Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif muni de composants sanitaires et/ou de cuisine, comportant un logement central pour les branchements aux différents milieux, parmi lesquels sont inclus respectivement au moins un branchement électrique (12), un branchement d'eau (15), un branchement d'eaux usées (13), un branchement d'évacuation d'air (14) et/ou d'autres branchements, une unité d'adaptation (20) étant prévue pour le logement central des différents branchements, sur laquelle peuvent être fixés un ou plusieurs composants sanitaires et/ou de cuisine, l'unité d'adaptation (20), de même que les composants sanitaires et/ou de cuisine à monter sur celle-ci étant réalisés en particulier sous forme d'éléments préfabriqués, caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'adaptation (20) est constituée par un plateau formant socle (22) et un boítier (21) en forme de caisson posé sur celui-ci, l'unité d'adaptation (20) étant munie latéralement de surfaces d'appui définies et de fiches d'assemblage ou éléments similaires, sur lesquels peuvent être montés de manière ajustée les composants sanitaires et/ou de cuisine sous forme de modules ou composants et les branchements peuvent être réalisés avec ceux-ci, l'unité d'adaptation (20) étant munie d'un tube (11), orienté verticalement vers le haut et/ou le bas, pour le logement central des différents branchements.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les composants sanitaires et/ou de cuisine sont dimensionnés de telle sorte qu'ils peuvent être livrés dans le bâtiment (50) sous forme d'éléments préfabriqués, sans être décomposés en éléments séparés.
  3.
