Claims (3)

  1. Appareil de polissage à tambour, dans lequel ledit appareil inclut un conteneur (920) récepteur pour agent de polissage, dans lequel est reçu un agent de polissage (921), et un bras de support de pièce (960), ledit conteneur récepteur pour agent de polissage (920) inclut une ouverture terminale supérieure (922), ledit bras de support de pièce (960) peut être mis en rotation autour d'une ligne axiale de lui-même, et une pièce (W) peut être attachée de manière détachable à l'extrémité la plus antérieure du bras de support de pièce (960), dans lequel :
    ledit bras de support (960) comprend ladite partie d'extrémité la plus antérieure destinée à supporter de manière détachable une pièce (W), et
    une partie d'extrémité postérieure qui est supportée en rotation par un sommier de support (940) monté en rotation sur un châssis de support (911) fixé sur le conteneur récepteur pour agent de polissage (920) via une plaque d'inversion (930), ledit bras de support de pièce peut être déplacé de façon ajustable depuis la position située sensiblement directement au-dessus de ladite ouverture terminale supérieure à l'intérieur de la plage définie par ledit conteneur récepteur pour agent de polissage le long de la surface verticale, et
    un premier moyen d'entraínement (932) est connecté en termes d'entraínement à un arbre rotatif (931) positionné en rotation sur le sommier de support (940) et fixé sur la plaque d'inversion (930),
    caractérisé en ce qu'un second moyen d'entraínement (952) est connecté en termes d'entraínement à une plaque coulissante (950) positionnée en coulissement sur le sommier de support, et des moyens de rotation (961) sont fixés pour faire tourner le bras de support,
    la plaque d'inversion est capable de tourner autour de l'axe longitudinal de l'arbre rotatif (931) entre deux positions finales, telles que dans l'une de ces positions finales la pièce (W) est à l'intérieur du conteneur récepteur pour agent de polissage (920), et dans l'autre desdites deux positions finales la pièce (W) est à l'extérieur du conteneur récepteur pour agent de polissage, et
    la plaque coulissante (950) est ajustable dans la direction du bras de support (960),
    et en ce que le bras de support (960) est capable de rotation via la connexion d'entraínement avec les moyens rotatifs pour faire tourner la pièce (W) lorsqu'elle est plongée dans l'agent de polissage (921) contenu dans le conteneur récepteur pour agent de polissage (920).
  2. Machine de polissage à tambour selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que le sommier de support (940) et la plaque réceptrice (930) sont connectés l'un à l'autre par des platines (941), une inclinaison entre ladite plaque réceptrice (930) et le sommier de support (940) étant ajustable.
  3. Machine de polissage à tambour selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que le conteneur récepteur pour agent de polissage (920) est conçu pour présenter une configuration cylindrique afin d'être supporté sur une plaque de base en rotation autour d'une ligne axiale et en direction circonférentielle par des moyens d'entraínement continus.
