Abstract
Description
Es zeigen:
- Figur 1
- eine perspektivische Darstellung einer aus vier Modulen einschließlich eines Überwachungsmoduls ausgestattete Druckluftwartungseinheit als Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung,
- Figur 2
- eine Querschnittsdarstellung durch die vier aneinandergereihten Modulgehäuse der in Figur 1 dargestellten Durckluftwartungseinheit, wobei jeweils in separaten Gehäusen angeordnete Busteilnehmerstationen angesteckt sind, die durch eine Busleitungsleiste verbunden sind,
- Figur 3
- eine schematische Blockdarstellung einer aus vier Modulen aufgebauten Druckluftwartungseinheit und
- Figur 4
- ein mit verschiedenen Ausrüstelementen verbindbares Überwachungsmodul.
Claims (15)
- Druckluftwartungseinheit, die aus mehreren in beliebiger Reihenfolge aneinander befestigbaren, mit Modulgehäusen versehenen Modulen, wie Druckregler, Filter, Öler oder dergleichen besteht, wobei eines dieser Module als Überwachungsmodul für die anderen Module ausgebildet und elektrisch mit diesen verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine die Module (10 bis 14) miteinander verbindende Busleitung (41) eines Bussystems vorgesehen ist, und daß das auch Steuerfunktionen ausführende Überwachungsmodul (10) mit einer Zentraleinheit (40) des Bussystems und die übrigen Module (11 bis 14) mit je einer Busteilnehmerstation (39) versehen sind, wobei jeweils in oder an einem Modul (11 bis 14) vorhandene Sensoren (50, 52, 54, 56) und/oder Aktoren (20, 51, 53, 55, 57) und die zugeordnete Busteilnehmerstation (39) angeschlossen sind.
- Druckluftwartungseinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zentraleinheit (40) und/oder die Busteilnehmerstationen (39) in separaten Gehäusen (35 bis 38) angeordnet und diese an den Modulgehäusen (15 bis 18) der Module (10 bis 14) ansteckbar oder auf andere Weise so befestigbar sind, daß eine Reihenanordnung gebildet wird.
- Druckluftwartungseinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Module (10 bis 14) einschließlich des Überwachungsmoduls (10) mit elektrischen Steckeinrichtungen (45) zum Einstecken der dadurch die Busteilnehmerstationen (39) aller Module (11 bis 14) und die Zentraleinheit (40) miteinander verbindenden und mit entsprechenden Gegensteckeinrichtungen (44) versehenen Busleitung (41) ausgestattet sind, wobei die Busleitung (41) insbesondere als Busleitungsstrang oder Busleitungsleiste (42) ausgebildet ist.
- Druckluftwartungseinheit nach Anspruch 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die separaten Gehäuse (35 bis 38) wenigstens der Busteilnehmerstationen (39) mit den elektrischen Steckeinrichtungen (45) zum Einstecken der Busleitung (41) versehen sind.
- Druckluftwartungseinheit nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die separaten Gehäuse (35 bis 38) weiterhin mit zusätzlichen elektrischen Steckeinrichtungen (63) für Steckverbindungen mit Aktoren und/oder Sensoren des jeweiligen Moduls versehen sind.
- Druckluftwartungseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die als Busleitungsleiste (42) ausgebildete Busleitung (41) aus einzelnen Leistenelementen (43) besteht, von denen jedes die Steckeinrichtungen (45) zweier benachbarter Module (11 bis 14) miteinander verbindet und jede Steckeinrichtung (45) zur Aufnahme von zwei Gegensteckeinrichtungen (44) zweier aneinandergereihter Leistenelemente (43) ausgebildet ist.
- Druckluftwartungseinheit nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leistenelemente (43) in eingestecktem Zustand miteinander verzahnt sind.
- Druckluftwartungseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Modulgehäuse (15 bis 18) wenigstens der mit Busteilnehmerstationen (39) versehenen Module (11 bis 14) jeweils an zwei gegenüberliegenden, an die gegenseitigen Befestigungsseiten angrenzenden Seiten zur Befestigung und/oder Aufnahme von für die jeweiligen Modulfunktionen erforderlichen Bauteile (20, 27, 29) und/oder von Abdeckelementen (21) ausgebildet sind.
- Druckluftwartungseinheit nach Anspruch 5 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die für die jeweiligen Modulfunktionen erforderlichen Bauteile (20, 27, 29) wenigstens teilweise mit elektrischen Gegensteckeinrichtungen (62) versehen sind, die mit Aktoren und/oder Sensoren dieses jeweiligen Bauteils verbunden sind, wobei beim Anbringen dieses Bauteils an ein Modulgehäuse (15 bis 18) die Gegensteckeinrichtung (62) eine Steckverbindung mit der zusätzlichen Steckeinrichtung (63) des am Modulgehäuse angebrachten separaten Gehäuses (35 bis 38) herstellt.
- Druckluftwartungseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Ventil (20, 51, 55) und/oder wenigstens eine Heizeinrichtung (53, 57) und/oder wenigstens ein steuerbarer Druck- oder Durchflußregler als Aktor vorgesehen ist.
- Druckluftwartungseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Überwachungsmodul (10) eine Anschlußvorrichtung (62) und eine entsprechende Schnittstelle (60) zum Anschluß der Zentraleinheit (40) an ein externes Bussystem besitzt.
- Druckluftwartungseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Überwachungsmodul (10) mit Anzeige- und Bedienungselementen (24, 25) versehen ist.
- Druckluftwartungseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Überwachungsmodul (10) eine Diagnose- und Bedienungsschnittstelle (59) zum Anschluß eines zu einer räumlich entfernt angeordneten Anzeige- und Bedienungsvorrichtung (23) führenden Kabels (66) aufweist.
- Druckluftwartungseinheit nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein an einem Steck- oder Montageplatz (64) des Überwachungsmoduls (10) anbringbares, insbesondere an- oder einsteckbares Ausrüstelement vorgesehen ist, das als mit den Anzeige- und Bedienungselementen (24, 25) ausgestattetes Ausrüstelement (23) und/oder als mit der Diagnose- und Bedienungsschnittstelle (59) ausgestattetes Ausrüstelement (65) ausgebildet ist.
- Druckluftwartungseinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bussystem ein serielles Bussystem ist.
