Claims (7)
- Handhabungseinrichtung zum Bewegen von blattartigen Gegenständen auf einem geradlinigen, begrenzten Handhabungsweg, insbesondere Kuvertiereinrichtung zum Einschub von Einlagen (10) in Kuverts (11), mit einer gestellfest oberhalb einer horizontalen Basisplatte (1) gelagerten Lenkeranordnung (5), die von einer Antriebseinrichtung (12, 13, 14) zur Erzeugung von Schwenkbewegungen des unteren Teils der Lenkeranordnung etwa in Richtung des Handhabungsweges verschwenkbar ist, und mit am unteren Teil der Lenkeranordnung (5) schwenkbaren, von Federmitteln (32) nach abwärts vorgespannten Fingern (2, 3), deren äußere Enden (2) während eines Arbeitshubes auf der Basisplatte aufliegen und während des Rückhubes von der Basis gemeinsam mittels einer Leitkulissenanordnung (34, 35) abgehoben werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lenkeranordnung (5) zwei gestellfest oberhalb der Basisplatte (1) gelagerte Lenkerarme (6, 7) unterschiedlicher Länge und eine an deren unteren Enden über Gelenke angeschlossene Lenkerhand (4) aufweist, an deren über ihre Anlenkstelle für den längeren der Lenkerarme (6, 7) hinausstehenden freien Abschnitt die Finger (2, 3) angelenkt sind, und daß die Längen des längeren Lenkerarms (6), des kürzeren Lenkerarms (7) und des Abstandes der Gelenke an der Lenkerhand (4) so bemessen sind, daß die Anlenkstelle der Finger (2, 3) an dem freien Abschnitt der Lenkerhand (4) mindestens auf einem wesentlichen Teil des Arbeitshubes etwa horizontal über die Basisplatte (19) bewegt wird.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinrichtung (13, 14) über ein von einer Kurbel (14) betätigtes Antriebsgestänge (13) an einem im Winkel vom gelenknahen oberen Ende eines der Lenkerarme (6, 7) abstehenden Winkelschenkel (12) angreift.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die insbesondere rillenförmigen Bahnen der Finger (2) auf der Basisplatte (1) einen quer verlaufenden Schlitz (36) in der Basisplatte für den Durchtritt von Förderfingem (37) einer quer unter der Basisplatte durchverlaufenden Förderkette (38) für die zu fördernden Gegenstände bzw. für zu fördernde Gegenstände kreuzen.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Förderband oder eine Förderkette (15) für die zu fördernden Gegenstände (10) auf der von den Fingern (2, 3) abgewandten Seite der Handhabungseinrichtung in Richtung der Handhabung fördernd an die Handhabungseinrichtung herangeführt ist, wobei der Weg von Förderfingern (16) dieses Förderbandes bzw. dieser Förderkette im Anfangsabschnitt des Arbeitshubes der Lenkeranordnung zwischen den Wegen der Finger (2, 3) der Handhabungseinrichtung verläuft.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fördergeschwindigkeit des Förderbandes oder der Förderkette (15) auf die Geschwindigkeit der Lenkeranordnung (5) der Handhabungseinrichtung so abgestimmt ist, daß im Anfangsabschnitt des Arbeitshubes die Finger (2, 3) sich von hinten an den hinteren Rand der von den Förderfingern (16) vorwärts geschobenen, zu handhabenden Gegenstände anlegen und dann unter Überholung der Förderfinger vorwärtsschieben, die dann jeweils bei Fortschritt des Förderbandes bzw. der Förderkette (16) unter das Niveau der Basisplatte (1) absinken.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Förderband bzw. die Förderkette kontinuierlich antreibbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Finger (2, 3) auf einer gemeinsamen Welle (31) mit geringem Drehspiel (s), das von Vorspannmitteln (33) zwischen Finger und Welle belastet ist, befestigt sind, und daß die Welle (31) in Lagern der Lenkerhand (4) innerhalb eines bestimmten Schwenkbereichs (S) drehbar gehalten ist, wobei dieser Schwenkbereich durch weitere Spannmittel (32) zwischen Welle und Lenkerhand belastet ist.
