Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum Spannen von Werkstücken,
bei dem in einem vorbereitenden Arbeitsschritt an den Werkstücken (1) Verformungen (18) angebracht werden, die lediglich als Kupplungselemente beim Spannen mit einer entsprechenden Spannvorrichtung dienen, sonst aber keine Funktion haben, und
bei dem die Werkstücke (1) dann mit Spannbacken (2, 3), die zum reibschlüssigen Halten an ihren Spannbacken (2, 3) Anlageflächen (6) aufweisen und die zur formschlüssigen Positionierung und Lagesicherung zu den Verformungen (18) komplementäre Formschlusselemente (6) aufweisen, gemischt reib- und formschlüssig gespannt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verformungen in einem spanlosen Bearbeitungsschritt ausgebildet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Spannen ein schmaler streifenförmiger Bereich des Werkstücks verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anlageflächen plan oder gewölbt sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Formschlusselemente konkav oder konvex ausgebildete Flächenbereiche verwendet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Formschlusselemente jede Bewegung des Werkstücks in jeder parallel zu einer Anlagefläche orientierten Richtung verhindert oder gesperrt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Werkstück durch die Formschlusselemente positioniert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formschlusselemente nach Beendigung der Bearbeitung beseitigt werden.
- Spanneinrichtung zur Ausführung des Verfahrens gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
mit wenigstens zwei Spannbacken (2, 3), die eine jeweils Anlagefläche (6) mit mehreren darauf regelmäßig angeordneten Formschlusselementen (11) aufweisen, die zu den vorgeformten Kupplungselementen (18) des Werkstücks (1) komplementär ausgebildet sind,
wobei die Spannelemente (2, 3), die die Anlageflächen (6) aufweisen, an einer Halteeinrichtung befestigt sind, mit der der Abstand zwischen den Anlageflächen (6) verstellbar ist. - Spanneinrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formschlusselemente (11) auf der Anlagefläche (6) angeordnete Vorsprünge oder Vertiefungen sind.
- Spanneinrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formschlusselemente (11) unmittelbar an eine Kante (12) der Anlagefläche (6) angrenzend angeordnet sind.
