Claims (10)
- Kreislaufmahleinrichtung zur Druckzerkleinerung körnigen Gutmateriales innerhalb eines drehbar gelagerten Materialförderringes (16), in dem wenigstens eine Mahlwalze (10) und gegebenenfalls wenigstens ein Sichter (19) integriert sind, mit wenigstens einem Gutmaterialeinlauf (23a, 23b) und einem Gutmaterialaustrag und mit wenigstens einem Gaseintritt und einem Gasabzug und mit einer im oberen Bereich des Materialförderringes angeordneten Materialabstreifvorrichtung für einen internen Gutmaterialumlauf,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Materialabstreifvorrichtung wenigstens ein im Bereich des oberen Scheitelpunktes des rotierenden Materialförderringes (16) gegen das Gutmaterial (30) andrückbares Rad (33, 33a, 33c) aufweist, das vom Materialförderring (16) über das Gutmaterial (30) angetrieben und gegenüber diesem in seiner Umfangsgeschwindigkeit reduzierbar ist. - Kreislaufmahleinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mitdrehende Rad als Bremsrad (33) ausgebildet ist, dessen Position (31) und Drehzahl so eingestellt und gesteuert sind, dass die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit v1 des Gutmaterials (30) des Materialförderringes (16) so weit verzögert ist, dass das abzustreifende Gutmaterial durch Schwerkrafteinwirkung in eine gewünschte Gutabwurfparabel (32) umgelenkt wird. - Kreislaufmahleinrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bremsrad wie eine Haspel (33) ausgebildet ist mit Welle (34), Nabe und mit am Haspelumfang etwa radial angeordneten Bremsleisten (35) bzw. Schaufeln, die den abgebremsten Gutmaterialstrom weg von dem Materialförderring (16) in die Gutabwurfparabel (32) lenken. - Kreislaufmahleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Materialförderring (16) als Druckzerkleinerungsorgan eine Hochdruck-Zweiwalzenmühle (10, 11) und unterhalb deren Walzenspalt der gegebenenfalls vorhandene Sichter (19) integriert sind, und dass das den rezirkulierten Materialstrom abbremsende Rad (33) so positioniert ist, dass die von diesem initiierte Gutabwurfparabel (32) in den Aufgabeschacht der Zweiwalzenmühle und/oder des Sichters trifft. - Kreislaufmahleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der drehbar gelagerte Materialförderring (16) als Mahlring einer Ringwalzenmühle ausgebildet ist, wobei an die Mahlringinnenwandung bzw. Mahlbahn eine Walze andrückbar ist, und dass im Bereich des oberen Scheitelpunktes des Materialförderringes das Bremsrad angeordnet ist, welches das rezirkulierte Gutmaterial in die Gutabwurfparabel (32) und in den gegebenenfalls integrierten Sichter abwirft. - Kreislaufmahleinrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die etwa radialen Bremsleisten (35) des als Haspel (33) ausgebildeten Bremsrades hinsichtlich ihrer radialen Position und/oder axialen Winkelposition zu jeweils einer Materialförderring-Mantellinie einstellbar und steuerbar sind. - Kreislaufmahleinrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bremsrad als hydrodynamische Bremse und/oder als Wirbelstrombremseinrichtung ausgebildet ist. - Kreislaufmahleinrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bremsrad (33) mit einem Generator (36) gekoppelt oder als ein als Generator geschalteter Elektromotor ausbildet ist. - Kreislaufmahleinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das in seiner Höhenlage verstellbare Rad (33a, 33c) in einem Gestell (37) gelagert ist, das über ein Parallelogrammgestänge (38) am Maschinenrahmen angelenkt ist. - Kreislaufmahleinrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das verstellbare mitdrehende Rad als eine auf dem Gutmaterialbett (30) des Materialförderringes (16) laufende Tastrolle (33a) ausgebildet ist, welche die Höhenlage einer benachbarten Gutabstreiferleiste (33b) führt, wobei die Tastrolle vor der Gutabstreiferleiste läuft.
