Claims (10)
- Rohrmühle mit einem drehbar gelagerten Mühlenrohr (10) mit einem Mahlgutaufgabeende und einem Mahlgutaustragsende, das von einem Gutausfallgehäuse zum Austrag des gemahlenen Gutes sowie ggf. des Mühlengases umhaust ist, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:das Gutausfallgehäuse besteht aus zwei beabstandeten feststehenden nicht rotierenden Seiten-Stirnwänden (18,19), zwischen denen ein drehbar gelagerter in Drehung versetzbarer Materialförderring (20) angeordnet ist;im Zwischenraum zwischen der wenigstens einen Mahlgutaustragsöffnung (17) des Mühlenrohres (10) und dem drehbar gelagerten Materialförderring (20) ist zwischen den beiden feststehenden Gutausfallgehäuse-Seiten-Stirnwänden (18, 19) ein Sichtraum (23) integriert mit Sichtlufteintrittsöffnung (24), Sichtluft- und Sichterfeingut-Austragsöffnung (26) sowie Sichtergrobgutaustragsöffnung in wenigstens einer der beiden Seiten-Stirnwände.
- Rohrmühle nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der drehbar gelagerte Materialförderring (20), dessen Innenwandung ggf. mit Hubelementen versehen ist, mit ca. 40 bis 80 % der kritischen Drehzahl rotiert, d. h. daß der Materialförderring wenigstens einen Teil des Mühlenaustragsgutes bis vor bzw. nach dem oberen Scheitelpunkt des Ringes (20) mitnimmt und dieses Gutmaterial von oben in den integrierten Sichtraum (23) fallen läßt, oder bei überkritischer Drehzahl das Gutmaterial mittels Abstreifer von der Ringinnenwandung abgestreift wird. - Rohrmühle nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zufuhr des Mühlenaustragsgutes zum Sichtraum zum Teil durch den rotierenden Materialförderring (20) (Grobgut) und zum Teil durch die Mühlenluft und/oder Sichtluft (Feingut) erfolgt. - Rohrmühle nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rotation des Materialförderringes (20) über dessen zylindrischen Mantel durch eine oder mehrere angetriebene Lagerrollen (22) erfolgt. - Rohrmühle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Sichtraum (23) des Gutausfallgehäuses mit dem drehbar gelagerten Materialförderring (20) wenigstens ein Stabkorb (31) eines dynamischen Sichters angeordnet ist, wobei die Stabkorbachse parallel oder geneigt zur Mühlenrohrachse liegt. - Rohrmühle nach den Ansprüchen 3 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Gutausfallgehäuse auf dem Strömungsweg von der wenigstens einen Mahlgutaustragsöffnung (17) der Rohrmühle zum Sichter, insbesondere Stabkorbsichter (31), leitblechartige Einbauten (34) zur Führung des Sichtluft-Mahlfeingut-Stromes (35) angeordnet sind. - Rohrmühle nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das an der Peripherie des rotierenden Stabkorbs (31) des integrierten Stabkorbsichters gesammelte Sichtergrobgut über ein Förderorgan (33), insbesondere eine Grieße-Luftförderrinne, zum Mahlguteintrag der Rohrmühle rezirkuliert wird. - Rohrmühle nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebsstück des Stabkorbs (31) des integrierten Stabkorbsichters durch die eine Gutausfallgehäuse-Seiten-Stirnwand (19) nach außen zu ihrem Antrieb (32) herausgeführt ist, während die andere Gutausfallgehäuse-Seiten-Stirnwand (18) eine Öffnung (26) aufweist, die dem antriebsseitigen Stabkorbende gegenüberliegt und von der eine Leitung (27) zum Abzug der mit Sichteifeingut beladenen Sichtluft abgeht, die zu einem Abscheider (28) zur Abtrennung des Feingutes (29) von der Sichtluft (30) führt. - Rohrmühle, die eine Zweikammer-Rohrmühle ist mit Mittenaustrag, bei dem im mittleren Längsbereich der Zweikammermühle das die Mahlgutaustragsöffnungen (17) der beiden Mahlkammern (26, 27) umhausende Gutausfallgehäuse angeordnet ist, gekennzeichnet durch die in Anspruch 1 angegebenen Merkmale.
- Rohrmühle nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Sichtraum des Gutausfallgehäuses der Zweikammermühle wenigstens ein Sichterstabkorb (31 a) angeordnet ist, an dessen beiden Rotorenden in Zwillingsausführung je ein mit Sichterfeingut beladener Sichtluftstrom (27 a, 27 b) abgezogen wird, wobei das an der Peripherie der beiden Stabkorbhälften gesammelte Sichtergrobgut einesteils zum Mahlguteintrag der einen Mahlkammer (36) und anderenteils zum Mahlguteintrag der anderen Mahlkammer (37) rezirkuliert wird.
