Claims (10)
- Aufschneidemaschine, zum Aufschneiden von Lebensmittel, insbesondere von Wurst-, Fleisch- oder Käseriegeln, wobei das Lebensmittel auf einer Produktauflage aufliegt und ein rotierend angetriebenes Schneidmesser am vorderen Ende des Lebensmittels, Lebensmittelscheiben abtrennt, wobei sich das Schneidmesser während des Abtrennens der Lebensmittelscheibe in einer Schneidebene befindet, das Schneidmesser (4) gegenüber der Produktauflage (3) und parallel zur Rotationsachse des Schneidmessers beweglich gelagert ist, und eine Vorrichtung vorgesehen ist, die bewirkt, dass der Abstand zwischen dem Schneidmesser und dem vorderen Ende des Lebensmittels veränderbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schneidmesser (4) und die Vorrichtung (5, 54) jeweils einen eignen Antrieb aufweisen und die Vorrichtung einen ersten Teil (40, 45) und eine relativ zum ersten Teil und parallel zur Rotationsachse verschiebliche Messeraufnahme (44) umfasst.
- Aufschneidemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schneidmesser (4) planetenartig umlaufend ausgebildet ist.
- Aufschneidemaschine nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schneidmesser (4) als rotationssymetrische Messerscheibe ausgebildet ist.
- Aufschneidemaschine nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schneidmesser (4) als Spiralmesser (43) oder Sichelmesser ausgebildet ist.
- Aufschneidemaschine nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung (5) als Umschaltvorrichtung (54) ausgebildet ist, die einen axialen Versatz (55) des Messers (4) zwischen zwei kraft-beaufschlagbaren Endstellungen bewirkt.
- Aufschneidemaschine nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (5) bzw. Umschaltvorrichtung (54) in dem Zeitsegment angesteuert wird, in dem das Messer (4) nicht in das Lebensmittel (2) eingreift.
- Aufschneidemaschine nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Teil (40) feststehend ist.
- Aufschneidemaschine nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet ,dass die Vorrichtung einen Linerarantrieb aufweist.
- Aufschneidemaschine nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb ein hydraulisch oder pneumatisch beaufschlagbarer Arbeitszylinder oder ein elektrischer oder elektromagnetischer Antrieb ist.
- Aufschneidemaschine nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, Vorrichtung (5, 54) in der Aktivzeit des Schneidmessers durch ein Schaltelement (6) vorschaltbar ist und während der Passivzeit (W) des Schneidmessers (4) zwischen den Endstellungen umschaltet.
