Claims (7)
- Pelletiervorrichtung für loses Material, insbesondere trockenes Abfallmaterial, mit einem hohlzylindrischen Gehäuse (1), das eine Achse (5) und einen Preßwiderstand erzeugende radiale Öffnungen (10) In der Gehäusewand aufweist. mit einem sich im Gehäuse (1) um die Gehäuseachse (5) drehenden Antriebselement (4), mit einem sich im Gehäuse (1) um eine zur Gehäuseachse (5) parallele Achse (6) drehenden Auspreßelement (7), das das Antriebselement (4) umgibt und mit radial zur Achse (6) des Auspreßelementes (7) strahlenförmig abstehenden Preßstempeln (9) versehen ist, mit einem Getriebe, das das Auspreßelement (7) so um die Gehäuseachse (5) kreisend führt, daß die Preßstempel (8) mit Spiel In die Öffnungen (10) In der Gehäusewand eindringen, wobei sie das Material nach außen pressen, und sich aus den Öffnungen (10) wieder zurückziehen, und mit einem Zuführkanal (19) für das zu pelletierende Material ins Gehäuse (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achsen (5, 6) des Gehäuses (1) und des Auspreßelementes (7) vertikal verlaufen, daß die Öffnungen (10) In der Gehäusewand in zumindest einer horizontalen Ebene gleichmäßig verteilt angeordnet sind, und daß der Zuführkanal (19) oberhalb der Preßstempel (9) in den Raum (21) zwischen dem Gehäuse (1) und dem das Material rundum verteilenden Auspreßelement (7) mündet.
- Pelletiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem kreisend geführten Auspreßelement (7) Flügel zum Verteilen des losen Materials im Gehäuse (1) zugeordnet sind.
- Pelletiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auswechselbare und/oder in der Länge einstellbare Preßstempel (9) vorgesehen sind.
- Pelletiervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Öffnungen (10) auswechselbare und/oder in der Länge einstellbare Düsen (11) eingesetzt sind.
- Pelletiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Im Austrittsbereich jeder Düse (11) ein den Preßwiderstand regeindes Element (12, 31) vorgesehen ist.
- Pelletiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsen (11) einen sich bis zum Regelelement (12, 31) nach außen erweiternden Querschnitt aufweisen.
- Pelletiervorrichtung nach einem dar Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düse (11) und/oder das Regelelement (12, 31) aus einem in bezug auf das zu pelletierende Material inerten Werkstoff besteht.
