Description
Claims (14)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von formaldehydarmen mit Tanninformaldehydharz gebundenen Holzfaser- oder Holzspanplatten, bei denen das Tannin als Bindemittel teilweise in pulveriger Form und teilweise in flüssiger Form auf die Späne aufgebracht wird und die hergestellten Platten mit formaldehydaktiven Stoffen nachbehandelt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anteil des in Pulverform zugegebenen Bindemittels mindestens 10 Gew.% des gesamten eingesetzten Bindemittelanteils beträgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichent, daß der Anteil des in Pulverform zugegebenen Bindemittels maximal 40 Gew.% des gesamten Bindemittelanteils beträgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bindemittel in flüssiger Form einen pH-Wert von 4 hat.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bindemittel in flüssiger Form auf einen pH-Wert von 8 eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bindemittel in flüssiger Form auf einen pH-Wert von 10 eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bindemittel mindestens 0,5 % Harnstoff, bezogen auf die Menge des Tannins, enthält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bindemittel bis zu 5 % Harnstoff, bezogen auf die Menge des Tannins, enthält.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Tannin ungefähr 5 bis 10 Gew.% Formaldehyd als Vernetzer zugegeben wird, bezogen auf das trockene Tannin.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in mehrschichtigen Platten von Schicht zu Schicht unterschiedliche Mengen an Tannin und Formaldehyd eingesetzt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Besprühungslösung Tannin als Formaldehydfänger enthält.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Besprühungslösung Tannin in Mengen von 10 bis 20 % enthält.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Besprühungslösung neben dem Tannin andere Stoffe wie Harnstoff und Ammoniak enthält.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hergestellten Platten nach der Besprühung mit den formaldehydaktiven Stoffen gestapelt werden.
