigungsstößels (20) aufweist. - Schaltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querschenkelteile (32, 33) schiefwinklig zwischen den Längsschenkelteilen (30, 31) angeordnet sind. - Elektrisches Befehisgerät wie Druck- oder Drehschalter oder dergleichen,
gekennzeichnet durch eine Schaltvorrichtung nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche. - Leistungsschaltgeräte wie Schütze, Leistungsschalter oder dergleichen,
gekennzeichnet durch eine Schaltvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-9.
