Claims (17)
- Notvorrichtung, die beim Riß einer Papierbahn in einer sich im Betriebszustand befindenden rotierenden Druckmaschine aktiviert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie in der Nähe einer die bereits gedruckten Papierbahn (22) führenden Walze (26), einen Abwickler (14), um welchen herum eine Vorratspapierbahn (21) umgewickelt ist, und Mittel (24, 33, 16) zur Verbindung der besagten Vorratspapierbahn (22) mit der bereits gedruckten Papierbahn (21) aufweist, um deren Durchgang (38) in einem nach dem besagten Abwickler (14) liegenden Maschinenteil zu erhalten.
- Notvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abwickler (14) gegenüber der gedruckten Papierbahn (22) derart positioniert ist, daß die Vorratspapierbahn (21) und die gedruckte Papierbahn (22) gegebenenfalls gegeneinander abgestützt werden können.
- Notvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abwickler (14) in einem schwenkbaren Halter (16) montiert ist.
- Notvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ein Positionierungselement (24) beinhaltet, das zur Abstützung der Vorratspapierbahn (21) an die gedruckte Papierbahn (22) dient.
- Notvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Positionietungselement (24) ein mit einem Druckmedium gesteuerter Zylinder ist.
- Notvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zylinder (24) pneumatisch gesteuert wird.
- Notvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zylinder (24) hydraulisch gesteuert wird.
- Notvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abwickler (14), der die Stellung abseits der gedruckten Papierbahn (21) einnimmt, im möglichst geringen Abstand von dieser angebracht ist.
- Notvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorratspapierbahn (21) auf ihrer der gedruckten Papierbahn (22) zugewandten Seite Haftelemente (28) aufweist.
- Notvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haftmittel (28) im Abstand voneinander auf der Breite der Vorratspapierbahn (21) angebracht sind.
- Notvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haftmittel (28) wesentlich in dem zentralen Teil der Vorratspapierbahn (21), der außerhalb der Bahnaufwicklung um den Abwickler (14) herum liegt.
- Notvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsmittel (17, 18, 19, 20) dem Abwickler (14) zugeordnet sind, der mit der Vorratsbähn (21) zur deren Beschleunigung versehen ist.
- Notvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsmittel (17) an der außen liegenden Umfangsoberfläche der Aufwicklung der Vorratspapierbahn (21) angreifen.
- Notvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsmittel (18) unmittelbar an dem Zapfen (15) des Abwicklers (14) angreifen.
- Notvorrichtung nach einer der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie in einer Gruppe (7) von Kühlungswalzen (30) positioniert ist, wobei der besagte Abwickler (14) der Notvorrichtung in der Nähe einer der Kühlungswalzen (30) angeordnet ist, um den Durchgang (38) der Papierbahn in und nach dem Kühler frei zu halten.
- Notvorrichtung nach einer der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie in einer Superstruktur (10) von Wendestangen positioniert ist, wobei der besagten Abwickler der Notvorrichtung in der Nähe einer Wendestange angeordnet ist, um den Durchgang der Papierbahn in und nach der Superstruktur frei zu halten.
- Notvorrichtung nach einer der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie in einer Falzmaschine (8, 11) einer rotierenden Druckmaschine positioniert ist, wobei der Abwickler in der Nähe einer auf der Falzmaschine liegenden Walze angeordnet ist, um den Durchgang der Papierbahn in und nach der Falzmaschine frei zu halten.
