Claims (14)
- Federklemme zum Anschließen elektrischer Leiter, mit einem Isolierstoffgehäuse (1), in dem mindestens eine Anschlusskammer (2) vorgesehen ist, in der ein mit einem Schenkel (3A) für die Anlage des elektrischen Leiters versehenes Stromschienenstück (3) angeordnet ist, in das eine Klemmfeder (5) eingesetzt ist, die winkelförmig so gebogen ist, dass sie an dem freien Ende ihres Klemmschenkels eine Klemmkante (8) für die Verhakung mit dem in der Anschlussstellung eingesteckten elektrischen Leiter bildet, sowie mit einer Betätigungseinrichtung zum Wiederöffnen des Anschlusses, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das die Klemmkante (8) aufweisende Ende des Klemmschenkels (7) der Klemmfeder (5) eine doppelte Abkröpfung (10) mit einer ersten, von dem Schenkel (3A) fortführenden Umbiegung und einer zweiten, zu dem Schenkel (3A) hinführenden Umbiegung aufweist, wobei die erste Umbiegung und die zweite Umbiegung so gebogen sind, dass die Klemmkante (8) in der Wiederöffnungsstellung nicht mehr auf den Schenkel (3A) gerichtet ist.
- Federklemme nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die doppelte Abkröpfung (10) einen die Klemmkante (8) aufweisenden Endabschnitt (11) bildet, der sich in der Wiederöffnungsstellung zumindest parallel zu dem Schenkel (3A) erstreckt.
- Federklemme nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem freien Ende des Klemmschenkels (7) der Klemmfeder (5) eine Betätigungslasche (15) vorgesehen ist, deren Betätigungszone (16) sich, gesehen vom Drehpunkt des Klemmschenkels (7) aus, mindestens bis zu der Klemmkante (8) des Endabschnittes (11) erstreckt.
- Federklemme nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungslasche (15) durch einen Schlitz (14) im freien Ende der Klemmfeder (5) gebildet ist und sie im Verhältnis zum Endabschnitt (11) mit der Klemmkante (8) weiter in Richtung von dem Schenkel (3A) fortgebogen ist.
- Federklemme nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federklemme front- und/oder rückseitig in Höhenlage der Betätigungslasche (15) Zugangsöffnungen für ein Betätigungswerkzeug aufweist.
- Federklemme nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmfeder (5) einen Abstützschenkel (9) aufweist, der sich an einem Abschnitt (3b) eines Stromschienenstückes (3) abstützt und der in seinem hinteren Bereich eine Abkröpfung (12) aufweist, die eine Freimachung (13) gegenüber dem Stromschienenabschnitt (3b) bildet.
- Federklemme nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmfeder (5) sich selbst haltend in einem Stromschienenstück (3) mit U-förmigem Querschnitt angeordnet ist, wobei sich der Abstützschenkel (9) der Klemmfeder (5) an dem unteren Schenkel (3b) des Stromschienenstückes (3) abstützt, während der Klemmschenkel (7) den elektrischen Leiter (6) gegen den oberen Schenkel (3a) des Stromschienenstückes (3) klemmt.
- Federklemme nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Schenkel (3a) des Stromschienenstückes (3) an dem der Leitereinführungsöffnung zugewandten Ende eine Leitereinführungsphase (17) aufweist.
- Federklemme nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auch in der vorgelagerten Einführungsöffnung (20) im Isolierstoffgehäuse (1) der Federklemme eine Leitereinführungsphase (21) vorgesehen ist.
- Federklemme nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Federklemme ein auf die Betätigungszone (16) der Betätigungslasche (15) wirkendes Betätigungselement (18, 22, 24) gelagert ist.
- Federklemme nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungselement ein Exzenterhebel (18) ist, dessen Drehachse (19) im wesentlichen senkrecht oberhalb der Klemmstelle für den elektrischen Leiter (6) angeordnet ist.
- Federklemme nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Betätigungselement ein Schwenkhebel (22, 24) vorgesehen ist, dessen Drehachse (23) in etwa in der Verlängerung der Klemmfeder (7) in ihrer Offenstellung liegt.
- Federklemme nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Federklemme Schwenkhebel (22 und 24) mit im Verhältnis zueinander um ca. 90° gedrehten Betätigungsbereichen bei im übrigen gleicher Drehachsenlage und gleicher Ablaufgeometrie vorgesehen sind.
- Federklemme nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in der Federklemme gelagerten Betätigungselemente (18, 22, 24) einen Betätigungsanschlag (25) als Überlastschutz für die Klemmfeder (7) aufweisen.
