Claims (10)
- Höhenverstellbares Fahrzeugfenster mit einer Glasscheibe (1), an deren unterem Rand (2) ein Halteteil (10, 35) mit einem Gleitschuh (7, 25) befestigt ist, der mit einer im Türschacht angeordneten starren Führungsschiene (3, 22) zusammenwirkt und entlang dieser verschiebbar gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteteil (10, 35) und der Gleitschuh (7, 25) aus einem mechanisch belastbaren Polymer bestehen und einstückig ausgebildet sind, und dass zwischen dem Halteteil (10, 35) und dem Gleitschuh (7, 25) ein Zwischenstück (15, 37) mit derart verringertem Querschnitt vorgesehen ist, dass die durch die Fertigung und die Montage der Einzelteile bedingten Toleranzen durch elastische Formänderungen dieses Zwischenstücks (15, 37) ausgeglichen werden.
- Höhenverstellbares Fahrzeugfenster nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das das Halteteil (10, 35), das Zwischenstück (15, 37) und den Gleitschuh (7, 25) umfassende Formteil aus einem Polymer mit einer Shore-Härte von A 80 bis D 80 besteht.
- Höhenverstellbares Fahrzeugfenster nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das das Halteteil (10, 35), das Zwischenstück (15, 37) und den Gleitschuh (7, 25) umfassende Formteil ein vorgefertigtes Bauteil ist und durch eine Schraubverbindung, eine Klebeverbindung oder eine Schnappverbindung auf der Glasscheibe (1, 21) befestigt ist.
- Höhenverstellbares Fahrzeugfenster nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das das Halteteil (10, 35), das Zwischenstück (15, 37) und den Gleitschuh (7, 25) umfassende Formteil aus einem thermoplastischen Polymer oder einem Reaktionssystem unmittelbar an die Glasscheibe (1, 21) angeformt ist.
- Höhenverstellbares Fahrzeugfenster nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das das Halteteil (10, 35), das Zwischenstück (15, 37) und den Gleitschuh (7, 25) umfassende Formteil aus einem nach dem RIM-Verfahren an die Glasscheibe (1, 21) angeformten Polyurethansystem besteht.
- Höhenverstellbares Fahrzeugfenster nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das das Halteteil (10, 35), das Zwischenstück (15, 37) und den Gleitschuh (7, 25) umfassende Formteil aus einem mit Hilfe des Spritzgießverfahrens an die Glasscheibe (1, 21) angeformten thermoplastischen Polymer besteht.
- Höhenverstellbares Fahrzeugfenster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsschiene (22) einen mit dem Gleitschuh (25) in Eingriff stehenden Steg (24) mit pilzförmigem oder dreieckförmigem Querschnitt aufweist, auf den der einen entsprechenden Kanal (26) aufweisende Gleitschuh (25) unter elastischer Spreizung aufdrückbar ist.
- Höhenverstellbares Fahrzeugfenster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit der Führungsschiene (22) zusammenwirkenden Gleitflächen des Gleitschuhs (25) von einer in den Formkörper eingeformten Hülse (40) aus einem Material mit erhöhter Gleitfähigkeit bestehen.
- Höhenverstellbares Fahrzeugfenster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gleitschuh (25) einen Mitnehmer (29, 30) aufweist, an den das Kraftübertragungselement (32) ankoppelbar ist.
- Höhenverstellbares Fahrzeugfenster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kraftübertragungselement (32) ein Zahnriemen ist, der über entsprechende Zähne (31) in dem Mitnehmer (29, 30) an diesen ankoppelbar ist.
