Description
Claims (14)
- Einrichtung (5;6) zum Verriegeln der Endlagen von beweglichen Weichenteilen (2,3), insbesondere Weichenverschluß, bei welcher zwei relativ zueinander axial verschiebliche Teile (13,19;36,40) in eine in wenigstens einer Bewegungsrichtung kraftschlüssig miteinander gekuppelten Lage verschiebbar sind, wobei die relativ zueinander verschieblichen Teile von einem Rohr (19;40) und einer im Rohr geführten Stange (13;36) gebildet sind und zumindest teilweise in einem ortsfesten Außenrohr (8) angeordnet sind, wobei von Kugeln (17,18;39) gebildete Verriegelungsglieder mit den zueinander axial verschieblichen Teilen (13,19;36,40) und dem Außenrohr (8) zusammenwirken und in radialer Richtung in eine Verriegelungslage in eine Ausnehmung (27) bzw. Innenringnut (53) des Außenrohres (8) verschiebbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kugeln (17,18;39) von einem aufweitbaren Ring oder einem aus Segmenten (22,23;51) bestehenden Ring umgriffen sind, daß die Segmente (22,23;51) bzw. der Ring federnd in einer Position mit einem Außendurchmesser gehalten sind bzw. ist, welcher kleiner oder gleich dem Außendurchmesser des im Außenrohr (8) geführten axial verschieblichen Rohres (19;40) ist, und in eine Umfangsnut dieses Rohres (19;40) eintauchen bzw. eintaucht und daß die Kugeln (17,18;39) in Durchbrechungen (20,21) des Rohres (19;40) zwischen der Stange (13) und dem Ring angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringsegmente (22,23;51) zur axialen Verschieberichtung normale oder unter einem spitzen Winkel geneigt verlaufende Stirnflächen aufweisen, welche in der Verriegelungslage mit den Anschlägen (26) des Außenrohres (8) zusammenwirken.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder der Ringsegmente (22,23;51) von in Umfangsrichtung verlaufenden Federn (24,25;52) bzw. einem Federband gebildet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Änsprüche 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stange (13) in ihrem Endbereich zwei auf geringeren Durchmesser (14,15) abgesetzte axiale Bereiche und einen dazwischen liegenden axialen Bereich (16) mit vollem Durchmesser aufweist, dessen axiale Länge geringer ist als der Abstand zweier in axialer Richtung des Rohres benachbarter Kugeln (17, 18).
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes jeweils mit einer Weichenzunge verbundene axial verschiebliche Rohr in axialer Richtung versetzte Durchbrechungen in einem axialen Abstand l1 aufweist und daß das Außenrohr (8) wenigstens zwei auf einem den Durchmesser des Innenrohres übersteigenden Radius liegende zueinander entgegengesetzt angeordnete Anschläge in einem axialen Abstand l2 > l1 aufweist, wobei der Abstand l2 vermindert um den Abstand l1 dem axialen Verschiebeweg zwischen anliegender und abliegender Endlage einer Zunge entspricht.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in die Rohre eintauchende verschiebliche Stange (13;36) über ihre axiale Länge durchgehend ausgebildet ist und in einem mittleren Bereich mit einer Antriebsvorrichtung, insbesondere einem Kolben (10) verbunden ist, welcher in einem als Zylinder (9) eines doppeltwirkenden Zylinderkolbenaggregates ausgebildeten Außenrohr durch Fluid axial verschiebbar antreibbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Außenrohr (8) an jeweils einer Seite des Zylinders (9) zwischen der dem Zylinder (9) benachbarten Ausnehmung für die Verriegelung einer Endlage der Zungen und der zweiten Ausnehmung für die Verriegelung der entgegengesetzten Endlage der Zungen eine weitere ringförmige Ausnehmung (34) mit einer lichten Weite aufweist, welche geringer ist als die lichte Weite der Verriegelungsausnehmungen für die Endlagensicherung.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer Endlage der Zungen (2,3) der Abstand (13) der dem Zylinder (9) zugewandten Kugeln (18) auf geringerem Durchmesser der Stange und dem von dem axialen Bereich mit vollen Durchmesser gebildeten Anschlag (30) größer ist als der Abstand (14) der außenliegenden Kugeln (17) des dem Zylinder (9) gegenüberliegenden Teiles der Stange (13) von dem diesen Kugeln benachbarten, durch den axialen Bereich mit vollem Durchmesser gebildeten Anschlag (29) gewählt ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer Endlage der Stange (13) der axiale Abstand (l5) der auf vollem Querschnitt aufliegenden Kugeln (17) in ihrer Verriegelungslage zum endseitigen abgesetzten Bereich (14) der Stange (13) größer ist als der Abstand (l6) der am gegenüberliegenden Ende der Stange (13) am vollen Querschnitt anliegenden axial innenliegenden Kugeln (18) von dem durch den vollen Querschnitt der Stange (13) gebildeten innenliegenden Anschlag.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die axiale Breite der außenliegenden Verriegelungsnuten (53) des Außenrohres (8) größer ist als die axiale Breite des aus Segmenten (22,51) bestehenden Ringes.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an oder nahe der (den) von der Kolbenstange (13) durchsetzten Stirnflächen des Zylinders (9) Näherungssensoren (35) oder vom Verschiebeweg abhängige Schalter angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung, umfassend eine Mehrzahl von in Schienenlängsrichtung in Abstand voneinander angreifenden Einrichtungen (5,6) zum Verriegeln der Endlagen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine Einrichtung (6) entgegen der Kraft einer Feder verschiebbare Verriegelungsglieder aufweist, welche nach einem vorbestimmten Verschiebeweg in axialer Richtung unter Kompression der Feder in radialer Richtung auswärts verlagerbar sind und den weiteren Verschiebeweg der Stange (36) freigeben und daß die Fluidräume der Zylinderkolbenaggregate benachbarter Einrichtung miteinander zu gleichsinniger Verschiebung der Kolben verbunden sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federn als die Kolbenstange (36) konzentrisch umgebende Schraubenfedern (44) ausgebildet sind, welche zwischen den Stirnwänden des Zylinderkolbenaggregates (9) und jeweils einem im Außenrohr gegen einen Anschlag des Außenrohres verschieblichen Federteller (43) abgestützt sind, wobei der im Außenrohr (8) verschiebliche Federteller (43) über seinen Umfang verteilt in radialen Durchbrechungen des Federtellers (43) radial verschiebliche Kugeln (42) trägt.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit axial wirkenden Federn (44) zusammenwirkende Stange (36) an ihren endseitigen Stirnflächen einen Kopf (38) mit den Durchmesser der Stangen übersteigendem Durchmesser tragen, welcher mit axial außenliegenden Anschlägen (49) des Rohres (40) zusammenwirkt.
