Claims (5)
- Fensterheber für eine Kraftfahrzeugtür, der eine Schiene (1) für die Führung eines Scheibenmitnehmers (6) für die Halterung der Scheibe (7) enthält, der mittels eines Kabels (10) betätigt werden kann, sowie Mittel für die Befestigung des Scheibenmitnehmers an der Scheibe aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
diese Mittel einen Stift (16) aufweisen, der seitlich in einer Zylinderbohrung (14) des Scheibenmitnehmers und in einer Bohrung (15) in der Scheibe gleiten kann, sowie Mittel (17, 18) vorgesehen sind, um den Stift automatisch zwischen einer ersten Ausgangsposition, in welcher er nicht in der Bohrung sitzt, und einer Einsatzposition, in welcher er in die Bohrung der Scheibe eingreift, den Scheibenmitnehmer an der Scheibe verriegelt, diesen Stift gleiten zu lassen, wobei diese Mittel (17, 18) mindestens eine Rampe (17 oder 18) aufweisen, die gegenüber diesem Stift und seiner Gleitrichtung (F) geneigt sind und dieser Stift auf der Führungsschiene (1) so angeordnet ist, dass eine Bewegung des Scheibenmitnehmers auf der Schiene eine Verschiebung des Stiftes mittels der Rampe aus seiner Ausgangsposition in seine Einsatzposition bewirkt. - Fensterheber nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Gleitmittel für den Stift (16) einen tiefgezogenen Bereich (4) der Schiene (1) aufweisen, an dessen Endabschnitten Rampen (17, 18) vorgesehen sind, welche jeweils in der oberen und der unteren Richtung der Schiene so geneigt sind, dass der Stift mittels der Verschiebung des Scheibenmitnehmers in die obere oder untere Richtung auf einer der Rampen gleiten kann. - Fensterheber nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
eine Bohrung (21) für die Einführung des Stiftes in der Schiene (1) in der Nähe der geneigten Rampe (17 oder 18) vorgesehen ist, wobei es diese Bohrung ebenfalls erlaubt, den Stift des Scheibenmitnehmers (6) herauszuziehen. - Fensterheber nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
dieser Fensterheber Mittel für die Einspannung des Stiftes (16) in dem Scheibenmitnehmer (6) in seiner Einsatzposition aufweist. - Fensterheber nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
diese Mittel für die Einspannung eine Nut (22) aufweisen, welche in den Stift (16) eingebracht ist, sowie einen ergänzenden Gussvorsprung (23) des Scheibenmitnehmers (6) oder umgekehrt enthalten, und ein Spiel (j) zwischen dem Endabschnitt des Stiftes und der Schiene (1) bei dieser Einspannung eingehalten wird.
