Claims (13)
- Verriegelungsvorrichtung (18) für nebeneinander angeordnete Hubwagen (12,15) von Hubkipp- oder Kippvorrichtungen, die zum Entleeren von Müllbehältern mit unterschiedlichen Mitnahmeeinrichtungen mit Schwenkarmen (6) und Kammaufnahmen (16) ausgestattet sind, mit mindestens einem Verriegelungselement (1), welches am ersten Hubwagen (12) beweglich gelagert ist, und mit einer am zweiten Hubwagen (15) befestigten Riegelaufnahme (19), mit der das Verriegelungselement (1) in Verriegelungsstellung zusammenwirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungselement (1) zu seiner Betätigung über eine längenveränderliche Verbindungseinrichtung (30) mit dem Schwenkarm (6) des ersten Hubwagens (12) verbunden ist, wobei durch eine Fixierung der Länge der Verbindungseinrichtung (30) in einer von zwei Stellungen (a,b) eine starre Verbindung zwischen dem Verriegelungselement (1) und dem Schwenkarm geschaffen wird, so daß durch die Bewegung des Schwenkarms (6) das Verriegelungselement (1) aus seiner unverriegelten Stellung in die Verriegelungsstellung und umgekehrt bewegbar ist, und
daß durch Lösen der Fixierung und aufgrund der Längenveränderlichkeit der Verbindungseinrichtung (30) der Schwenkarm (6) bewegbar ist, ohne daß sich das Verriegelungselement (1) bewegt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungseinrichtung (30) teleskopierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungseinrichtung (30) eine Kupplungsmuffe (2) und einen in der Kupplungsmuffe (2) verschiebbar angeordneten Steuerbolzen (3) aufweist, der mittels einer Rasteinrichtung (31) in zwei Stellungen fixierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungselement (1) an der Kupplungsmuffe (2) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungselement (1) und die Kupplungsmuffe (2) einstückig ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungselement (1) über die Kupplungsmuffe (2) lösbar mit dem Steuerbolzen (3) verbunden ist und der Steuerbolzen (3) an einer Steuerstange (4) angelenkt ist, die mittels eines an dem Schwenkarm (6) befestigten Steuerhebels (5) über die Bewegung des Schwenkarms (6) den Steuerbolzen (3) und das Verriegelungselement (1) in die jeweilige Arbeitsstellung bewegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rasteinrichtung (31) ein federbelastetes Rastelement (8) und im Steuerbolzen (3) mindestens eine Ausnehmung (7a,b) zum Eingreifen des Rastelementes (8) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rastelement (8) zur formschlüssigen Verbindung der Kupplungsmuffe (2) mit dem Steuerbolzen (3) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Kupplungsmuffe (2) ein Steuerblock (9) angeordnet ist, an dem das Rastelement (8) beweglich gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rastelement (8) ein federbelasteter Schwenkhebel ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuerblock (9) über einen Stellhebel (10) mit einer Zusatzverriegelung (11) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekenzeichnet, daß die Zusatzverriegelung (11) eine Klinke (13) am ersten Hubwagen (12,15) und einen Kopfbolzen (14) am zweiten Hubwagen (12,15) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (7b) eine zwischen beiden Ausnehmungen (7a,b) angeordnete Auslaufschräge (32) aufweist.
