Definitions
- the invention relates to a screw-on hinge for with undercut Grooved profiles, consisting of a first and a second hinge leaf, which by means of a Joint pin pivotally connected to each other and with recessed openings for receiving fastening screws are provided, which are introduced into the profile grooves Profile stones are suitable to be picked up.
- Such a screw-on hinge is already one Catalog of the company Mannesmann Demag printechnik, "assembly profile construction kit, Profiles, connectors, accessories, tools, 1995 ", known, published in December 1995, see the Page 58, where hinges are shown, two each Have openings per hinge leaf, and each can have different blade lengths, furthermore the Catalog page 34, where representations of so-called Find hammerhead nuts that allow the individual assembly of Allow attachments to aluminum profiles. Hammer head nuts can be inserted and removed in the groove afterwards will. Due to the screwing motion, the nut is in the clamping position rotated. Under the order no. 110.215.99 will also offered a T-nut, such T-nuts there allow attachments to the aluminum profiles individually to assemble.
- Such a sliding block can only before assembly be inserted into the groove on one side. In vertical grooves the unscrewed sliding block has no hold. Of the screwed sliding block enables a positive connection between attachment and profile.
- Such sliding blocks mainly serve to secure the position and centering and / or attachment of attachments.
- the disadvantage of the prior art is therefore the need of either two fastening screws each Hinge leaf, or the arrangement of additional Fixing pins, which in corresponding depressions of the Hinge leaf must be introduced.
- the object of the invention is a screw-on hinge arrangement to create where the need for more than one fastening screw per hinge leaf is omitted, and a rotation fixation is nevertheless made possible. Furthermore the aim is to make assembly easier will, especially the very complicated alignment of the Hinge stone or the corresponding hammer nut with the passed through the opening in the hinge leaf Fastening bolts that are used for both longitudinal and transverse fastening serve the profiles.
- each hinge leaf preferably only a single breakthrough for one Fastening screw and a recess for one of the Fastening screw has penetrated fixing part, of which (at least) one protruding into the profile groove Approach protrudes.
- Fixing part has two approaches that with respect to Fastening screw axis are offset by 180 ° to each other. This results in a particularly secure fixation and versatility the applicability, due to the axial symmetry.
- this is Hinge in the area of the opening for the fastening screw provided with a depression, which is to accommodate the has the shoulder-bearing web part of the fixing part.
- the hinge in the area of its opening with a depression for holding the bridge part and also with Provide depressions to accommodate the approaches. This too serves for greater compactness and more precise adjustment and Alignment of the individual parts to each other.
- the fixing part can have two approaches at the web ends (Approach pairs) wear, symmetrical with respect to the web plane lie. This increases the flexibility of the assembly.
- Regarding of the sliding block can be said that it is favorable if a four-sided truncated pyramid was used as the sliding block whose base area is one in the undercut lumen the groove surface recordable width and preferably has greater length, which the stability of the arrangement enlarged.
- a web can protrude from the base of the sliding block, who carries the lugs and who has a width which fits into the not undercut part of the groove. This increases the accuracy of the guidance.
- Fig. 1 two are parallel in cross-section adjacent aluminum profiles 12, 14 are shown, which here is essentially a square cross-sectional profile and on each of the four sides of the square each have an undercut groove 16.
- the Profile can further cavities 18 in a conventional manner have to save material.
- the axially adjacent two profiles 14, 16 are with the help of a screw hinge 10 connected that one profile 14 with respect to the other Profile 16 can be pivoted about the hinge axis 20, see arrow direction 22 in FIG. 1.
- this hinge 10 from a first, 24, and a second hinge leaf 26, which by means of a side view shown in Fig. 6 Hinge pin 28 pivotable about the hinge axis 20 are interconnected.
- the hinge leaf 24, has the same shape as the hinge leaf 26 is in the 7A, 7B and 7C shown in more detail.
- the Hinge leaf 24 includes a mounting tab 38 and a hinge pin extension 40, which extends over one longitudinal half of the mounting tab 38 extends and a blind hole 42, in which the hinge pin shown in Fig. 6 28 with its corrugated end 44 in a press fit or with its smooth end 46 fits exactly or with little play slightly less than half each recorded can be, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 in dashed lines make it clear.
- the bottom 56 parallel to the top 54 forms the bottom Contact surface with which the hinge leaf 24 or 26 on the each matching side surface 58 of the profile 12 or 14 lies on.
- the hinge leaf 124 can be seen, the fixing part 62 with its longer extension parallel to the hinge axis 20 and thus also parallel to the groove 16 of the profile 112, while the hinge leaf 126 the fixing part 62 in one Position taken perpendicular to the hinge axis 20 has, here parallel to the groove 16 of the profile 114th sense this 90 ° displaceable arrangement is the fixing part 62 each aligned to the groove 16, and in such a way that one formed by the fixing part 62 Approach 64 (or 164, or 264, or 364) over the bottom 56 of the hinge leaf 24 or 26 projecting into the respective Groove 16 extends into it.
