Abstract
본 발명은 표면 인접 영역에 질소, 탄소 및 산소를 농축시키는, 철계 재료상에 방식층 및 내마모층을 생성하기 위한 방법에 관한 것이다. 특히 긴 내구 수명과 효과적인 방식층 및 내마모층을 가진 철계 재료를 생성하기 위해, 제1방법 단계로 철 탄질화물로 구성된 결합층을 형성하기 위한 질화·탄화를 수행한다. 이어서, 추가의 산화 공정에서 기존의 결합층상에 조밀하고 균일한 산화층을 형성하기 이전에 결합층을 가진 재료의 표면을 활성화시키기 위해 플라즈마에 의한 진공 처리를 수행한다. 질화·탄산 처리로 형성된 결합층을 플라즈마에 의한 진공 처리로 활성화시킴으로써, 표준화된 부식 시험에서 그 내구 수명이 종래의 보호층을 월등히 초과하는 방식층 및 내마모층이 얻어진다.

Claims (7)
- 표면 인접 영역에 질소·탄소 및 산소를 농축시키는, 철계 재료상에 방식층 및 내나모층을 생성하기 위한 방법에 있어서, a) 철 탄질화물로 구성된 결합층을 형성하기 위해 재료를 질화·탄화시키는 단계; b) 재료의 표면을 플라즈마에 의한 진공 처리로 활성화시키는 단계; 및 c) 조밀한 산화층을 형성하기 위해 재료를 산화시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철계 재료상에 방식층 및 내나모층을 생성하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 질화·탄화 방법 단계 및 산화 방법 단계는 표준 압력하에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 질화·탄화 단계중 철 탄질화물 ε-Fe2(N, C)1-x및/또는 δ'Fe4(N, C)1-y이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화는 정해진 조성의 질소-수증기 혼합물로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화는 480℃ 내지 520℃의 온도로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 활성화시 재료 표면은 질소 이온, 수소 이온, 탄소 이온 및 산소 이온으로 포격되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 표준 압력 처리 및 플라즈마에 의한 진공 처리가 동일한 공정 설비에서 수행될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제2항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나 이상의 항에 따른 방법을 수행하기 위한 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
