Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zur Führung des Kopfendes eines Warmbandes im Bereich eines Kühlrollganges zwischen einer Warmbandstraße und dem im Abstand dazu angeordneten Warmbandhaspel,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen zwischen dem letzten Gerüst der Warmbandstraße und dem Warmbandhaspel über dem Kühlrollgang mittels eines Beschleunigungs- und Verzögerungsantriebs (20) verfahrbaren Fangwagen (5) für den Anfang des das letzte Gerüst mit Walzgeschwindigkeit verlassenden Bandes (B), der aus einer Ruhestellung unmittelbar hinter dem Gerüst auf mindestens eine der Auslaufgeschwindigkeit des Bandes (B) entsprechende Geschwindigkeit beschleunigbar und vor dem Haspel abbremsbar ist und der mit Einrichtungen zum Fangen, Festhalten und Freigeben des Bandanfanges (27) während seines Verfahrweges ausgerüstet ist. - Vorrichtung zur Führung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Fangwagen (5) auf parallel zum Kühlrollgang verlaufenden Schienen (4) geführt ist. - Vorrichtung zur Führung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Fangwagen (5) oberhalb des Kühlrollganges auf beidseitig angeordneten Schienen (4) verfahrbar ist. - Vorrichtung zur Führung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Fangwagen zentral zwischen den fliegend gelagerten Rollen (2a,b) des Kühlrollganges auf unterhalb desselben angeordneten Schienen (4) verfahrbar ist und mit den Einrichtungen zum Fangen, Festhalten und Freigeben des Bandanfanges nach oben in die Kühlrollgangsebene ragt. - Vorrichtung zur Führung nach einem der Ansprüche 1- bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Einrichtungen zum Fangen, Festhalten und Freigeben des Bandanfanges als die Bandober- und Unterseite zwischen sich aufnehmende zangenartige Klemmeinrichtung (9,10) ausgebildet sind, die druckmittelbetätigt (12) von einer geöffneten Stellung in eine Klemmstellung umschaltbar ist. - Vorrichtung zur Führung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Einrichtungen zum Fangen, Festhalten und Freigeben des Bandanfanges aus zu- und abschaltbaren Magneten (24a) bestehen. - Vorrichtung zur Führung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Einrichtungen zum Fangen, Festhalten und Freigeben des Bandanfanges aus zu- und abschaltbaren Saugnäpfen (24b) bestehen. - Vorrichtung zur Führung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Einrichtungen zum Fangen, Festhalten und Freigeben des Bandanfanges (27) aus am Fangwagen um eine horizontale Achse schwenkbar befestigten Klemmbacken (25) bestehen, die aus einer Ruhestellung unterhalb der Kühlrollgangsebene in eine Klemmstellung oberhalb der Kühlrollgangsebene verschwenkbar sind, in der sie den Bandanfang (27) auf dem Fangwagen (5) klemmen. - Vorrichtung zur Führung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet
daß der Beschleunigungs- und Verzögerungsantrieb als parallel zum Kühlrollgang endlos umlaufender Kettentrieb (16) ausgebildet ist, an dessen Obertrum der Fangwagen (5) angelenkt ist und der um jeweils mindestens ein Umlenkkettenrad (17) und ein Antriebskettenrad (18) geführt ist, das mit einem leistungsstarken Antriebsmotor (20) verbunden ist. - Verfahren zur Warmbandführung im Bereich eines Kühlrollganges zwischen einer Warmbandstraße und dem im Abstand dazu angeordneten Warmbandhaspel mittels eines zwischen dem letzten Gerüst der Warmbandstraße und dem Warmbandhaspel verfahrbaren Fangwagen für den Anfang des das letzte Gerüst mit Walzgeschwindigkeit verlassenden Bandes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
gekennzeichnet durch die Abfolge folgender Verfahrensschritte:a. der Fangwagen beschleunigt aus seiner Ruhestellung auf mindestens eine der Auslaufgeschwindigkeit des Bandes entsprechende Geschwindigkeit,b. sobald der Fangwagen die Geschwindigkeit des Bandes erreicht hat, wird das Band am Fangwagen festgehalten und unter Zug in Richtung Haspel geführt,c. in definiertem Abstand vor dem Haspel wird der Fangwagen abgebremst, nachdem das Band von Fangwagen gelöst wurde.d. das Band läuft unverzögert weiter und wird über eine Haspelführung in den Haspel geleitet.e. der Fangwagen kommt kurz vor dem Haspel zum Stillstand und läßt das restliche Band ungebremst passieren.f. in der Walzpause zwischen zwei Brammen wird der Fangwagen in seine Ausgangsposition zurückgefahren.