- the width is B the approach 64 of the hole 164 (or 264 or 364) chosen so that they just added to the width B of the groove 16 can be. This results in an essentially backlash-free Inclusion of approach 64 (or one of the other approaches 164, 264, 364, depending on the position of the component) in the groove 16.
- the component 62 thus has two functions: on the one hand, it facilitates assembly, in which it the opening 30 of the hinge leaf 26 with respect to Groove 16 aligns at least in one direction so that Introduce a mounting screw 32 in the first Breakthrough 30, then through the component 62 into one Thread, for example, of that shown in Figs. 5A, 5B and 5C shown profiled stone 34 is formed.
- the profile stone 34 must therefore with its thread 68 so far in the groove 16th be moved until the thread 68 to the axis of the Screw 32 is aligned, whereupon screw 32 is then screwed in and can be tightened.
- an approach 64 is sufficient to achieve the desired To achieve effects to a certain extent. Because by only a projection 64, which is off the axis of the screw 32 lies, the alignment and fixation already mentioned reached. However, these effects still improve when a second approach 164 symmetrical to the first approach 40 is arranged, preferably symmetrically to that Axis of the fastening screw 32. This doubles the absorbable torsional forces and the arrangement will also advantageously axially symmetrical. Even greater benefits arise when a further symmetry is created thereby that the approaches 64, 164 further approaches 364, 264 opposite, so it doesn't matter how around this component 62 inserted into the recess arrangement 36 becomes.
- Lugs 64, 164 connected to one another by a web part 66, which web part 66 has a round opening 70 in the middle has, which is designed so that the fastening screw 32 can be inserted through it.
- This web 66 is in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 4A to 4C relatively thin, since it is only relatively weakly loaded there is due to the fact that he only take on managerial tasks must, while those carried by him at the ends Approaches 64, 364 and 164, 264 the actual ones Fixation tasks against unwanted rotation of the Carry out hinge tabs 26 with respect to the profile grooves 16. Therefore, the depression used to receive the web 66 can 72 remain relatively flat, as Fig.
- FIG. 7C it is not just the two depressions 74, 76, connected by the web 72, present, but perpendicular to it the further depressions 78, 80, again connected by a web area 72.
- This "Cross shape" enables the option already described Arrangement of the fixing part 62 either parallel to Hinge axis or perpendicular to it. In both positions the web 66 is fully accommodated in the depression 72 for this web, so that the web over surface 56 as shown in FIG. 7B does not protrude. Only approaches 64, 164 remain prominent, that protrude from the web 66.
- the web is expediently not simply a straight one Strip, but has two extensions 82, 84, which in the corresponding areas of the depression 72 for the web can be recorded appropriately.
- This has the advantage that around the opening 75, which is formed in the web 66, again more material is available and the arrangement thereby becomes more stable and that the fixing part is secure is held between the profile and the hinge leaf.
- a sliding block choose as shown in Figs. 5A, 5B and 5C in three different views is shown. It is about here around a four-sided truncated pyramid, the base of which 86 one in the undercut lumen 88 of the groove surface has recordable width 92.
- the base area 86 preferably has a larger width than 92 Length 90, so that a largely tilt-free displacement option inside the groove during insertion of the Profile stone is made possible in this groove.
- the pyramid shape has the advantage of introducing this pyramid-shaped Body in the groove ends relieved.
- FIG. 8A, 8B and 8C is in three different views to recognize a modified slot nut arrangement 134 in which from the base surface 168 of the pyramidal body 185 web-shaped approach 166 starts from which at its ends Project approaches 464, 564.
- the threaded hole 168 penetrates thus here both the pyramid part 185 and that adjoining web part 166.
- Web part 166 has one such extension starting from the base area 168 of the Pyramid part 185 in the direction of the axis of the bore 168 that its height is approximately taken up by the narrower part of the groove 16 is, d. that is, the thickness 94 in Fig. 8A is approximate is equal to the strength 96 in Fig. 1, that is the strength of the Groove 16 narrowing nose.
- the web 166 has one Width that is equal to or approximately equal to the width B according to Fig. 4C is, in turn, fitting into the groove width b of the groove 16 can be included.
- the protruding from the web 166 Lugs 464, 564 have no greater width and are sufficient thus out through the groove and jump over the Area 58 of the profile and so far penetrate that of the hinge leaf 26 or 24 mounted above this point formed recesses 74, 76 or 78, 80.
- Corresponding is the height of these approaches chosen so that they just in the Returns 74, 76, 78, 80 can be included if the hinge leaves 24, 26 are mounted. So replaced the modified profile block shown in FIGS. 8A, 8B, 8C the fixing part 62 and advantageously takes over not just the alignment perpendicular to the course of the groove 14, but also parallel to this course, so that here one particularly good and simple assembly is made possible.
- the invention is e.g. B. in control cabinet construction commercially evaluable.
