Claims (5)
- Dispositif de fermeture du bord arrière d'une porte coulissante (10) latérale de véhicule comprenant :un tenon (20) protubérant de la tranche arrière de la porte (10),une pièce (32) montée mobile en rotation dans la paroi latérale (12,12b) proche du cadre (16) de porte autour d'un axe parallèle mais décalé par rapport à celui du tenon (20) lorsque la porte est en position de fermeture, cette pièce portant, proche du tenon, un doigt (30) sensiblement perpendiculaire à cet axe de rotation,des moyens électromécaniques (40-70) aptes à entraíner la pièce (32) en une rotation à partir d'une position de repos dans laquelle le doigt (30) se situe hors du trajet de déplacement du tenon (20), de telle sorte que, dans le premier sens du déplacement, le doigt (30) vient accrocher le tenon (20) pour tirer la porte (10) dans son cadre (16), puis dans le sens inverse du déplacement, le doigt (30) revient en position de repos,
ou inversement, d'une part le tenon (20) protubérant du cadre (16), d'autre part la pièce rotative (32) muni du doigt (30) et les moyens électromécaniques (40-70) appartenant à la porte (10),ainsi que des moyens de détection de l'arrivée de la porte proche du cadre, ces moyens de détection déclenchant un cycle des moyens d'entraínement électromécaniques (40-70), caractérisé en ce que la pièce rotative est un axe (32) monté dans un ou plusieurs supports (36) contre la paroi latérale arrière (12,12b) du véhicule, respectivement paroi arrière de la porte, dont l'extrémité émergeant dans le cadre porte le doigt (30), et dont l'autre extrémité porte un bras oscillant (40) perpendiculaire à cet axe (32), les moyens d'entraínement électromécanique (50-70) appliquant pendant le cycle à l'extrémité de ce bras oscillant un déplacement alternatif sensiblement en translation. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'entraínement sensiblement en translation de l'extrémité du bras oscillant (40) comprennent une bielle (50) reliée d'une part à cette extrémité de bras oscillant, et d'autre part, à l'une des extrémités d'un bras rotatif (60) dont l'autre extrémité est solidaire de l'arbre de sortie d'un motoréducteur (70) couplé au moyen de détection de l'arrivée de la porte.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le bras oscillant (40) présente une pluralité de points d'accrochage (42) de la bielle (50).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le bras rotatif (60) présente une pluralité de points d'accrochage (62) de l'articulation de la bielle (50).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la bielle (50) est constituée d'un amortisseur télescopique à gaz et/ou à ressort.
