Description
Claims (6)
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe für Brennkraftmaschinen mit einem Pumpenkolben (1), der von einem Nockenantrieb betätigt wird, bestehend aus einem rotierenden, von einer Antriebswelle (3) angetriebenen Teil (2) und einem zumindest im wesentlichen feststehenden Teil (6), von denen einer eine Nockenbahn (4) trägt, die relativ zum anderen Teil bewegt wird und der Erzeugung einer quer zur Nockenbahn erfolgenden Hin- und Herbewegung des mit dem einen der Teile gekoppelten Pumpenkolbens (1) dient und mit einem Spritzbeginnverstellkolben (32) zur Verstellung eines der Teile in oder entgegen der Bewegungsrichtung der Nockenbahn (4), welcher Spritzbeginnverstellkolben (32) entgegen einer Rückstellkraft (34) von einem Steuerdruck eines hydraulischen Druckmittels in einem Pumpeninnenraum (12) der Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe betätigt wird, wobei der Steuerdruck von einer drehzahlsynchron zur Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe angetriebenen Förderpumpe (38) bereitgestellt und durch eine erste Drucksteuereinrichtung (49) eingestellt wird, die ein Drucksteuerventil (39) aufweist, dessen Steuerglied (40) einen Abfluß (43) vom Pumpeninnenraum (12) steuert und entgegen der Kraft einer Feder (42) vom eingesteuerten Druck beaufschlagt ist, der in einem vom Steuerglied (40) begrenzten Rückstellraum (54) herrscht, welcher über eine Drossel (45) mit dem Pumpeninnenraum (12) verbunden ist; der Steuerdruck wird zusätzlich durch eine zweite Drucksteuereinrichtung (50) eingestellt, die eine in Abhängigkeit von der Last der Brennkraftmaschine einstellbare Abflußdrossel (47) in einer vorzugsweise ein in Abhängigkeit von Betriebsparametern steuerbares Schaltventil (66) enthaltende Verbindung (48) zwischen Pumpeninnenraum (12) und einem Entlastungsraum (44) aufweist, und der Rückstellraum (54) zusätzlich einen zum Entlastungsraum (44) führenden Abfluß hat, der durch ein in Abhängigkeit von einer die Temperatur der Brennkraftmaschine kennzeichnenden Steuergröße gesteuertes Ventil (52, 152, 252) steuerbar ist, durch dessen Betätigung mittelbar oder unmittelbar ein Ventilglied (61, 161, 100) eines Ventils verstellt wird, durch das die Verbindung (48) zwischen Abflußdrossel (47) und dem Entlastungsraum (44) der zweiten Drucksteuereinrichtung (50) so gesteuert wird, daß bei geöffnetem gesteuerten Ventil (52, 152, 252) die Verbindung geöffnet ist, wobei das vorzugsweise Schaltventil (66) in Abhängigkeit von anderen Parametern als der Temperatur der Brennkraftmaschine schaltbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß parallel zum gesteuerten Ventil (52, 152, 252) ein in Abhängigkeit vom Steuerdruck im Pumpeninnenraum steuerbares Begrenzungsventil (106) vorgesehen ist, durch das eine Verbindung zwischen Rückstellraum (54) und Entlastungsraum (44) herstellbar ist, wenn der Druck im Pumpeninnenraum einen bestimmten Wert überschreitet.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Begrenzungsventil (106) als Ventilglied einen Schieber (107) aufweist, der einen über eine Drossel (108) mit dem Pumpeninnenraum verbundenen Arbeitsraum (109) begrenzt und gegen eine einstellbare Rückstellkraft (110) verstellbar ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gesteuerte Ventil (52) ein Druckhalteventil ist, dessen Ventilglied (56) von einer Feder (57) belastet ist und durch ein entsprechend der Steuergröße verstellbares Betätigungsglied (64) aufstoßbar ist und mit der Betätigung des gesteuerten Ventils zugleich ein Schieberventilglied (61) verstellbar ist, das die Verbindung (48, 65) zwischen Abflußdrossel (47) und Entlastungsraum (44) der zweiten Drucksteuereinrichtung (50) steuert.(Fig. 1)
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gesteuerte Ventil (152) ein Druckhalteventil ist, dessen Ventilglied (156) von einer Feder (157) belastet ist und durch ein entsprechend der Steuergröße verstellbares Betätigungsglied (164) aufstoßbar ist und mit dem Ventilglied ein Schieberventilglied (161) verstellbar ist, das die Verbindung (48, 65) zwischen Abflußdrossel (47) und Entlastungsraum (44) der zweiten Drucksteuereinrichtung (50) steuert (Fig. 2).
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ventilglied des Druckhalteventils eine mit einem Ventilsitz (70) zusammenwirkende Kugel ist, die auf ihrer dem Ventilsitz abgewandten Seite an dem Schieberventilglied (161) zur Anlage kommt, das seinerseits von der Feder (157) beaufschlagt ist (Fig. 3).
- Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gesteuerte Ventil (252) ein Druckhalteventil ist, dessen Ventilglied (256) von einer Feder (257) belastet ist und durch ein entsprechend der Steuergröße verstellbares Betätigungsglied (264) aufstoßbar ist und das die Verbindung (48, 65) schaltende Ventil einen Kolbenschieber (100) als Ventilglied aufweist, der in einem in der Verbindung (48, 65) zwischen Abflußdrossel (47) und Entlastungsraum (44) liegenden Zylinder (101) einen ständig mit dem Rückstellraum (54) verbundenen Arbeitsraum (102) begrenzt und durch den Druck im Arbeitsraum (102) entgegen der Kraft eine Rückstellfeder (103) bis zu einem festen Anschlag (104) verschiebbar ist, an dem er die Verbindung (48, 65) zwischen Abflußdrossel (47) und Entlastungsraum (44) verschlossen hat. (Fig. 4)
