Claims (6)

  1. Procédé de protection de couches de protection anticorrosion et antiusure sur des matériaux à base de fer, dans lequel les zones proches de la surface sont enrichies en azote, en carbone ainsi qu'en oxygène,
       caractérisé par les étapes de :
    a) carbonitruration du matériau pour former une couche de liaison, consistant en des carbonitrures de fer ;
    b) activation de la surface du matériau par un procédé sous vide activé au plasma ; et
    c) oxydation du matériau pour constituer une couche continue d'oxyde.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les étapes de carbonitruration et d'oxydation sont exécutées à la pression atmosphérique.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, lors de la carbonitruration, sont formés les carbonitrures de fer ε - Fe2 (N, C)1-x et/ou δ' - Fe4 (N, C)1-y.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'oxydation est effectuée dans un mélange azote-vapeur d'eau de composition définie.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'oxydation est effectuée, notamment, dans une plage de températures comprises entre 480 °C et 520 °C.
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que, lors de l'activation, la surface du matériau est bombardée par des ions d'azote, d'hydrogène, de carbone et d'oxygène.
