Abstract

La ou les parties d'habitation d'une maison d'habitation à plusieurs étages (1) est/sont construite(s) sur le site. Après édification des parties d'habitation (3, 4), on dispose à l'extérieur, sur leurs parties extérieures (57), une cellule préfabriquée (5, 6) renfermant toute l'infrastructure d'habitation, ladite cellule étant montée de façon interchangeable. La cellule est raccordée aux conduits d'amenée et d'évacuation d'eau, ainsi que d'alimentation électrique, nécessaires pour la maison. Les cellules (5, 6) sont livrées entièrement équipées et prêtes à fonctionner, avec les éléments nécessaires pour toute l'infrastructure. Ce n'est qu'après édification des parties d'habitation (3, 4) que les cellules sont montées interchangeables sur les parties extérieures (57) desdites parties d'habitation, et raccordées aux conduits d'amenée et d'évacuation. Grâce à la fabrication de la partie d'habitation sur le site, il est possible, d'une part, de choisir un type de construction adapté esthétiquement un paysageet, d'autre part, d'utiliser les matériaux de construction existant sur place. Grâce à la fabrication séparée, en dehors des parties d'habitation, de la cellule renfermant l'infrastructure, à installer (et, pour ainsi dire, à 'amarrer') à la 'carcasse' de la maison déjà édifiée, ladite cellule peut être montée de manière à devenir opérationnelle, d'une part économiquement et d'autre part selon des critères élevés de qualité, simplement dans une halle de fabrication où l'on dispose de tous les équipements techniques requis, tels qu'appareils de mesure, outils de montage, etc.
