Abstract

Ein Doppelsiebformer zum Bilden einer Papierbahn hat zwei endlose Siebbänder (Untersieb 11 und Obersieb 12), die miteinander eine Doppelsiebzone bilden. Das Obersieb läuft über eine Einlaufwalze 16, wobei die Siebe eine keilförmige Einlaufzone mit einem Keilwinkel (k) bilden, sowie über eine Auslaufwalze 17, die das Obersieb zurück in Richtung zur Einlaufwalze führt. Zwischen den Walzen 16, 17 befindet sich ein Entwässerungskasten 19. Eine für den Entwässerungskasten und für die Walzen gemeinsame Trageinrichtung 22 ist mittels einer Hubeinrichtung 23 um eine Betriebs-Schwenkachse 24 derart schwenkbar, daß der Keilwinkel (k) während des Formerbetriebes variierbar ist. Die Hubeinrichtung 23, welche im Bereich der Einlaufwalze 16 an der Trageinrichtung 22 angreift, ist die einzige Hubeinrichtung, um sowohl den genannten Keilwinkel (k) zu variieren als auch die Obersieb-Baugruppe 20 vom Untersieb 11 abzuheben. Hierzu ist eine zusätzliche und im Bereich der Auslaufwalze 17 angeordnete Schwenkachse 25 vorgesehen.
