Abstract

Le dispositif de marquage est du type comportant un circuit électronique présentant un anneau de détection (15) dont une caractéristique électrique est modifiée lorsque l'on tente de retirer ledit dispositif de marquage de l'article qui le porte, et un module électronique (13) capable de détecter la modification de cette caractéristique électrique et d'en informer des moyens de surveillance.
Il se présente sous la forme d'une étiquette adhésive portant au verso un adhésif par lequel elle est appliquée sur l'article à protéger et réalisée en plusieurs couches pelables, ladite étiquette comportant un premier flan (2) et un second flan (6) fixé sur le premier flan (2) par un adhésif ayant une force d'adhésion inférieure à celle de l'adhésif disposé au verso de l'étiquette de manière à assurer que le second flan (6) soit désolidarisé tandis que le premier flan (2), ou flan inférieur, reste collé sur l'article lorsque l'on tente de décoller l'étiquette de l'article qui la porte, et en ce que l'anneau de détection (15) est disposé sur le second flan (6) et raccordé au premier flan (2) afin que sa caractéristique électrique soit modifiée lors de la désolidarisation du second flan (6).
